    Waited 10 mins to order. Asked for receipt was told we don’t need it. No organisation of orders at all. Then 4x people behind us got order before us. Then found out our order was given to someone else had to wait another 20 mins for new order. Restaurant was dirty large amount of left over food at least a few hours old. Drinks machine had black residue which went into drink. Dirty floor. Lots of flys eating old food left out. Even saw a rat. Very loud and not inviting atmosphere due to 10+ Delivery drivers waiting for food. Constantly talking. Staring at customers. Very off putting.

    Visited on Sunday early evening as shops were starting to shut down and park becoming quite. The restaurant was relatively empty and clean. Typical burger king options with Angus special offers. No self order kiosks (hate those anyways). Service was very efficient. We got our food within 5 minutes. Trusty old whopper. Not sure what was the point of getting "large" meal. Seems the same drink size and maybe 3 more pieces of chips than the regular order beloved got. Will skip that option next time. Toilets were in very unsanitary condition (avoid those).

    Nice restaurant inside but outside whilst your eating you are watching..rats! Yes,outside there were many rats running around ( let me stress,there were none inside,only outside).This was not at night but during the afternoon.

    1 star, Harsh you may say, but I would recommend nobody sets foot in this place if you have any sense of humanity. My wife and I visited here a couple of weeks ago and received terrible treatment from the staff there. My wife was trying to use an app discount on her mobile phone and the young woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Her communication consisted of a series of whispery grunts, which made it very difficult to hear her. My wife told her she couldn't hear her, and she replied with something unintelligible. My wife repeated herself saying she's partially deaf. This person suddenly discovered the ability to speak and stated very clearly "Well that's not my fault". We told her how rude she was and promptly left the store. We were both fuming and on return home promptly contained to Burger King pointing out that the woman needed to go on a disability awareness course. They responded by offering us....a free 'Whopper* ....we declined their offer and are still awaiting an official apology from their head office ..I won't hold my breath.

    Very nice restaurant near the car park in a busy area with big shopping centres. We were attended nicely and quickly. While we help ourselves with the drinks, the order was ready. We could sit by the window. Very comfortable and very good service.

    Waited ages at the drive through only to be served warm Coke. No ice! And it was the hottest day in history in the UK. They should have warned us before we ordered and waited. And the ice cream machine was broken.

    Took them about 20 minutes to take my order, food was mediocre, as expected. Loved the interactive rat experience, worst rat infestation I’ve ever seen. Counted over 100 in the time it took me to eat a burger, wish this was a joke

    Food was excellent as always but it was a few small things that dropped its 5 stars. You have to make your own drinks via a self serve machine, the tables where dirty and some of the chairs had been vandalised with a glitter paste and because it was busy chairs where hard to find. However i didn't complain as i was passing through quickly and in there defence some of the issues could have been rectified if i had asked. All round a good restaurant, good parking options, drive thru and a reasonable sized seating area.

    Ok, as a Burger King goes. Went 2 pm on a Saturday, match day too, and it was not too busy. Service was steady. Tables needed a wipe down, they were mostly dirty. There is a drive thru and outside seating.

    Food is bang on after a 20 min wait, no bacon when I wrote review, floor and seats are always dirty and hand sanitizer wasn't working Update Drive through was a mission £7.30 for a double cheese xl no meal

    My local, been twice, won’t go again. 1 hour and a half waiting nearly, ridiculous. Gave the benefit of the doubt after the first time but whilst chatting to other customers it’s obviously like that all the time. Feel sorry for the staff as it’s very clear there is not enough of them to cope with all the delivery drivers, drive through, and walk ins. This leads to frustration among customers that gets taken out on staff trying there best. Management is either incompetent or completely ignorant to it and doesn’t care. Not worth the wait for a soggy burger.

    It was ok. But my main complaint is that although we paid for soft drinks (bottomless), they tasted like medicine or watered down fizzy drink. Wasn't expecting this from a huge brand like Burger king. Either fix the machine, change your policy or don't serve them if you are charging customers for them.

