⛔️ Chicken found in Vegetarian dish ⛔️ I ordered number #64 on the menu from Just-Eat as-well as two other items. I called the shop and was offered 50% refund. They didn't understand the seriousness of the issue and couldn't interpret what I was clearly saying. The managers wife's excuse: It was really busy and perhaps he accidently put some chicken from one pot into another. As a local guide on google with many trustworthy reviews and sole owner of a facebook page called "Stevenage and surrounding areas" with over 5 ,000 members and growing. I sadly have to give this business 1*. I would give it 0.5* but that isn't an option. Please be careful when ordering as some items you didn't order may come as a surprise when you dig in.

Orderly directly for great service!! Great takeaway, ordered directly from their website and food came in about 20 mins, ordered veggie dishes and had no issues, all tasted great & good value, really happy :)

Food is always later than expected, normally amazing quality food but haven't been raving over it the last two orders, service gets a 1 star from a bad order previously, however I will say if you cab ignore the staff and lateness when they get tmit right it's the best Chinese takeout in stevenage

I’d give 0 stars if there was and option. Dreadful service. Ordered and told delivery at 8pm. After this time had been and gone I tried to phone and cancel with no answer. Driver turns up at 11.30pm wakes up my whole house, sets the dogs off etc! 5 hours from ordering to delivery - I’m really surprised you actually have a business!! Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!

We waited 3 hours for delivery and had a dish missing. Such a shame, as the food we had was really good - one of the nicest Chinese meals I have had in a while and really hot. Not sure if the issues were due to lack of staff, if it was on time and the order was correct I would give 5 stars.

Took 3 hours from ordering to getting our takeaway. Ordered on Uber eats but took so long I ended up going there as could not get through on phone. There were at least 4 other customers in the same situation. No apology for lateness. Only 'everyone is complaining'. I wonder why.

Food 1hr 40 from ordered after 45 mins being the maximum time given as delivery estimate. Arrrived with some cold and also provided chow mein rather than fried rice. As it was so late I ate something else and gave the hot stuff to a neighbour

The BEST Chinese takeaway in Stevenage. Order directly from the website for a better service than Uber eats/deliveroo. Amazing staff and quality of the food! Delivery times are always short which is a bonus!

Ordered for collection, food was ready on time, every dish we had was delicious, will definitely be ordering again

The Crispy vegetable spring rolls were disgusting. I think they have put balsamic vinegar in then waste of money ! One bite and straight in the bin!

Lovely customer service always so friendly I’ve been coming for years and the food is always so much better than any other Chinese I’ve tryed in the area And there chicken noodle soup is a must try 😃😃😃

Just had the best Chinese takeaway we have had in 10 years on new years eve. Everything was cooked nicely, tasted lovely and was really hot. I really wanted to give this a 5 star review but it came in 1 hrs 20 mins and not 45 mins as stated on website. Having said that was a really lovely meal.

Food arrived two hours later then estimated arrival time... no update on app and couldn't get through to them via phone either

IT IS TIME Let me just tell you I love a good Chinese, I moved into the area about a year ago and been very very dissapointed with the fast food in the area at least. But then I went to New Hings, and then I had to go again, and the next day I couldent stop thinking about it and went again 😂 The foods great all the way from the rice to the MSG basics are perfect, steaming giving the air flavor, walking in you get the munchies straight away, chicken is tender perfect, deep fried beed crispy but thick you actually get a bite not just a crunch anyone who gets food with me here is satisfied aswell, I love that fact that as soon as we get back with this food everyone just shuts up and you can hear slurping, chewing and concentration 😂😂😂😂🍲🍲 Then moving away from the food you have the staff, I belive its familly run, the lady allready knows my order, honestly from the start i felt so welcome a bit like going to the kitchen and asking granny to make you some munch and the munch you get is just straight banging. This is a longer term review, I have been eating at this place for a while and have yet to be dissapointed.

As it's Christmas eve I am aware this time of year is busy. Used to order from there a lot but will now look at other places as now displeased with the service. Ordered around 17:30 for the application to say it will arrive about 18:45. Got to 19:15 tried to call them and phone line was busy (off the hook), kept trying to call up until the application displayed them as closed and still couldn't get through. As soon as they displayed as closed the application changed to delivered. Not happy with the service of the place. Update: Delivery came at 21:45 😂, 3hrs late.

Are very bad place to work for AS DUMPS THERE DRIVERS ALL NO CAR AS DUE TO HAVE REPAIR DONE AND EXPECT THERE DRIVERS TO DRIVE THEIR CARS WITHOUT NO NOT MOT and Drivers don't get the tips that customers pay the driver cause HINGS STELL that when just eat, deliveroo and uber eats have confirmed the tips are for the drivers as it says clearly on it when ordered to tip the driver

Absolutely terrible service waiting nearly 1 hr 30 and order every week and ring to see where order is and they have delivered to wrong house? Keep hanging the phone up.

Ordered through just eat at 7:20pm and was told that delivery would be by 8:10pm. It is now 10pm pm AND STILL NO DELIVERY!! If you try to contact them Phone is constantly engaged where they have clearly taken off the hook, will never be ordering from here again as clearly this is a normal thong for them.

If i could it would be 0 stars as 1 is still something . Ordered food told 1 hour rang up after hr and half and told not even cooked yet then hanged the phone up tried to get through again took me 45 mins as phone constanly engaged and then told them to could and again still bot even cooked the food . Lady on phone was rude and thought it was funny we waited for nearly 3 hrs for are food . Disgusting customer service

Avoud this restaurant. Ordered food with a 30 minute estimated delivery time. 90 minutes later still no food. Phone constantly engaged so unable to contact to chase, cancel or change to collection. With sooo many other Chinese takeaways around you don't need to waste your time here.
