    Very poorly organized. Order placed online many days ago. Still had to wait for over an hour for collection of order which should have been sorted days ago. Inconsiderate staff at reception. Very very dissatisfied with whole experience at euro car parts. Shame they can't sort out their act of serving customers promptly.

    ECP guys on the counter are bullish and arrogant (maybe they think they are F&F league). No eye contact, no Hi no thank you. They make you feel like it is an honour to buy from ECP.

    Staff member with a code pateJay Has no manners, no hello when standing infront. Had to ask if there’s anyone else working before he gave any attention. Bit of courtesy goes a long way. Won’t be using this branch.

    Slow service. Place was empty but I had a 20 minute wait for a wiper blade collection. Disappointing. Would rather pay a bit more and go into Halfords. At least it would've been in and out. They need to operate collection service like Screwfix etc.

    store used to very slow and open when they like to be open, not when the working hours suggest, after Jay joined this store all the issues have been solved and it has become a lot more efficient

    Ordered parts online, went to collect, and they didn't have. Stocking issues. But good on them, they gave me an alternative which was more but gave it to me at the same price. So with that I'd say they're not bad but would be good if they kept they're online stock in order

    Taking work at a snails pace to another level, undecided who would actually be quicker. Avoid and use delivery, unless you absolutely need to collect something.

    Although there was a bit of a wait and then to be told that the item I had ordered online and paid for was in fact not in there stock, the guy on the reception desk was full of apologies. There things happen and we all have to realise that it's not the fault of the reception guy and it was just not in stock. He then informed me that it would probably take a week to get it but if I wanted he would sort out a repayment, I opted to wait and will collect it next week. I was impressed by the way the Euro car parts receptionist handle this whole situation. I enough got a de-caff coffee All in all a good place to go

    Avoid should give them -10 review. Only one person on till, long wait, goods finally came out, had no idea if the parts are for me so no communication just an appalling customer service. Where was the manager? Probably having tea? I will not be buying parts from here again!

    They maybe forgot to process my order, I waited 25 minutes only for a bulb and then I asked them again and it came in 2 minutes even no sorry or apology.

    They have what you need. Easy returns if you got the receipt. Only down side is the waiting time. Forever chit chatting in the back.

    So I had stop buying parts from the wood ford branch as staff behind the counter was not helping. I recently had no choice but to visit Woodford branch and there was a talk Indian looking chap with glasses didn’t get his name, he went through great lengths helping me out and had plenty of time for explaining the problem I was having with my vehicle. On top of that his patience was second to none have a long Que behind me . Well done buddy. I will continue to shop at Woodford branch.

    Absolutely shocking service...ordered online for some engine oil and only received part of the order..had to chase the rest of the order. Had to ring the place 4 times for the order to be complete. When I rang the first time the person was rude and had me waiting and then could resolve the situation and told me to wait for a call which never happened. I then had to ring them back 3 times after to sort it out.

    Came to get some car parts for my car and the lovely guy at the front called shaz provided a lot of information and help . He showed me which parts would go best for my car and guided me though the process . Great customer service, would definitely come back. 👍🏼👍🏼

    Went into the shop for some car parts and was dealt with by Shaz, excellent customer service and product knowledge as the garage I go to recommended the wrong parts to buy however shaz had advised me otherwise and was correct. I would definitely come back to euro car parts Woodford again because this is the best customer service I received from all the branches in east London!

    Long waiting times, but they've improved their facilities recently after over a decade; car park is now level & huge crater at the entrance has been fixed, seats available now probably due to the long wait times & complaints, and a decent free vend coffee tea machine.

    Waited 45 minutes to receive oil. No one in the shop. Staff all sat in the back shouting and swearing about customers. Worst service of any shop ive been to.

    Why is there always such a huge queue, even if you’ve ordered and paid online you still are waiting to ages to be served and then another 20 mins before they collect it.

    impossible to order stuff over the phone. Staff asking you to hold the line and instead they are hanging up. Might need a bit more training on phones
