Returned a hoselick 3000 pump which cost 119.99pounds and they refunded me just under 70pounds These people charged me around 50 pounds as penalty for returning an item which I discovered was unsuitable for my needs. Be very careful when buying from this company

Great little place; kids love it when they are bored of shopping with their parents. Also very good with getting the 🐠 and supplies.

Decent place for accesories and small fish, but wouldnt buy and livestock over 50 pounds, staff are ok, dont ask any questions before you buy a fish, but overall a decent place.

Well experienced staff with lots of stock. Tanks can be a little mucky at times which never looks good, specially with dead fish floating about. That said the stock is good with lots of variety on offer

Really large garden centre and excellent aquatic centre with a really good range of fish. They had varieties of African cichlids we have not found anywhere else. Very good.

The one way system is good, probably a better layout than before. Staff always friendly & helpful.

Nice place. I will buy one of those bioorbs one day, I just need to look at then a few times first. Outside it's a bit tatty but nothing terrible.
