Unfortunately
it’s
impossible
to
leave
a
0
star
as
they
don’t
even
deserve
a
1
star.
I
prebooked
for
1
night
as
I
was
going
to
a
friends
wedding
through
booking.com.
I
messaged
bookings.com
asking
if
I
could
check
in
early
as
the
check
in
time
and
my
friends
wedding
was
clashing
both
at
1pm.
Booking.con
gave
me
the
number
to
call
the
hotel.
I
called
the
hotel
3
times.
The
first
2
times
I
pressed
option
2
as
instructed
to
discuss
a
current
booking
and
the
phone
just
cut.
I
called
back
for
the
3rd
time
and
press
option
3
for
“something
else”
I
got
through
to
someone
who
didn’t
seem
to
know
what
planet
he
was
on.
He
asked
for
my
booking
reference
number
and
what
I
was
calling
for.
I
explained
I
was
enquiring
about
checking
in
early.
He
went
quiet
for
a
while,
he
then
started
confirming
everything
from
what
I
had
already
paid,
the
date
of
booking
all
irrelevant
stuff
and
said
check
in
is
at
3pm.
I
told
him
booking.com
said
1pm
not
3pm
and
asked
me
again
what
I
was
calling
for.
I
told
him
again
I
was
calling
to
see
if
I
could
check
in
at
11am
as
the
wedding
starts
at
1
and
it
was
a
good
distance
from
the
place
where
my
friend
is
getting
married.
He
then
said
I
had
to
contact
booking.com
to
discuss
an
earlier
check
in.
I
told
him
I
already
had
and
they
gave
me
the
number
to
call
the
hotel.
He
said
he
couldn’t
do
much
for
me.
I
made
him
aware
that
f
I
couldn’t
check
in
early
I
will
be
cancelling
the
reservation.
He
started
confirming
my
booking
details
again
so
I
just
hung
up
and
cancelled
the
reservation.
I’ve
now
had
an
email
stating
it’s
going
to
take
up
to
12
days
for
a
refund.
It
takes
maximum
5
working
days
for
a
refund.
As
I
new
hotel
branch
they’re
customer
service
is
shocking.
Do
not
book
with
these
morons.
