Overweight lady made me wait for over 20 minutes when I just wanted one piercing and wouldn’t let me in being really petty! She allowed 3 kids to just play around with pillows when all I wanted was one item! There’s always got to be an issue in this store! Atrocious !!! I didn’t even end up getting it and when I left she smirked!

Not sure why people need to queue outside for 20 mins while ear piercing is in progress? The store has really narrow walkways. The display was really outdated with dim lighting. Go to Etsy instead for more beautiful and handmade artisan accessories.

Overweight short lady was very rude and patronising. I don't think she realised I could speak fluent English. Her tone with me was very rude and I told her and she didn't apologise for it. Told her off in my language and I hope she understood exactly what I said! If you're a person of colour don't bother going into this Claires.

very disappointed, this is the second time I go with my 5-month-old baby for earrings and the staff there categorically refuse me because I say it's a noty baby. I do not recommend they are very reluctant

Is this store ever open? Lights on some person walking around inside , don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on there and constantly changing the opening times for lunch ….

horrible staff tried to get a piercing but the lady wouldnt let me! NEVER GO HERE! because i know im not after that and i really gave her a piece of my mind dont be afraid to do the sameif u get treated the same.

Every time I come here it appears to be closed at times which are not in line with the opening and closing times. I find it very unreliable, crowded, and stuffy. Often I find myself waiting in the queue for a very long time as there is only one person working and they are piercing ears. Sometimes it smells terrible and I’m not quite sure why. I think it’s a shame that such a well known and well stocked shop cannot offer reliable opening times, and as a result of this I find myself turning to other jewellery shops. I will not return.😐
