I’ve been a regular customer for over 15 years. I just called up and was sworn at multiple times called a “mot****uc*er” as my number did not appear on his system. When I tried calling back with my number shown, I was again verbally abused by the manager for failing to send my number through the first time. This came as quite a shock as I have had a friendly relationship with the takeaway owners for over 15 years. This irrational and foul mouthed behaviour has cost him 8 long term regular customers.

I can’t believe I’m giving one star to a place I always order from, after my experience and reading the previous comments I realized that others have been through what I been through, I called for an order rather then saying “sorry we don’t take cash only card after hours” the manager (as the he claims) has started swearing and stating that he’s customers are stupid and they give out of date food anyway, so to anyones who gets food poison I would suggest you take legal action. I have phone call evidence that I cannot upload sadly but if you want out of date food and rude customer service to a place who sees there customers as trash then be my guest and order away. Thank you for your previously service respectfully I will not order again. Have fun earning your customers trust again.

waited 45 minutes for our food to turn up, and when it did i was missing half the order. called up and asked them to bring it back, they said they “might” the attitude from the man on the phone was disgusting. awful customer service. waited an hour hoping that it would turn up. rung again and demanded my food as it was for my daughter, the rude man on the phone said “are u happy now?!” never got my food in the end and my daughter went hungry. i’m never ordering from here again, disgraceful customer service. do not order from here

Ordered the Couples Deal, got a couple of warm items. The whole meal essentially was stone cold. Phoned to try and resolve the issues and was spoken to very rudely and insisted it wasn’t their fault, it was Just Eat. The quality of food was poor and they put burger sauce in my burger (both top and bottom) without listing or requesting. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

We ordered over 2 hours ago then we rang the restaurant up and the man said he’s not coming to deliver it, never eat here!

Extremely rude staff on the phone. They try and talk down to you and raise their voices. (Roosters Spot are also Amore Pizza so AVOID BOTH). They dont talk with any respect or decency. I've been banned, after being a loyal customer, ordering weekly for over 3 years, yet they ban me for apparently taking other people's deliveries which is absolutely absurd and untrue, and they have nothing to even back up these false allegations. On the other hand, if I were to receive someone else's order then why aren't the delivery drivers making sure they're delivering to the right address! Incompetent business, bad customer service. Disgusting bunch of idiotic people. Avoid.

My card was accidentally declined and the manager started shouting at me. I asked him if he was okay and he yelled your wasting everyone’s time. Then he shouted put the card in! I said I don’t need this. His response was don’t come back!!! Terrible service. I was starting to enjoy eating here but the manager is cranky.

Me and my boyfriend have ordered food from here the last two times the burger came soggy they dont put the right things in the burger the person on the phone is extremely rude the short changed me two times meaning the owe me £2 the money isnt a problem but they are meant to be a business.

Me and my partner ordered from here and wasn’t given everything we asked for.When the delivery driver turnt up he called and said if I don’t come down and get my food as I live in flats he won’t give us our food and leave.He was continuing to swear over the phone and gave poor customer service.I do not recommend!this shouldn’t even get 1 star!!

very rude customer service the shop is not in the heigh street or even this not a shop its a car garage i dont know how city council allow them to do buisness in this place , i been there 3 times but never get a good customer service he was rude all the time with off moode if you cant respect the customer so don't even insult them . and i will report you to the counsal aswell tomarow for the burn and smelly peri peri chicken .

I have been using rooster spot over the last year I have had many of their rang of chicken and there consistency has always been spot on. In this time I have never had to make any complaints the food has always been delicious cooked to perfection and we'll presented

Don’t know why I ordered a beef lasagne from a chicken shop.

The interior of the takeaway restaurant is badly worn out. Cleanliness of the establishment was an issue. The dining area was filthy despite it not being busy. I ordered 3 wings and fries. Fries were fresh but the spicy wings were obviously not. They had been in the hot holding area too long so they were dry and hard. I didn’t eat the wings as I didn’t want to risk illness. Would not recommend or be returning.

I ordered cheesy chips and they had forgotten the chips, I called up asking for them, they then said “I put them in madam” and told me they’ll send me the chips next time I order, I went out and someone eles from my household ordered a roosters, they gave them the chips? And they are them, why give them to the person who didn’t even order roosters that day? I was a regular customer but now I will not be ordering from there again.

I ordered a half grilled chicken and it said served with rice drink and fresh salad but when the food came it only had the chicken and salad. I called to enquire about this and a man with out listening to what I am trying to say just shouted at me very rudely. I ordered through uber eats and I would have understood if it was a mistake shown in uber eats but the person was very rude. Plus the food was burnt but tolerable. Atleast they could have the decency to say that it might have been an error shown in the app rather than shouting at customers.

My order was wrong, I called up to explain expecting a simple oh sorry we'll fix that but the guy started shouting down the phone immediately! We tried to calm the situation but he wouldn't listen! Food was not worth the hassle, go anywhere else! The little of our order we did get was awful. Save yourself the trouble first time and last time ordering from here

Ordered donner meat and chips. Donner burnt and rock solid and taste like cardboard. Have taken pictures and will be contacting justeat for a refund. Avoid

I would put zero stars if it was an option. I phoned to order phone and when I ask when drink they have he said what you want me to name everyone and said check the website got mad and hung up and I hen I called back he said sorry we are not delivering anymore. Absolutely disgusting customer service!
