Friendly and helpfull staff if you wanna buy a rabbit would reccomend here to rehome as they will netuer it for you

You need to stock your shelves with supplies. They are always empty. You are such a big store and you have No essentials for cats or dogs…

Tropical fish tanks are dirty with dead and dying fish. 2 of the 6 we bought didn’t survive the trip home

Brilliant customer service from Chloe at the front desk. She is always welcoming, caring and very friendly. She always goes above and beyond to create a good relationship with owners. I haven't seen her recently, I miss her friendly face when I take my kittens into the store/vets for their appointments.

Vet very kind, thoughtful and understanding when a heartbreaking matter arose, and needed my cat to be put to sleep. Would recommend their vets to everyone.

Despicable grooming service, visited last year. They are inexperienced cowboys. Avoid if you don't want anything but an uneven shave on your dog.

Helpful, friendly staff. Wide selection of products. If you have been persuaded by your loved ones to add to your family, and have somehow lost the argument about the global economic and climate crisis, then this is a great place. They have rabbits for toddlers to watch and many other fun things.

The staff were awesome. I was back in the UK from New Zealand. Last time I was home I bought a rough and tough monkey for our fog, I wanted another one. This store was out of stock. The staff there tried to find one and even offered to send one out( till I explained it would be sent to NZ) 🤣. Great work, guys 👍😁

Great store, very helpful and friendly staff.

I've used Hatfield branch before and never had an issue. Needed some locusts for my spiders and bearded dragon. There was more dead ones than alive. I told a member of staff at the till and was told that another delivery was due the following week. That's nice but It wasn't helping the locusts that they were still alive. And the same member of staff I told to be Frank didn't want to be at work either

Large store with a big range of products. Staff always seem friendly and being in a retail park makes parking very easy. Thumbs up from me:)

Really friendly and ready to help staff. They were very kind to my daughter who was very emotional when her fish was sick. I would recommend them any day any time.

good selection of dog, cat and bearded dragon food. can be a little pricey for branded stuff but on the while it’s a good shop with friendly team.
