Visited the Biggleswade store on Saturday with our 5 year old daughter to buy a considerable amount of items for our new kitten which is due to Arrive to us in a week time. Our daughter was excited to buy all that was required for the nee kitten and to be able to spend time choosing . What should of been a nice afternoon turned out upsetting , our five year old needed to use the toilet the store has a toilet but when the assistant asked the manager he refused and he said we could use the toilet at M & S by the time we reached the toilet at M & S she had already had an accident. This is most upsetting for a 5 year old as you can imagine . I can only presume this manger does not have children or any customer service values. Having spent a considerable amount of money in your store we will not be retuning. Note to manager please go on a customer service training course !

I visited to get new puppy essentials, bed, cage, food etc. There was loads of choice and they had everything I needed. But more than that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Not much on the shelves, apart from the charming guy on the till; the other members of staff were more interested in each other and not very helpful when we had a query on availability of dog coats we were told to check on the web site which is ok if you have the facility to do so.

Very pleasant young lady at till. Parking right outside. Perfect for pick up of big bags pet food.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PETS AT HOME. In store Friday 8th July. Item not available in store but online. Was encouraged by a member of staff to purchase and consider next day delivery (arriving Monday 11th July) well... several phone calls, emails but to no avail, FRIDAY THE 15TH AND STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! DPD still doesn't have the item to deliver.... I want my money back, I don't care about the item now I'll go elsewhere 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Show was not very good stockwise for puppy, and would of given it 2! stars, but the pretty young lady who was on the till who actually served me & mum was amazing! as she told us information we would not of known. It's valued staff like that that make a good company

Great selection on pey supplies and more to the point great members of staff. Amy helped is so much with the best selection of products for the new members of the family, how to get the most of out VIP loyalty card and how to get discounts. Highly recommended

Useful store for pet supplies and foods, helpful well mannered staff that will alway help find you what you need. They have in-store grooming and other services like nail trimming etc. Store is clean tidy and well stocked and you can take your pets onto the store. They have a lot of accessories for a wide range of animals, dogs cats rabbits rodents fish etc. However it upsets me that they don't follow best practice with the animals they sell for instance avoid buying guinea pigs from here they keep them on sawdust that dries there skin out this makes it painful for them to be handled. Also some advice they give on fish is from a corporate guideline iPad program that works for the novice keeper but is inaccurate for the specialist keeper.
