Extremely rude and disrespectful Asian (Indian or Pakistani) female pharmacist. I hope senior hospital management take a notice.

Long wait, messaging system doesn't always work. Staff are overrun. Don't turn up at 9, they don't open on sat till 10!

Very bad service! My 3 month old grandson was prescribed medicine at around lunch time on Thursday. There was a long wait so my daughter put the prescription in and said she’d be back today, Friday. She went back after 4pm and it was still not ready!! She waited over an hour, repeatedly asking where the medicine is! At one point she heard someone say that too many mistakes are being made !! She now has to go back Monday. This absolutely disgusting!

No one could answer the phone but I left message and they called me back very quickly. Karen was really helpful with checking if my prescription is ready.

Very rude male staff - was pretending that he does not see customers,once call by one if them to help he said WE HAVE 45 MIN TO PREPARE THE MEDICINES....they have not been busy at all. One gentleman said he was waiting 4hrs already..... do not go there

Do not answer the phone. Wasted 30 minutes trying to get through to the pharmacy. First attempt the call ended after 10 minutes, subsequent calls were made with someone picking up phone and putting it down immediately. Someone needs to look into this. It's very unhelpful when you have an urgent query. The staff are unfriendly and rude.

I was not given to correct quantity of medication. I should have been given a minimum of 14 days supply but was only given less than 3 days supply.

Helpful staff, they don't accept prescriptions.

Travelled on a Saturday morning to collect an out patient prescription and discovered the hours listed on Google are incorrect. They’re not open on the weekends so don’t waste your time trying to get here.

An utterly, utterly hopeless 'service'. Not necessarily the fault of the staff, who seem to be trying to operate a failing system whilst under pressure.
