Would give zero stars if I had the option. Had an order placed for 6 months and continually just lied about when it would arrive. Didn’t offer a refund and said they would give me a credit note! How does that even help?! Management are poor and rude. I heard them swearing at me when they thought they put me on hold!

Came to see jewellery for my sisters wedding, and loved every piece. Everything was such good quality and there’s so much variety of jewellery sets, definitely recommend. The customer service was lovely too, i was assisted by saffa she was lovely she showed me simple jewellery as i asked and she was so patient and respectfully towards me and my mum.❤️

Saffa’s customer service is outstanding. Matched my jewellery perfect to my outfit. And listened to all my demands. Managed to get me a good price from the owner Imran, Will be coming back for the rest of my wedding jewellery, highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience in this shop, we came from London for a relatives wedding so was looking for some bracelets we had great customer service and the young girl spent time trying to get the right match for our clothes. Lots of variety and it felt like I was in a shop in Pakistan. Beautifully displayed and attentive staff! Surprised they only have 3stars they definitely deserve 5 ! Keep up the good work..

I came in to get some jewellery for a wedding. I had walked in to the shop and a lovely girl called Saffa came up to me and started helping out immediately. She provided absolutely wonder Service. I will definitely be back next time.

Nice store - helpful staff on the day. However, got home and realised they had mistakenly omitted an item, and we had not been charged for it - fair enough. However, after sales was abysmal. Rang up to ask for omitted item to be sent out in the post - and they wanted to charge postage even though it was their mistake! No apology was given - just a rude and abrupt man. This is where you need to learn good customer skills - the smallest gesture makes the biggest difference. Your sense of arrogance i.e. "who cares, we will get business anyway", is not the way forward.

Please don't shop here!! I do not recommend!!
