A really nice park for all the family. There is a great play park for the kids. Directly opposite the kids park there is a cafe which serves quick snaks and coffee to a pleasant sit down lunch. Food is really good. Nice skate and bike park (main area my daughter and her friend end up). Good walks around the park, nice area for dog walking (lots of squirrels to be mindful of though). Limited parking but there are areas for packing around the park area.

Outstanding public park and open space for community to use. Cafe in centre as well, along with public toilets : vital facilities often lacking in other public parks around the country. Well done Macclesfield! 👏

A great park with limited parking. Several play areas to cater for kids of all ages. Wheel chair accessible and all age friendly. There's a cafe and toilets so you are covered in all areas. A great place for anyone to enjoy especially children!

Really nice park in the center of town. There's plenty of open space, a good sized skate park, and a large, well fenced off children's playground. There's also a nice looking cafe, but we didn't try it on this visit. There's a small car park, which is usually full midweek, but generally had spaces at the weekend.

The weather made it, but Google suggested this place as good for breakfast on our way home from a weekend away. Two terraces, or you can sit inside. Lovely food, plenty of it, friendly staff and not expensive.

Great Park, plenty of space for the young and older people, bowling green, skate park, young children's play area, parking and a huge selection of grass areas to picnic or play!

Lovely well kept park with plenty to offer different age groups. I walk my dog in here while my husband does a Sainsbury's shop. There's a lovely little cafe with toilets, bowling green, memorial gardens, children's play park and skater/scooter section plus large areas of grass. There's plenty of picnic benches and standard benches. Although there are steps there are separate paths suitable for bicycles. They recently replaced the entrance gate from Sainsbury's car park with a wider one making it more accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

A lovely well maintained park with a small flower garden, skate park, bowling green, play area and cafe. It has a pathway that is easy to take a pushchair/wheelchair around.(some parts can be steep, but you can avoid by cutting through the cafe area) It's just next to Sainsbury's too.

This is a fairly large park in the western part of Macclesfield, hence the name. Obviously more houses were built since, making the name less obvious, but still... There are multiple facilities here, including a cafe, a small museum about the history of the park, a skater park, and a children's play area. It also connects to the cemetery nearby.

A great park with so much to offer so many age groups. Crown green bowls, basketball, picnic tables, a cafe, a huge children's playground full of so many different pieces of equipment. Quiet spots to walk or sit or play. Even a castle on a hill!!! Much of it is very well maintained while another section looks set aside to encourage meadow growth. We loved our time here. Toilets cleanliness and cafe Covid awareness lost it one star as these are easy to rectify.

Ordered a meal for the grand children waited 30 minutes when my wife asked how much longer we found that the girl who took our order hadn't put it through even though the bill was paid for maybe if your employing counter staff you could tell them to leave there mobile phones at home was not impressed

Great skate park area for toddlers to hone their scooters or balance bikes right up to grownups doing jumps. Lovely playground area. And just to top it off, a lovely cafe with friendly staff that's toddler and dog friendly too. Toilets and nice big green spaces with interesting planting to look at for the more leisurely visitor.

A good park, beautiful trees, equipment better for older children. Needs a bit of TLC. The equipment is a bit tired especially for little ones. Cafe ok but could be so much nicer.
