What
dreadful
service,
ordered
a
kitchen,
at
the
time
of
ordering
gave
the
delivery
address,
was
told
this
would
not
be
an
issue
by
our
designer.
The
kitchen
is
due
to
arrive
tomorrow,
have
literally
just
been
told
that
the
kitchen
will
be
going
to
the
Tradepoint
holders
address!!!
Was
told
to
call
the
0333
number
in
Glasgow
for
customer
services.
We
were
cut
off
after
waiting
30
minutes
twice
over!
My
parents
drove
to
the
local
B
and
Q
to
seek
advice
and
were
told,
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
‘at
store
level’
which
is
totally
unhelpful,
I
have
asked
for
a
refund
and
to
cancel
but
this
isn’t
possible
either.
Please
use
other
kitchen
companies
who
have
better
customer
service
and
organisation.
I’ll
save
you
the
heartache.
What
should
be
an
exciting
time,
has
been
totally
ruined.
No
sign
of
electrical
goods
even
arriving
after
being
told
that
the
companies
would
contact
us
to
arrange
delivery.
Please
spend
your
money
elsewhere
and
spread
the
word.
An
absolutely
abysmal
service.
Hope
I
save
others
the
stress
and
upset.
Kitchens
are
not
cheap
and
B
and
Q
have
taken
our
cash
without
any
reassurance
that
our
products
will
be
even
arriving
and
with
no
option
of
a
refund.
