An old time youth hostel set deep into countryside and a fair away from towns. There is a good size car park within the grounds, a kitchen, a lounge with a decent TV and a few dormitories as well as some tents and a toilet block, valthough the latter is a short walk from the dormitories. The grounds are nicely laid out and there are plenty of chairs outside if the weather is warm. A lovely old style youth hostel.

Nice an cosy, very close-to-nature yha with Camping-Like Atmosphere. The rooms are simple and clean, the bathrooms as well. In the common Kitchen is plenty of possibilities for meeting other guests. The common room has lots of games, a fireplace and a television. Nice for trips to London!

Smaller than many hostels and only self catering but great value given that it is located in a very expensive area. Good for families. Friendly and helpful warden. Beds have USB chargers built in which is great. Toilets and showers are in separate block so access is external but it's a very short walk.

Next door to the historic and beautiful Jordans Quaker Meeting House - down the hill. Home to the burial place of William Penn and most of his family. Worth a visit!

Amazing accommodation in the Woods. So peaceful. Good rooms. Clean bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen with Crockery and cooking utensils. Nice tables and fire outside. In the middle of summer this place must be amazing!

Lovely, green place and so close to London! Very nicely kept, clean, good facilities. BBQ and designated place for a camp fire, front porch allows you to sit outside even if it rains. Good area for shorter and not so short walks. Bell tents are great!

A real old fashioned proper youth hostel! Basic cabins or well maintained family tenting. Adequate shower rooms and a nice well lit outside area for a BBQ or campfire Nice to see shared kitchen and lounge area still being used by travellers and families too My only concern is the prices charged today are as high as an hotel would charge, yet for much more basic facilities, however you do get some company in a shared hostel that is sadly lacking in your more luxurious private hotel room!

Great place to stay, very cosy and great views, free wifi as well which i didnt expect. The shower was a bit dirty and the room was also a bit cold, not much seating in common room but it wasnt too busy.
