AVOID.
Admittedly,
we
booked
all
of
this
before
covid...
However,
I
would
have
expected
a
way
better
service,
considering
they
have
had
our
money
for
2
years
now.
We
are
currently
on
our
''trip
of
a
lifetime''
and
should
be
having
a
wonderful
time.
Not
only
did
we
have
to
chase
them
for
all
of
our
information,
tickets
etc
in
the
week
before
we
left,
but
we
found
out
with
less
than
14
days
to
go
that
a
major
part
of
our
trip
had
been
cancelled
and
they
had
made
no
effort
to
get
either
an
explanation
or
a
compromise.
Only
after
we
argued
that
this
was
not
good
enough
did
they
'magically'
find
a
solution.
We
still
had
to
take
a
hit
on
losing
a
day
in
Vancouver
and
so
one
of
the
experiences
we
were
looking
forward
to.
We
have
been
given
very
little
information
about
what
the
towns
are
like
that
they
have
placed
us
in
and
have
found
that
many
things
in
Jasper
are
simply
too
far
away
to
reach
without
a
car
~
there
is
no
public
transport
and
all
the
guided
tours
were
fully
booked
because
we
found
out
the
details
far
too
late.
It
gets
worse...
Whilst
on
holiday,
we
have
found
out
that
yet
another
one
of
our
tours
had
been
incorrectly
booked
and
that
there
was
never
any
chance
of
it
being
booked
because
that
tour
doesn't
even
run
in
August!?
Despite
getting
in
contact
with
Freedom,
they
have
today
told
us
that
they
are
''unable
to
contact
the
tour
company''
...despite
the
same
company
being
very
responsive
to
us
via
email.
Over
the
last
2
days,
we
have
found
ourselves
having
to
do
Freedom's
job
for
them,
contacting
the
tour
company
and
trying
to
arrange
for
spaces
on
their
other
tour,
which
*does*
run
during
August...
I
don't
quite
understand
why
they
expect
us
to
do
their
job
for
them
when
this
is
exactly
what
we
have
paid
them
for...
Every
time
we
have
to
call
one
of
the
tour
guides
here
or
use
our
data
to
email
Freedom,
we
have
to
pay
on
our
roaming
charges...
Freedom
have
asked
us
to
do
this
several
times
over
the
past
5
days.
Yet
more
money
we
are
paying
for
something
we
thought
we
had
already
sorted...
We
still
have
5
days
of
our
holiday
to
go
and
am
dreading
what
else
they
can
have
messed
up
for
us...
I'll
update
this
post
as
required!
We
are
currently
in
the
process
of
emailing
Freedom
to
get
them
to
pay
for
the
2nd
tour
that
*we*
have
had
to
organise.......
They
have
sub
contracted
the
whole
tour
to
a
different
travel
agent...
If
we
had
known
that
this
is
what
they'd
do,
we
would
have
gone
straight
to
Rail
Bookers
ourselves.
Don't
touch
this
company
~
Freedom~
with
a
barge
pole.
Unless
they
give
us
some
serious
compensation
for
the
shambles
they
have
given
us,
I'll
be
keeping
this
post
up
and
telling
everyone
I
can
about
the
shoddy
service
we
have
experienced.
