We
got
there
early
before
check
in.
Asked
for
lunch
and
coffee
was
told
coffee
machine
not
working.
Then
was
informed
that
my
accord
privilage
account
card
was
not
working
so
could
not
get
my
discount
on
room.
When
we
checked
in
to
our
bedroom
we
had
been
put
right
next
door
to
laundry
room
and
a
air
con
unit
which
was
so
noisy
I
went
to
reception
and
asked
to
be
moved.
The
lady
said
she
would
pop
down
in
a
minute,
which
turned
into
nearly
45
minutes
later
no
one
came
down.
So
my
husband
went
to
reception
and
requested
to
see
the
manager
who
gave
us
a
new
room
straight
away.
We
had
dinner
there
which
was
OK.
In
the
morning
we
walked
down
stairs
to
breakfast
to
find
on
the
stairs
somebody's
Chinese
food
left
on
stair.
The
carpets
need
a
good
clean
as
well.
We
went
into
breakfast
and
I
could
not
find
any
milk
for
my
cereal
and
was
informed
they
had
none
so
had
to
use
10
little
plastic
milk
cartons
you
get
in
your
room
to
make
your
tea.in
all
honesty
I
don't
think
I
will
ever
stay
in
a
novotel
hotel
again.
Apon
check
out
if
it
had
not
been
for
the
you
man
on
reception
I
would
have
ended
up
with
a
bill
for
someone
else's
drinks
