IF YOU ARE A TOURIST, READ THIS! I was in Sweden last week -- I love to travel and I love to bring back home things from the places I travel. Since &otherstories is from Stockholm (or so I believed), it was only fair that I pick something up from there. I picked a shirt that was on sale. I found a troll statue that morning so went in to return the item I had bought since I remembered the sign. When I went to make the return the following day, the staff person offered to allow exchange or give me a "merchandise card" valid only in Sweden. This was a complete 180 on the sign I saw. See pic. And the merchandise card that is valid only in Sweden. For tourists not from the country, that is a ridiculous offer. Further, he pointed me to the receipt that allegedly carves out sale items, of course this was in swedish language. And he said that I agreed to the terms when I signed the receipt. One, the receipt is provided after you make the purchase, and technically, I didn't agree to it before making the purchase. Two, the receipt is in Swedish and frankly, this is discriminating that you would allow "English only" speaking tourists to make a purchase but do not properly and completely describe the return process, which if you had, would have made me not buy the item in the first place as it is extremely restricting. Especially in light of the sign you have in English! Three, you can't pick and choose parts of the receipt to translate. While you chose to translate the portion on the receipt shown in the image above, no mention is made to the sale items. As a legal person, I can guarantee that this is unlawful. In summary, the entire shopping experience soured my not just on your company, but on Sweden as well. Thanks for being: (a) discriminating to non-swedish population (you can fix this by choosing to not entertain us and put a big sign outside, but if you do allow, make sure your staff is trained to address these concerns instead of "you're in Sweden, this is how we work" attitude); and (b) dishonest by cherry picking parts of the terms of conditions that suit your business and make you take my money without any answerability.

Little sister of H&M, & other stories offers a trendy selection of clothes. Small collections that are renewed monthly and give you a more "unique" feeling. Price range stays affordable. Nice selection of jewels and accessorizes. Love the way the brand mixes timeless pieces with highly fashionable and trendy ones.

Very good quality and high end fashion! A must go for the trendy and bold woman who wants a statement piece or if you just want some good quality basics! I love the beauty products too!

Very nice styles and in theory better fabrics than "normal" fast fashion, but I noticed a lot of inconsistency with sizing (two of the same dress model in the same size fit differently), visibly low quality stitching, ripping at the end of zippers. These are not extremely low priced items, and I would expect higher quality build. It's a shame because the styles themselves really do look beautiful.

It's expensive but their clothing style is 👌

The clothes are nice and of quite good quality, but much is boring: there are many options of classic items and the fabrics and construction are reasonable, but there is a very limited color palette. If you want a black turtleneck for 800 kr you can find several options, and there is some eclectic prints or cuts but those are also pricey. The shopping experience isn't great, it's hard to look through everything because of the way clothes are arranged and the lighting in the fitting rooms is horrible.

A very well sorted out store. Shame I visited it for the first time ever in the middle of the sale season, when most of the on sale items were already gone 😔 But the items available were very nice. I would highly recommend a visit here. You won't leave empty-handed, may it be with clothing, shoes, perfumes or makeup.

Good physical store but the online one is terrible. Don't get me wrong, it's easy to shop but if you need to change anything, it's a nightmare to return. No possibility to change sizes at the physical store either. Only returning via mail, getting a refund and then buying the right size. So if possible, avoid the online store as they are considered a separate entity from their physical stores which is a ridiculous notion nowadays.

I really wanted to love this store after seeing it being recommended on social media. This is supposed to be a high end version of H&M and yet it's anything but that. The clothing looked good on photos on the website, but when you see them up close it's a different story. The fabrics are cheap, low quality and look like they came out of a second hand store. The quality is not good enough to justify a higher price tag. There are definitely better options out there.

Impossible to return items bought online due to technical problems. Already few days!!!

super bad first entry to the store. nobody from the staff was to see. just one at the cash desk.. I quickly went through the store... the clothes look the same like h&m . bad quality and bad details in the clothes.
