    I turned up for an interview this morning at 10am. 10.30 came and went and was told the two gentlemen interviewing me were not there and wouldn't be for an hour or so. Could I go and get a coffee and come back? Needless to say I walked out. From my perspective and experience a completely unprofessional company who I will avoid on the future.

    Joined ENGIE in April. (Now seems big mistake!) Submitted opening readings for them to submit (as closing readings) to my previous provider Greenstar. Contacted Greenstar to chase up £300+ overpayment built up (based on final meter readings submitted & supported by photographic evidence) and Greenstar tell me that they cannot process any refund as ENGIE have supplied them with a GAS reading that bears no relationship to the actual final GAS reading from the meter submitted to ENGIE. Seems ENGIE have completed b**ls up with this and it may take 6 weeks to resolve!!!! Meanwhile my £300 credit is being (understandably) withheld by Greenstar and I have no idea when I am likely to get it.. Thanks ENGIE for costing me money!!!

    OK to take 10k to install air source heat pump from clarion housing, but no support when it goes wrong. Poor company. Ripped my carpet when installing in march 2022, still waiting 6 months later. No manual, no warranty. Tennant in the middle of it all. Very poor company.
