Can
see
why
it's
going
out
of
business.
This
model
of
poor
service
and
not
giving
a
monkeys
about
your
customers
isn't
going
to
encourage
people
to
buy
products/services
from
you.
Understandably
it
was
an
hour
before
the
shop
shut
when
we
visited
but
the
total
disinterest
and
lack
of
selflessness
from
the
staff
is
a
joke.
Went
in
looking
for
a
shampoo
and
was
told
by
someone
on
another
boutique
that
the
lady
for
this
brand
has
popped
somewhere
but
will
be
back
soon.
Waited
5
minutes,
no
sign
of
anyone
apart
from
the
4
security
guards
who
were
following
us
around
the
shop.
No
suggestion
from
the
colleague
of
getting
that
staff
member
or
seeing
if
she
could
help,
no
she'd
rather
stand
there
doing
nothing
to
earn
her
salary.
Had
a
look
ourselves
to
see
if
we
could
find
it
and
then
promptly
left,
followed
by
2
security
guards.
Will
be
buying
the
product
from
another
company
due
to
our
experience.
Worst
thing
about
the
place
is
this
is
a
relatively
new
store
so
you
would
expect
the
staff
to
want
to
help
customers.
It
must
just
be
me
being
old
fashioned
and
thinking
that
good
service
leads
to
repeat
custom.
