Concept is great, location is great for my needs but the equipment unfortunately didn't meet my expectations, old equipment, mattress, barebells and beaches. Not safe. What was supposed to be a one month trial became a novel of money not refunded (because I had to pay more than a month when I started in November 20), then even after I sent a formal cancelar request before the first month (as the offer) more money was pulled from autogiro (money was pulled wrongly - as mentioned by their staff Johanna on the phone - wrong cancelation done by the staff/Gustaf). Instead of having my problem definately solved (I canceled the membership in December 11 before renewal, with the reasons why the studio doesn't fit for my needs - with the possibility of coming back when you have better workout equipment) I then get marketing emails with campaign offering me new membership. A completely out of sense action. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH! I definately don't consider to go back, mainly because it's taking a long journey so solve such a simple issue - to get the reimbursement via deposit in my account.
