Poor experience at the Cory's mill store. Staff member was off hand and unhelpful. Had to return a faulty item, should have received an apology and helpful service but was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her. She suggested that I take the item home and gave me a number to call. I rang the number from the store and they told me to return it to store. After a very ackward conversation which I shouldn't have been put in and after standing my ground, the refund was made. Not the service I expect from Argos. Staff training in customer service required.

Had a poor experience at this outlet. Bought a set of 5 copper pans via click and collect. Got them home to find that only 4 pan were present in the box. Took them back to get a replacement and was met with unsympathetic staff. Told to drive to Hemel Hempstead to get a replacement as none of the local stores had stock. When I asked for a good will gesture for my wasted time and fuel I was told can’t do it. I rang customer services to complain and they weren’t interested either.

Great service from Argos. TV was ready for collection 24 hours before estimated. Huge box and too big for me to carry to the car. One of the staff very kindly offered to carry it to my car through the heavy rain and wind. Really appreciated. 100% I'll return again.

Useful argos store can get most things delivered here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything we've ordered previously has always turned up quickly. Can also get eBay items delivered here which is useful if you are not home to receive delivery.

Terrible customer service from the manager and a very bad shopping experience. Will think twice before buying anything from them again.

Avoid the Argos Corey's Mill Stevenage Customer service at the Argos includes being told your a liar, a con-artist and a bad mother. Absolutely disgusting, all because Kim the "duty manager" didn't like that the main Customer service department authorising a refund and even spoke to her directly to state this, she refused. Kim became entrenched and narrow minded on her decision, even when the Customer service said they would process the refund from their department. She then proceeded to call me a "bad mother" for trying to get the refund on a product that had a one year return policy and was purchased less than a week previously. I was open to a replacement product, or a gift voucher to use. I purchased two outfits and the other did not react in the same way. I can only assume she was having a really bad day, and decided it was appropriate to speak to a customer like this. Absolutely disgusting. The customer service line provided a full refund. I have raised a complaint. The disgusting personal comments were heard by one of their own customer service operatives on the phone and by other customers present.

Went to this store recently and left there so happy, the customer service that I received was outstanding especially one member of staff Kim.. She went above and beyond in helping me return my item and gave me advice I needed in buying a gift for my partner keep up the good work . Will definitely be returning.
