Don't know why it says 30 Sep 2022 as temporarily closed on the map?! It's open, the water faucet works, no problems. Several have described the gym, so there is not much to add other than that the gym is at the foot of Hammarbybacken, where you can get good hill training, there are also easier walking areas around Sickle Lake and in the Nacka reserve. If you want a bit of a city feel, you go the other way and can stroll around Hammarbsjöstad's waterfront piers. End the tour with a little gym and you can have a coffee without a guilty conscience

There is most of what is needed. Can be a bit difficult to train smaller muscle groups. There is also a water faucet available.

The outdoor gym is not maintained and cleaned. Very spartan, not even a tree for shade they have managed to plant.

Cool wooden gym. I haven't seen wooden gyms anywhere in Europe - most often I see metal ones, often equipped with not very functional training equipment. A great idea to build such gyms out of wood. Well done Swedes!

Classic outdoor gym at the foot of Hammarbybacken. Here you can find the usual equipment for squats, deadlifts, bench presses and chins. There is a lack of a good platform and the surface with coarse gravel is not so good. The proximity to the hill and the tracks in Nackareseevat makes the location very good. A challenge is to end the session with a brisk walk up the black hill.
