    Large Double Big Mac Meal. I always have too many fries, but I go large for the bigger drink. Easy enough to order as you use the touch screen these days and wait for your order to be called out.

    This place should be closed and it needs definitely a new management. Used to be was a nice place but now just a spot to avoid. Today went to mcdrive and was in queue like 10 mins when I saw a small paper on the speaker no card payment. So we and many others have to wait upto all car gone to drive away. I called the “manager” to the windows and explain maybe would be usefull on the entrance to put the paper on. Short and annyoing answer. “ Sorry I can’t “ and shut the windows. So waiting 15 mins for nothing. I would advise everyone many other option nearby so just avoid them.

    Got the breakfast roll and a hash brown. The food tasted amazing, but I have a couple criticisms. Firstly, we must of arrived at a busy time as we were told to go and sit in the parking bay. Not too bad considering we got our food fairly quickly Secondly, the food (although tasting very nice) was not wrapped properly. This meant that the burger had moved about and then buns had slid off which meant that it was very messy They also did not provide me with any napkins so luckily, I had tissues otherwise I would have ketchup all over me. It was good food tho

    Ordered a mcplant from here for my sick 11 year old daughter to only find out they’ve put a meat burger with real cheese inside a mcplant box, trying to pull a sick joke to trick a vegan into eating meat. luckily we noticed, if my daughter had eaten this she would’ve had a severe allergic reaction. absolutely disgusting.

    Ordered a large coffee and was given a medium coffee in a large cup! Give me what I paid for or don't con me out of my money cause your staff is too lazy to fill up the coffee cup properly!

    Attended both McDonald's in Stevenage this evening, both obviously suffering with supply chain issues, however the customer service at both, even in light of the situation was appalling! I was left at the order box for nearly 10 minutes after waiting 5 minutes to get there behind 2 cars, I gave up in the end and tried to leave only to get round to the other side to see the guy in the window having a chat with someone I can only presume they knew whilst myself and another car were trapped in the drive-through as there is no escape route. This isn't the first time I have had poor service at this restaurant either! Do better.

    No milkshakes again!!! Can't remember the last time the machine was working. Raised the issue with management and got the usaul bs. Also there was a little rude moody black girl working at the 1ST drive through window who seriously needs to be sacked as she clearly does not want to be there......its true what they say, you pay peanuts you get.......

    I am absolutely appalled at the service I received when picking up my food. Firstly there was a hair in my burger, disgusting! I did get a replacement, shouldn’t of have had to. Secondly, none of the staff who were handling food were wearing any sort of hairnet. Even though most hair is long and outside their cap. Thirdly, they forgot my child’s milk drink so had to go back. Will not be coming back, not the service we usually receive back home no excuses.

    Well, this is your standard mcdonald's restaurant except some of the tables were dirty and when asked to clean them ,before we sat down, we were greeted with a "huff" from the staff. Food took far too long to be brought out to our table (around 25 minutes) and it wasn't even exceptionally busy.

    Branch bursting with people, so no place to sit after ordering on the app to eat in, went to the till while order was about to be prepared to ask to change it to collection, then a member of staff ( older woman called MICHELLE ) literally screamed in my ear in front of everybody ( please look at your cctv ) to move so she could go through behind the counter, I've turned around in disbelief to find this confrontational angry woman that pushed past me and my 4 young children abruptly being abusive about me being in her way. Few seconds later she passed by me again so I stopped her to explain that I didn't realise I was in her way and there's was no need for her to scream at me the way she did, instead of apologising for her despicable lack of manners , she again shouted in my face in front of other customers in an aggressive manner that she had said excuse me 4 times, which I didn't hear neither my husband which was stood directly behind me. I then proceeded to say there was no need to be so rude, and her response was to shout even more and walk away. Spoke to the manager which was polite and apologised for her behaviour, but honestly a person like that woman should not work in retail or customer service, I'm sure I'm not the first costumer mistreated by her. What if I had a hearing or visual impairment? Which I dont, but like my children I have a neurodiversity where I have a slower information processing time than most people, I did'nt deserve to be treated like that in front of my children. Please do not allow this angry confrontational woman to carry on screaming at people that don't respond to her within 2 seconds.

    Went there this morning with wifey for a Breakfast. As soon as the door opened we were hit with an icy blast from within. It was actually colder than outside. When we received our order it had to be eaten quickly before it got cold.

    The only reason I wanted to write a review is because of a lovely member of staff called Corina!! She deserves 5 stars all on her own! She was the most helpful, polite and just the most lovely lady. I hope she sees this or someone passes on my upmost thanks to her! She is fantastic and deserves credit!

    Food is as expected from a McDonald's, service is alright, most staff help out when needed. There is a drive through, the queue is never longer than the drive through itself making it a quicker way to get your food rather than ordering on the machines inside. The cleanliness of the seating areas is quite bad as they are not cleaned all the time.

