Amazing service from the new assistant manager, he was very attentive and made our outing very special thank you for amazing service! Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall the price of the food/drinks at Prezzo was quite expensive in areas. Especially £7.00 for 3 meatballs and £7.00 for 1 Honeycomb Smash Cheesecake. They tasted fantastic but personally I wouldn’t be able to justify spending that money if it wasn’t a special occasion. Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On this particular visit, the time between placing my order and receiving my food was pretty rapid. Receiving all of our courses was great. All of the food was extremely hot upon arrival which is great too. Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall quality of my food was extremely good. The portion sizes for our mains are fantastic. The food was full of flavour and all toppings on the pizza worked great together. Personally it was fantastic and very enjoyable! Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaraunt was extremely clean as where all the tables. A very clean and COVID Secure Prezzo. I appreciated the briefing we received upon entering the restaraunt on how things work at the momment in Prezzo too! Well done! AOB- I have no other Business.

Truly terrible service. Go to pizza express instead! We had to wait almost an hour for one garlic bread starter and olives which just come out of a jar anyway. After another 30 minutes when I questioned why it was taking so long for our mains to arrive, rather than apologise, the waitress told me we only have 2 chefs. The restaurant was practically empty so I said this is really not good enough and you should apologise. She just walked off so we left. Her manner was unbelievably rude, as if we were the problem and that we should be more understanding of them! The manager was sitting on a chair on her phone rather than managing the restaurant. The waiters were rude and contemptuous. We’ve been going there for years but will never go back unless management changes. I notice there have been similarly bad reviews complaining about shocking service for the last year so it’s surprising and disappointing prezzo have not sorted it out.

I had the chicken and spinach salad, chicken was very dry .ladies toilets were freezing cold and they added a £20 service charge for 8 of us which was quite excessive. Tipping should be at the customers discretion reflecting quality of food, service etc. Would not visit again.

I have had pizzas, pasta, salads, starters, desserts... its always good in Prezzo. I'm not usually a huge fan of salad, but they are generous and have plenty of flavour... always happy to return, even if its just for a lunchtime/work lunch. Staff have always been polite and helpful. Very pleasing.

Well on a quite Thursday night at 630pm for a takeaway (to be fair I was being lazy as only a few doors up in the pub) I called a total of 7 time’s not a single pick up, then tried online but the option to tweak the one pizza I wanted was not available so had to go in person. So called a couple more times, then when I walked up about 2 mins from the last call their were 2 members of staff chatting at the till and the place was less that a quarter full, and also the phone was ringing and being ignored as I was there. When I placed my order I was asked if it was pizza or pasta. I said pizza and was told “ahhhh we’ll our pizza chef is busy so you will have to wait” the place was empty and sorry but thought it was a pizza place. Shocking service very lazy. That said when we finally got the food it was excellent and good value for money, so tough choice great food awful lazy service so would I go back. It sure. Be interested in your experience?

You get pretty much the same food quality in a Prezzo. The only thing that changes is the ambience and service. I had the lobster and crab tortellini and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was pleasant and not rushed, in fact we left when we realised that we were probably holding the staff back from closing the door.

Great food , great service. Had the lobster Ravioli. I have noticed in other reviews people are not keen on the service provided but for me everyone was polite, friendly and food came quickly with no issues what so ever.

We visited recently the Hitchin restaurant 6/1/17 and I have to say the service wasn't friendly, the waiters and waitress lacked any charisma, charm or manners. At 2230 we noticed the staff where turning the restaurant lights off and we were still eating, the back door was held open and it was freezing, they couldn't have made it more obvious that they wanted us to leave. And yes, the toilets are freezing!! On a positive note however the food was lovely! But no I won't be returning.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have experienced very poor service. Starter took over 45 minutes to arrive as our order had been lost/ forgotten. No real apology given for this. As we were sitting opposite the kitchen we had to watch/ listen to numerous loud arguments between table service staff and the cooking staff. This was so awkward we almost the restaurant. Safe to say I will not be returning.
