Friendly staff, who seem helpful. One particular gentleman gave some sound advice on Campanula when my Mother was looking for them. The store here has a wide variety of plants but some are of limited stock. I couldn't help but notice that many plants lack botanical Latin names, making them harder to identify and care for, especially since many of the pots don't have care instructions. Of the ones I did see with Latin names, the labels were torn or cut across those area often making them difficult to read. They appear to have garden features here including patio furniture and outdoor cooking appliances. They also have wood panels, canes, strong metal brackets for weighty hanging baskets, wood chip, shale and various types of soil, among other things. This place also has a cafe of sorts that sells a variety of things though I didn't personally visit that part of the store. There is a section indoors not far from the cafe that sells goods such as jams, marmalades, biscuits, breads and such but they are incredibly expensive, much like the rest of the store. Be mindful of the outdoor area which has some terrible footways and mindful of the slope that goes inside the inner area, which is hard to notice unless you are specifically looking for it.

Not a place I would visit again popped in for a coffee and sandwich. An older woman in the kitchen screeched at my husband you need a table number and stormed off. He already had one. The tuna sandwich was toasted despite us saying no to toasted . It was horrible. Decided to cut our loses and go. Couldn't face screechy lady again The other staff were nice and the coffee was fine just mrs grumpy.

Another visit to this lovely garden centre. Has a few more disabled bays near the front door when last wrote. Does mention inside that path is uneven which is helpful. Plants are very good value, Β£10 for starter garden shrubs and plants I have brought before are still good even after the very hot days. Lovely Easter display lots of varieties and coffee shop was quick and has polite staff,, garden centre has a loyalty card too.

Cafe is nice, loved their millionaires shortbread. Quite pricey and gets quite busy. Nice garden centre but not cheap.

Good parking, plenty of plant choices, and extended outside furniture area added. Found offering very good and as a result is very popular. The eating area has been extended.

Medium sized garden centre with lots of parking and easy access on the very edge of Stevenage being a minute from the A1m junction. On a sunny Sunday in late may there was an abundance of plants to choose from all well displayed and keenly priced. Lots of staff available for advice and a cafe for those in need of refreshment. They have every you would expect of a garden centre..garden furniture, gravel etc and a clothing and gift section. Well worth an hour or so of your day.

As a holder of a British Garden Centre card it was good to learn this centre is now a member too. Good parking and well laid out selection of plants. Wide range of associated products in the shop. Went to buy 1 item but got Six! Would welcome more offers connected to membership card to reward my loyalty!

Used to be a lovely place to eat. Recently my last 3 visits were unplesent. Rude manager and complicated menu, eg beans with toast not allowed in the afternoon but beans with jacket are. Mostly it's watching the manager push everyone around including the other staff.more training needed please.

The plants and sheds are great but the food at the cafe is really hit and miss. We had a chicken and bacon toastie, the bacon was barely cooked (not crispy at all) and mostly just fat, the chicken was the really cheap Bernard Matthews type. 0 seasoning or sauce in the toastie, just dry and basically inedible. Shame because the breakfast food is quite nice! I feel they should really up their game because there are places in town charging less and serving much tastier sandwiches.

Good Garden Centre and pleasant place to have a coffee but the prices are higher than most now. Cappuccino Β£3.45 and an average size slice of cake Β£4.25. The cafe was empty when I went in and not surprising with prices like that.

Popped in to get a breakfast, joined in queue, at 1048 took so long to get to till ,ask for full English, o ly to be told they stopped at 11 ,very dissatisfied, nobody behind me,I'm a NHS driver for high secure hospital and and normal Ambulance driver ,absolutely gutted that the people in front were allowed to order breakfast at 11 05 and I wasn't, so much for helping NHS staff !!!!!

Graveley Garden Centre was excellent. They had a wide range of plants, fruit and vegetables /herbs. The plants looked in good condition and were displayed well. Indoors they had a great range of bulbs (flower and vegetable) & seeds. Plus the usual range of garden supplies. They also had some indoor /exotics all of which, at a glance, were reasonably priced. The cafe was open, we were there late in the day, so the range available was depleted. I had the soup, not made on the premises, which was edible not something I'd buy again. The staff were helpful, knowledge and approachable.

Went in to look for water spray bottles, it was ridiculously hot inside, actually shocked that the staff were not passing out. When I asked at the till a girl told me they were in front of me and pointed in a general area. Myself and my partner continued to look all around and there was nothing of the sort. We ended up leaving and I was not impressed by the person at the till, she was not very helpful to be honest.

A good find. Big but not too big. Good selection of pots. Bought an azalea and pot as a gift which we planted and was well received. Easy to find.

Just popped in to cafe whilst passing. Really nice. Good service and varied menu. Didn't have time to look round but will certainly go back .

The cafe has friendly service with good coffee and cake selection. Lots of plant selection but some looked dead due to lack of water. Mainly the trees at the back.garden furniture is a bit more expensive then the same online but they do have just about everything you need

Good local business. Wide selection of garden items and some food and gifts. But mainly good quality plants. Oh and always get my bird food here.

Bought a β€œwater feature” an ex demo - very good price πŸ€‘ - one of the staff (Amanda) took it apart and helped load it in the car. Great selection of plants too, amazing colours - Definitely revisiting

Am inviting place with a warm atmosphere. The staff seem jolly and are helpful. I'm not sure if the prices are more or less than other places, but they seem reasonable. Importantly, the plants are healthy-looking too.
