August 2023. Lovely playground equipment. Both our little ones had a great time this afternoon. Zip wire needs some attention.

Lovely. Beautiful wildflower meadow, lanes, woodland. You can briefly forget you're in a new town. Well worth a visit.

Great green space. There's a permanent table tennis table. Zip-wire. Children's playground with swings, slide, roundabout, climbing frame.... A track to cycle, walk, jog. Fitness / exercise equipment.

Used the new tennis courts and they are great! So pleased to see some more investment in our town. We will be using regularly as we all really enjoyed it. My only fault is that there isn't any shade on the courts.....and on a hot sunny day just a little would go a long way! ๐Ÿ˜

Shephalbury Park is an attractive park in the middle of various residential areas and schools. It's also close to the Coptic church and Football academy. It's a pleasant park that you can walk around in a circular fashion once you've reached the main field. Facilities include: tennis courts (badly maintained!), a basketball court, outdoor gym workout machines, etc. Stevenage may not offer many cultural or historic institutions, but there are plenty of parks and green areas like this one dotted around this town, with the lakes being its jewel in the crown.

Nice park. Especially good for children. Very flat and open. Has tennis courts and bowling green attached. Children's play area. Free parking. No public facilities. Could easily push a wheelchair or pushchair round on the paths although not very big. Popular with dog walkers.

Nicely kept, good open space to play ball games, walk dogs, sit and watch the world go by. Good park for the children.

Everything without the soul, feels like in an aquarium, everything is artificial, sidewalks, lawns, everything made by a human hand, no naturalness. And only people with dogs, will I find a place for myself? If I am without my pet, will the plague of people with dogs displace me.

Great little parkland with a lovely fresh playground a short walk from the carpark. Lots of dog walkers about, a few people enjoying the fields and a small number of children enjoying the playground on a Sunday afternoon in April. Fantastic for free!