    Disappointed overall, food nothing special, haos one person was serving and running like a crazy to deal with all , other staff was walking like on fbe beach not at work, finally after 30 min of waiting for my order we get the food. We come out so angry , my husband wants to give up and leave all but this was to much £40 for few things. We drive off and share the food and ....box of nuggets missing we couldn't believe it we wait for so long spend a lot end up with missing food. Cleanness not good either, water on floor next to drink dispenser, place not for recommendation at all .....we will never go back for sure... I just feel sorry for the lady who was serving everyone and her work mates was enjoying themselves.....

    I’m a big fan of Burger King but this branch in Stevenage sucks. The staff are rude and unhelpful staff. Service is slow. Air conditioning isnt on/working on the hottest day of the year. They advertise free stuff via the app but this store don’t use/allow the app. During my meal two people went to the counter to complain and based on the other reviews I didn’t just catch them on a bad day….

    I had my lunch yesterday and it was excellent and the staff was so polite and being so kind . The way of respect they gave me was jusz awesome and i will choose again this restaurant soon and will share and recommend this to my friends and colleagues as well

    I know it is a fast food place but not bad quality quick food. Staff is polite and from start to end they prepare order properly. Never got anything missed when ordered.

    Bloody ridiculous that they don’t put the heating on in the restaurant area. Despite trying to wolf my food down as I was freezing, it had gone cold before I’d even gotten half way. Entirely unpleasant experience.

    Filthy toilets hadn't been cleaned in a while, stains on walls and no soap in dispensers. Water is scalding hot with no warning of this. Although, they are mixer taps. I actually came back 2 days later and the toilets were still in the same condition and still no soap in the dispensers. Disgusting. Ordered food pretty quickly but service getting out food was slow. We actually saw our burgers sit under the lamps for 10 minutes before someone finished our order. Poor cleanliness, I wonder how EHO would respond when they see it 🤔🤢

    We went in to BK Stevenage on Monday 10th April (bank holiday Monday) at around 9pm. The service was excellent, quick, nice hot food and very friendly staff. Each member of staff was polite and helpful. The place was very clean and overall it was very pleasant to eat there. This is the second time we've gone in there in one week and we will definitely return. The manager, Saida, is extremely welcoming and tried hard to accommodate us with drinks when the coffee/hot water machine was out of order. It is a pleasure to visit there. Thanks to all the staff.

    Food was ok. Staff were polite. However....the app doesn't work at the branch even when the internal visual food menu behind the counter invites you to use the app. Also the everchanging digital display menu behind the counter flashes so many different options so quickly it is enough to give you a headache. If the app continues not to work at this location and I cannot access the same offers I can using the app at other locations I will no longer visit this location.

    Generally I enjoy a burger king...perhaps they were closing soon as I was passing by late at night, but the quality of the food was a real let down. Chewy overcooked chicken, cold fries, flavourless burger. Something wasn't right for sure this time.

    Worst drive though in the history of drive through. Staff struggle to understand and you sit for ages without anything happening. By the time you get the food it’s cold and the staff don’t care….. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

    Staff at time of visit (28th October) were not particularly knowledgeable, if it weren't for (I presume the duty manager turning up) we would be there till the morning. Added to indifference of some staff it was not a very good experience over all. The app, well that's another story, if you haven't got a 5G phone then there are added problems ordering. On the positive side, no long ques like at Mc Ds which is good, and a better tasting burger.

    Took forever to get served food took just along. All front of house staff was slow disorganised. Then one woman came out of the kitchen and in 5 mins cleared the long cue in less then 5 mins and made the other 3 staff look stupid. Really need to get workers that don't just have one speed stop. When I did get my food it was luke warm.

    The staff prepared my meal efficiently and the app worked well enough for collection. This is however let down by being another burger king in need of mordernisation. Brown decor, a miserable broken toilet and no dessert options.

    One of the worst burger kings I've had in quite a while. I ordered the cheesy double bacon lover meal and that didn't seem to have any of the cheese sauce in, and a bacon double cheeseburger meal that had no bacon in it! The wait time was poor, and further more I believe I got charged for more than the order should have been. I asked for a receipt and never got one and there was never a screen to confirm. However was charged £18 when online the price seems to come out at £16 so I believe I was charged for large meals without ordering or receiving a large meal. Edit: Update I was able to confirm the pricing and wasn't overcharged. However that then means this restaurant is roughly £1.50 a meal extra than other ones near by.
