Would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
Unpleasant
and
unprofessional
treatment.
Booked
an
appointment
for
consultation
for
treatment
of
an
area
whereupon
the
therapist
does
not
listen
to
me
for
five
cents.
She
ignores
everything
I
say
and
talks
about
completely
different
treatments
than
what
I
wanted.
She
doesn't
mention
what
I
booked
an
appointment
for.
The
consultation
took
a
maximum
of
2
minutes.
Not
more.
Stressed,
unclear,
in
and
out
of
the
room.
Was
of
course
disappointed
at
how
quickly
it
went
and
that
no
clear
consultation
had
been
given.
Then
go
to
the
reception
with
my
card
in
hand
to
pay
for
this
useless
consultation
whereupon
the
girl
at
the
reception
says
clearly:
"no
it's
not
needed,
it's
free".
Assumed
it
was
because
the
consultation
lasted
120
seconds,
literally.
Leave
and
go
home
(decided
at
the
same
moment
to
turn
to
another
clinic)

hour
later
the
owner/manager
of
the
clinic
calls
me
and
scolds
me
completely
mindlessly.
She
is
furious
because
I
didn't
pay
for
the
consultation
and
claims
that
I'm
lying
when
I
explain
that
she
said
at
the
reception
that
I
didn't
need
to.
She
wants
to
know
the
name
of
the
receptionist,
which
of
course
I
didn't
know.
She
wants
me
to
go
all
the
way
back
to
pay
close
to
SEK
1,000.
She
is
rude
and
scolds
me
like:
YOU
CAN'T
JUST
LEAVE
THERE
WITHOUT
PAYING.
I
am
in
a
state
of
shock
about
this
and
explain
that:
if
I
am
now
willing
to
do
a
treatment
for
several
thousand
kroner,
I
would
never
book
an
appointment
to
try
to
avoid
a
fee
of
950
kroner.(?!)
Only
listened
to
the
girl
in
reception
and
that
this
misunderstanding
is
obviously
their
fault.
She
calms
down
after
her
ranting
and
accusing
and
rudely
says
"okay
for
this
time
it's
okay,
but
not
again!"
We
hang
up
the
phone.
This
was
several
months
ago
and
I
still
feel
bad
when
I
think
about
it
today.
Extremely
unpleasant
experience.
Just
don't
go
there,
there
are
much
better
clinics.
