I joined this place for its friendly atmosphere, its very clean and the staff is very helpful. But mostly because it has a boxing area which offer classes and special one to one training by KAB-47 Coaches Ash and Kels. Both coaches teach boxing and kickboxing. So far most of the other guys training have been really nice. The coaches themselves dont push you if you struggle but they really do motivate you to reach your goals and better your self. Training at Energie is pretty cool as they have a fair bit of machinery, but honestly for me its all about KAB-47 and their classes, its what makes me want to get up and go there. This place is fantastic, great people, nice and clean, feels like family.

I was hesitant to join a gym after such a long time not going to a gym, but all of the staff make the experience enjoyable! They're friendly, welcoming and attentive to your needs! The gym is lovely and clean and has a great range of equipment to use. I would definitely recommend this gym to those who are put off my big gyms and who feel intimidated, because at this gym you will feel like part of a family! Louise x

Visited the gym on 1st Janurary and overall had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and made us feel very welcome. There is a great range of equipment and the space is exceptionally clean and left in a good state. I especially loved the functional area with the TRX and the boxing equipment. Was not too busy at all and we were able to access all the equipment when we wanted. Would highly recommend!

I have been coming to the gym for 4 months and have loved every minute! I was a veritable gym-phobe but feel very at ease here thanks to the wonderful staff. Their friendly and professional approach makes it fun and accessible. As someone who was always intimidated by gyms and their competitive atmosphere I find Energie Fitness a welcoming and enjoyable place to be. Thanks to Jake's amazing boxing and coaching skills I have become addicted to boxing. I also want to thank James, Luke, Chloe, Emma, Nicole and Filippos for their time and classes.

The gym closed in early 2022, so no gym in Hatfield Town Centre any more. I was there for around 6yrs and enjoyed being a member. Currently a member at Hatfield Leisure Centre on Travellers Lane and enjoying it.

I love the gym. It is well equipped with workout equipments i need to get my reps in. The gym is well spaced out and has very helpful and friendly staff. My best fitness decision yet.

Have multi club membership. Went to use the Hatfeild gym and neither the key fob, intercom or support number work. Useless set up if u can’t get in the building!

Great place to work out!!! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The gym itself is always clean and tidy as well as the changing rooms. Its one of the smaller gyms that I have been a member of but there is plenty of equipment to go around, even at busier times. I already recommend it to everyone I speak to!

Great gym staff are amazing! Have been so good during lockdown as well offering a great range of online classes via zoom u feel like u are in the room with them! Really helps my mental health esp as I am working from home too thanks guys xx

I have been a member to another gym for years, fell off the grid ( so to speak) and recently joined this gym. I was so nervous, but... I have never come across such lovely helpful people. They are always on hand to answer any questions, the gym layout is amazing following gov't guideliness on covid. Yeah what more can i say. There is nothing negative I can say. So guys support local, support this gym you wont be disappointed! 👍👍

The gym is a great place to train and get mental health issues on top, with family friendly staff and a well put together gym. Always staff on hand to help and advice.. it’s my 2nd home!

Absolutely amazing place, people, equipment just everything! Nothing is too much for the instructors. Management keeps the gym super clean and you're encouraged to do too. Thoroughly covid-19 friendly place. Even better now we have a new entrance from car park.

Hatfield Energie Fitness is a great gym with very helpful and friendly welcoming staff and members. Through these hard times they have done their utmost to make the gym a safe environment for their members to train in. On joining there is a simple online session booking system in place so that the gym is never overcrowded at any one time. Its great to be back.

I joined this gym a few months ago, and although it is a rather small gym I can say it truly is fantastic. All the equipment and facilities you would need/expect is there and presented to a high standard. The staff are great, always have a smile on their faces- greeting each individual as they enter and always their to help you out if you need. I would most definitely recommend this gym if you are looking for a great working atmosphere with lovely people around you.

Its an A-class gym that's not only great value but also a fantastic atmosphere. Staff are really friendly and helpful, so will always give you some great advice. Has to be one of the best gyms I have been to so far.

A good value gym. Good range of equipment and classes. Can usually use the equipment you want even when it is busy. Staff are friendly. Gym and changing rooms are clean. Other members seem friendly and are happy to trade work out tips and ideas for workouts.

This gym is amazing!!! Sam who is the assistant manager there made me feel so at ease! She was methodical and really listened! She is an amazing trainer and if it wasn't for her I would not have felt at ease. The gym has amazing equipment and more importantly it's clean!!. To all the women out there if u have any reservations don't fear. This is the place to b for a great workout with staff who care! Clean and programmes that will really help u and u see results. Marian is welcoming and friendly. Sam was my inspiration to working out and how u can achieve results. The best gym I have ever been too!
