More than just a pet shop, the guys are very helpful if you need advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else for fish. Never had any trouble.

after checking web site opening hours drove over to find store closed even though sign said they should be open telephoned only for the call to be answered and phone put straight down repeated this 4 times same action knocked on the door no sign of life very poor indeed no sign on door explaining why or when store will be open a wasted hour out of my life

Been couple times decent for a small store. Only problem is they close around 5pm some days not 6pm as I found on couple trips over.

I love this store, they pack a lot into a small space, the two guys I have dealt with are both very knowledgeable and helpful and don't give you any kind of sales pitch. All the fish I have had from there have been super healthy, worth noting they don't sell Marine fish and the focus is very much on cold water/freshwater tropical but that suites me just fine.

Not a large selection of fish available here. Not much of the livestock is priced up and there seemed to be quite a few fish suffering from fin rot. Not sure why? One noteable species available and that's about it, plus expensive in general. Customer service lacking.

Yes, This is a small but welcoming fish shop, good for advice and service, have not had a negative experience from them yet. Andy and Troy are both friendly and informative.

This is 100% the best aquatic store i have seen. Troy and Andy give no bull information without trying to sell you on the next best thing. The amount of knowledge between them is astounding and ity does not matter if its for ponds of tropicals or marines these guys have you covered. over the years i have bought a fair amount of hardware and livestock and always pleased with the purchases. The livestock is always healthy and varied that its always worth popping in to see what new stock they have. Great shop!!!

I have visited this store with my wife last week and we’re glad we did. The lad was really helpful, took time to explain some doubts I had and you can find pretty much anything you need for reasonable prices. Well recommend.
