My son had his 8th birthday birthday here and he loved it. The kids bounced for an hour. I liked that there were sectioned off areas for more skilled kids to do flips etc. There were sport areas like sectioned off dodge ball and free bounce areas. We were all give a 15 minutes safety video plus grip socks for the kids, adults just had to take off there shoes. There is a party area with small sections with tables and chairs where you can decorate as you like. The staff bring the food to drinks for the kids.

This was the first time we had been to Air Space and it was a great experience. The staff were helpful and friendly. The briefing session was quick and to the point with the safety aspects focused on so you could have a fun time. Once bouncing someone had landed a bit unevenly and staff were there straight away to help the visitor. This was much more prompt than other bounce parks we had been to. The cafe was a nice visit at the end and it was clean and tidy as were the toilets.

I brought a young boy that I care for here, he is autistic and had such an amazing time that unfortunately he did not want leave when our session was up. All of the staff were brilliant and so understanding of him and his needs, they offered so much support to us and in the end had to clear the floor and turn the music off to help him understand it was time to leave. Cannot praise them highly enough for how amazing they were in helping us as carers at a frustrating and highly emotional time and the young boy we look after. Thank you so much to the staff working yesterday with their understanding and compassion!

Whole family had a great time here for a birthday last week. Plenty of room, as they operate a banding system so there's always spare trampolines and no waiting. Coats and shoes etc are kept in large trunks for the party group. Everyone then has to put on special non-slip socks. There is a short safety video before you are aloud on the trampolines. We had a great time, our party age range was from 3 to 39 in ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. The party package included a hotdog, donut, ice-cream and drinks along with a party bag. Would definitely go again, great visit whatever the weather.

Coming to the toddler session on Saturday is a good idea. However, the doors open at 9am and once you've got in you then have to go through a briefing session (of which I quite understand for H&S reasons) then your so called hour becomes 45 minutes. Thankfully the queue wasn't that long today. If it had been twice as long, we'd have no time at all. Something the management needs to think about.

Reasonably sized, well maintained and friendly staff. Facilities have all the basic trampolines, dodge ball area, basketball hoop, air bag and an advanced area, and there’s a high level viewing area with drinks/snack area. Five stars as this is one of my 4 y.o. favourite places from blowing off excess energy (and I find it quite fun too!)

It's clean, there are loads of staff, young people but confident to take charge and friendly. It's a bit expensive but always busy. You can do as much or as little as you like. Had a birthday party there and they all had a great, exhausting time.

This is always a popular choice with my children. I just wish we didnt have to sit through a safety briefing every time, though I do understand why they feel the need. Better to be over cautious. They also do parties, which are, I believe, quite good value for money.
