"B&Q Sutton in Ashfield is a go-to for all my home improvement needs. The store offers a vast range of quality products, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Their garden section is a personal favorite with a great selection of plants and tools. The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I need. B&Q's pricing is competitive, and they often have excellent deals. Overall, it's a reliable destination for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners looking to tackle projects big and small."

Their staff found extremely polite & knowledgeable helps me for the flooring material problem. It is a very large store and everything is labelled, even you could found many discount items. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the store.

Pretty helpful staff, products good value for money and a decent range, used the home delivery and was a really quick and efficient service. A few slabs arrived broken, but call them and they came straight out the following day with replacements. Pleased with my final result after getting my front garden done, all products were from B&Q other than the grass.

Fantastic team of people here we ordered a kitchen and bathroom and they was fantastic from the start to finish, I few thing I return back only because we didn’t need them in the end and changed ideas as you do ,and the staff on the returns section yet again amazing many thanks ,nice to see people happy to help and friendly,I’ve also called them up as I fitted the kitchen myself and they helped me with certain things over the phone ,that goes along way with me ,many many thanks

What dreadful service, ordered a kitchen, at the time of ordering gave the delivery address, was told this would not be an issue by our designer. The kitchen is due to arrive tomorrow, have literally just been told that the kitchen will be going to the Tradepoint holders address!!! Was told to call the 0333 number in Glasgow for customer services. We were cut off after waiting 30 minutes twice over! My parents drove to the local B and Q to seek advice and were told, there was nothing they could do ‘at store level’ which is totally unhelpful, I have asked for a refund and to cancel but this isn’t possible either. Please use other kitchen companies who have better customer service and organisation. I’ll save you the heartache. What should be an exciting time, has been totally ruined. No sign of electrical goods even arriving after being told that the companies would contact us to arrange delivery. Please spend your money elsewhere and spread the word. An absolutely abysmal service. Hope I save others the stress and upset. Kitchens are not cheap and B and Q have taken our cash without any reassurance that our products will be even arriving and with no option of a refund.

One of the larger B&Q locations. Mostly we'll stocked. Carries more than the Eastwood branch. Will cut plywood to size. They also have a paint matching station and key cutting machine as well as a large building yard. It sometimes is hard to get assistance from the staff because of how busy it gets.

Christmas Archway! Absolutely stunning! This is by far the best 9ft flocked archway I've had. The instructions are easy to follow dispite the reviews. I would highly recommend 👌 this one. Its a shame I can't add picture as its beautiful.

Not bad a little bit expensive shop but I guess you can by there nearly everything. Just I like sometimes comparing prices and reading revjews first. Not everything there is top quality

Definety avoid getting a kitchen or bathroom from this store. The manager is rude and aggressive. Feel sorry for the staff working for her. We needed help after a builder her team recommended stole thousands from us. She was not even interested. We had to source other builders to complete and repair the poor work carried out by kev dean of KD installations. The kitchen and bathroom was designed by a male member of the team at the Sutton in Ashfield store. Who is also very close to Kev Dean. By close I mean Kev is god father to one of his children. Now we know how our order was so wrong!!. We ended up with lots of things we did not need and items missing that we did need. We were told by the manager they were not interested in helping as the order was under the builders company name. Which may I add has been disolved and he is fraudulently running the business unregistered. The girls on the department were happy to help but the manager said if we approached them for help they would lose there jobs. Such a shame such lovely girls are working for such a person. We are now thousands of pounds out of pocket and had to waste more money on b&q to get the complete kitchen we had ordered and they failed to provide. There is still a question mark over things being added to our order without us knowing. And not small money values. Things like an American fridge freezer and washing machines multiple of! They advised the norm is for the builder to manage everything so we went with this and sent the money to kev dean. What a mistake that was. He is not even capable of doing a small bathroom so please avoid him at all costs. If you need a kitchen or bathroom please use a different B&Q store and do not use anyone they recommend without speaking to people they have done work for or seeking evidence of their work.

That had exactly what I was looking for in store when all the main competitors in the area had no stock. The price was also competitive. I'll go to b&q first next time I want anything DIY. The staff were pleasant helpful and efficient, leading straight me to the product, deep inside the store. Checkout was efficient and, again, pleasant.Thank you.

Very Good DIY store with helpful knowledgeable staff. They're also helpful with click and collect too. Definitely good going in B&Q for DIY essentials.

Brilliant, most things any DIYer needs. Not as cheap as others but all timber, tools and bricks in one place rather then different retailers

Looking at wood flooring today, of course prices are almost always more than you'd like to pay, B&Q are on the steep side! In recognition of service.....David was extremely helpful in giving information and working out prices for us, super employee!⭐

Great selection of everything you could need when decorating. Indoor and outdoor plants selection is not too bad. Click and collect is so quick and easy. Some great offers on and Christmas 🎄 is in store.

BIG store. Shame not all all their bloop bags/boxes are all in one place, I.e in the tool storage section. I kept walking around and finding more tool boxes in different sections or on the end of aisles. Had to keep putting things back

I mainly go here to the garden and indoor plants section. They have a reasonable selection at fairly competitive prices and they are well cared for. I would say though it isn't the place to go to get any of the more unusual plants though they are offering more exotics so we'll worth a look There are several good offers on outdoor plants. 😀 the sight of daffodil bulbs put a smile on my face! With Christmas 🎄 not too far away they have a section dedicated to the Festive season Very colourful with lots of twinkling lights Walking through the store they seem to have lots of products for the DIY enthusiasts. BUT I am no DIY person! I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. There is disabled access and plenty of room in store for maneuvering a wheelchair. Ample car parking.

Massive store, I always see many customers walking around looking up at super-high signs for departments, although none of it makes any sense. Most staff will go out of their way to avoid eye contact just in case you interrupt their conversation with colleagues to ask where something is. It's a great store, lots of variety, just so big, it seems geared up for the trade customers rather than a keen diy'er. I have never seen more than one till open! Always a queue, yes I know there are self service check-outs, these are so close together it is impossible to get to the till with a loaded trolley. My first experience of this store (having recently moved to the area) was a large click & collect order. Thinking it would be easier. How wrong I was. There are no signs pointing out the "click & collect" check outs as you enter the store, eventually working out where they are, and after waiting longer than it would have taken me to shop and load the trolley myself in the first place, you are asked for photographic id before the trolley appears. It was odd. And certainly did not save any time, even allowing extra time walking around the store in search of what you are looking for. Finally, all the parking (easy loading) if you are buying bulky items is for trade customers only, the lonely DIY guy has to fight in the carpark or move the car out the space to load up because even when the car park is half empty, someone parks right behind you so you cannot load in the boot, why are the trade better provided for when they have many trade only options to shop from? Three stars - definitely could be a better experience.

Short on floor staff, just like everywhere else. Fortunately, using the B&Q website on my phone. I typed in the product I needed and the store I was in and was shown on the store map where to go. I could have used the self-service check out but I wanted some authentic customer service. Fortunately, the staff member who served me had great customer service.

Very disappointed with the outcome of our visit. We visited the store on Monday to look at slabs and we found some in clearance, so we went back on Tuesday to order them with other things what we needed. The lady who we sore couldn't find them using the bar code on the system or online ,so she called the duty manager and she said that they have been marked down incorrectly and she had to withdraw them for sale. But with customer rights if that the price is on the item you would have to honour that price.has you can see in the photo it gives a description of the item has well has the price.
