My go to for a decent coffee. I do like my coffee slightly hotter than it's served and it's never a problem... I know it's a no no for many coffee places but it's how I enjoy it, as long as I remember to ask. They don't have a massive selection of food available which is fine but the cakes and pastries that they serve are delicious I love the interior of this place... A lovely big window at the front allows you to sit and watch the world go by or if you go in th back its fascinating to see the original structure, the ceiling slopes and its all a bit wonky. On a nice day you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine... The good thing is, all the above can be enjoyed with a FAB cup of coffee!

I love going to Ware Coffee Lab! I do, however, wish that they opened before 9am... I'm a huge coffee drinker and used to live and work in London where Monmouth was my coffee of choice. Upon moving to Ware I was hoping to find 'good enough' coffee, yet instead, I found great coffee! My usual is a flat white, and I've also tried their flavoured latte during Halloween and Christmas. My husband and I have been buying their coffee beans for the past three years and we are very happy with them. The actual cafe itself is lovely and sets a great atmosphere for a hangout spot and is great to work from. The staff at Ware Coffee Lab are always friendly and now that we have visited a few times they know us well enough to start getting our order ready before we've even spoken. This is a good spot for working, for families, for chilling with pals, and is dog friendly!

Amazing coffee and very friendly staff.

Super friendly staff, very clean dining area, great variety of cakes on offer inc all important vegan choices, but a little pricey. Dogs welcome a bonus. Didn't like the juvenile message on the outdoor blackboard however.

Local quality coffee, lovely feel to the place with great service. All the girls working here always smile and say hello on arrival and offer a friendly welcome. Maisie in particular knows our order straight away :-)

Went to this place a while ago when they still accepted cash. I now live in Ware and popped in to find they no longer do. Don't want to support big chain coffee places but Costa down the road will now get my business. There are people in society that need to use cash and more recent reports suggest that people are turning back to cash in order to aid budgeting. Just to make my point ,when I went into the coffee lab today, before I saw the card only sign, the card machine wasn't working! Another reason for cash, apart from other points made,how many times do these things not work or banks are hacked, we all need the ability to use cash. I think you will find others feel like I do, this is a bad business decision.

Great coffee, superb customer experience focus, turned up with a wheelchair user, ramps were gotten out voluntarily whilst the shop was busy with no hassle, enabling access to enjoy a great coffee. Thank you.

Coffee and cake reasonable but the service was rather grudging. Cakes stored on a shelf behind the counter with small labels - had to ask for the individual details which was obviously a great trial for the staff member yesterday afternoon. Disappointing.

Great atmosphere, really welcoming and relaxing with plenty of sockets to charge things. Coffee, drinks and food are excellent. Nice place

This place was great but the shine seems to have gone off every part of the coffee shop. The once great pastries are now stale or under baked. The coffee is lack luster and the atmosphere is gone. Real shame

Great quality coffee and cakes, only downside is the coffee sizes are a bit small for my liking, but in terms of tastes light years ahead of any of the chains

A nice place for a coffee. The cakes were good as well. Some tables and chairs outside and south facing will make this place an enjoyable stop in Ware High Street for the coming months

I had the best latte in a long time this morning and an absolutely delicious pumpkin spiced bun. I haven’t been before, but will definitely be coming back.

Been here twice now. The coffee was great, the overall atmosphere of the place was good, but the service had a glum and bored vibe, which is a shame. Will be going there again anyway.

On a cold day it was lucky that we stumbled across WCL, and had lovely hot cappuccino and plenty of interesting food to choose from. Sourdough scone and butter was excellent. Friendly staff.

I went to the coffee lab a couple of times this week. Disappointed in the price coffee was below standard extremely cold made poorly. My order was not made properly paid for caramel with nothing added When I complained nothing was done and the staff made another cold sad coffee. Utterly disappointed not value for money. I will not return. Plus very unfriendly staff! Do not waste ur time! Staff complained about being too busy to help! Disgraceful!

Nice coffee if a little small for the price, plenty of seating inside and outside to watch the world go by, BT WiFi available which is handy as there's very little mobile signal on EE anyway.

The best coffee in Ware. Such good, high quality coffee, you can taste the difference. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty cakes and pastries.

Had 2 latter's which were nearly cold, served in a small plastic cup and cost £6.30. Won't be recommending this place. Although we never had one, the cakes were also over priced and small. Such a shame a we chose this over Costa to support the area but won't be doing that again!!

Ware Coffee Lab is great addition to the High Street in Ware. Coffee is good quality and with a nice selection of cakes and pastries, alongside a good menu. I haven't tried the food yet, it looks lovely, I can to the pastries and they are good. Service is friendly and relaxed, not as quick as say a Costa but they deliver bith good and drinks to your table. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside and there us usually one or two dogs there, just something to be aware of, it's great for me as I have a dog and can have a coffee without having to sit in the rain!