    12.08.2023 Very helpful staff. Came for a quick snack and the counter staff found my daughter some colouring pencils. Good service, food came quickly and was hot. Very clean restaurant.

    17 minute wait time for a single basic meal, run by children and prioritise uber drivers over customers. Food is 8/10 cold and service is non existent, everything is an extra effort for the workers there.

    Personally I usually order on the app not sure why because they always get my order wrong. Missing item, different item than what I ordered or once they even doubled my order for no extra money. Service is usually fast though probably why they forget half the order. Today I only had my fries and my millionaire doughnut no idea what happened to my double big mac.

    guten tag, u know this scheiße place has always had a problem. large fries portion is consistently scheiße 🤯 furthermore, they always put cheese when you say no cheese pls. i hope the management see this and implement the much needed reform within this scherzen of an establishment. danke

    Update 21/12/2023 closes before the actual close time in Google for walk in. Open for delivery still......Still the same review as of 202312. Avoid using via the McDonald's App they use Uber and in my opinion turn up with cold food... So still have not seen my last review.... This one...In my opinion do not use the McDonald's App or rely on Uber eats if you want fresh and hot food. You will be disappointed. Either walk and drive through and get it yourself. Look into the window of and you'll see food sitting waiting for collection which is cold. This manager needs sacking

    Went on a saturday afternoon, The drive-thru is very tight for a modern SUV. Would recommend parking and walking in to collect. Service was slow, food was mediocre compared to other branches.

    Arrived 8pm on a Sunday night to order some McFlurries. Only 2 cars in front, but it took half an hour to get to the ordering window only to find that no ice creams were available. We asked to speak to the manager to get an explanation for why there was such a long wait, only to be told they were short staffed. Even so, they weren't even busy and it shouldn't have taken that long to serve customers. What a waste of time and petrol!

    Order machine use only. No receipt still had to get a staff member at the till to then provide a receipt which then told me my order. Order number appears on the collect list after sometime, but then had to stand there as I could see the person who was packing my bag didn't have the FilletOFish and Big Tasty, could see her say to colleagues someone had taken them for other orders. Well over five minutes later, saw the FilletOFish go but when she got the Big Tasty, she opened the box and fingered the bun to see what was under it.

    When busy, during mealtimes, this place gets overwhelmed by orders. In person, on foot customers seem to be at the back of the queue when it comes to receiving their food. Fast food it certainly isn't, I've waited as long as 20mins for my order. Restaurant and toilets often found in filthy state. Poor.

    Pretty happy with the quality of my standard go to maccy d order... 3 double cheeseburgers and a banana milkshake... Milk shake machine is usually in order, I hate it when a maccies does not having a working milkshake machine - that is out of order. Nothing grates on my more than travelling to a maccies, saliver flowing in anticipation of said meal and then finding out the milkshake machine is out of order.... Really mcdonalds, have a back up machine, my review would of been 5 stars then.

    I gave one star as I couldn't give less. I spent alot of money as a treat for my grandchildren and only received drinks and ice creams, no meals. Expected to wait a week for a refund, I don't think so. Won't be ordering from them again.

    I went into McDonald’s expecting mediocrity but wow what can I say! I was greeted by a fine chap going by the name of Michael and honestly he put a smile on my face. The cracking of jokes gave me a warm tingle that no others can do and I just feel that he can go far. You hear about undercover boss but where is it when you need it cause not only should he have 5 stars but also all expenses trip paid to Disney land parks cause honestly he just does things others can’t.

    Went threw the drive thru to order the wrap of the day ( chicken and garlic mayo) was told there was no garlic sauce for the wrap. Asked for a substitute if possible for the same price as was not technically my fault they have run out of garlic sauce. Was rudely told no cannot do that no substitutes drive to another MC Donald's if that's what you want! Ended up ordering a triple cheese burger and a 99p chicken mayo. Took forever to come. Triple cheese burger was greasy and the chicken mayo was dry and the chicken was hard.

    Loud, small, crowded, NEVER GO IN THE HOLIDAYS LEST YOU SUFFER THE WRATH OF NOISY LITTLE CHILDREN! Chicken Nuggets served in a greasy bag and service completely ignored my order of Ketchup.

    Saturday afternoon ...Food was not that good ...Alot of the hot drinks were unavailable as was some of the menu. Ladies toilets a disgrace...took my grandaughters to toilet and one of the toilets was blocked with what looked like a sanitary towel. I came out and complained to a member of staff said ok walked away to carry on doing what he was doing. I then spoke a very helpful young lady who said she would get it sorted...I hope she did. Toilets should be checked regularly.

    Served within a reasonable time despite it being busy at the drive through and instore, the fillet o fish meals were good just a shame I couldn't get the iced drinks but this is a problem at most McDonald's where I guess the machine is usually out of order.
