Came here by accident due to the first choice was full but was very positively surprised. Had a fish soup and fish and chips and both tasted great. Specially like the fish soup, which was huge and tasteful. Price level is good considering the central location. Service is fast and even the queue looks long it will not take long time before you are served.

Really nice staffs and foods!! Especially the sea food soup!! My friend ordered the fried calamari but got the salmon instead… probably the pronunciation issue… the staff was really kind to ask the chef to give as a little calamari for complimentary!! We will definitely come back if we have a chance!

Place is really popular between tourists(I know that this place was mentioned in a show “eagle and tails” about Stockholm) and it’s crowded. Line goes fast. Soup you get right after paying but other dishes you will get in some time- save you bill with number. Fish soup is the most popular dish as I saw. Soup is tasty and not expensive as many dishes there. Food was good but not something special. You can take salad, bread and butter near near the cash register- it’s included in order. Space between tables is not big and if you want to eat in calm maybe it’s not the best choice. It’s possible to come with strollers but space is quite limited and it’s not really convenient.

Great fish soup at a competitive price here, and the soup is with tomato base which brings refreshing experience. Toast Skagen is with shrimps which are mixed with mayonnaise with seasonings. It gives you a unique classy Sweden taste when comes with the crunchy toast pieces. The overall pricing is quite reasonable when comparing to other restaurants around the area. And you can easily check out those fresh fishes and ingredients in the shop which locates opposite to it.

Once you arrive the place, it is a food court, so you go downstairs, and you will find it. You order at the counter, and you take the soup and find your own place. There is a compliment section, you take as much bread as you can eat, butter, salad and dressing. Delicious! Affordable! Cost nearly 12 EUR.

Such a great restaurant inside a big marketplace with several places to eat. Went there because of the great reviews which are absolutely right. The food is typical Scandinavian and affordable. The highlight is the seafood soup, which can be refilled !

Dining Time: Sep 29th, 2023 This is a perfect first stop after arriving in Stockholm. The location is easy to find, in a building(like market) at B1. Having a sip of fish soup with the cold weather is truly delightful. Dish: Fish Soup The rich fish soup with much servings of fish is an absolute delight to taste in the chilly weather. It's a moment of pure happiness! PS: You can kindly ask for refills. Nice ! Dish: Fried Seafood Platter (Squid) In addition to the fish soup, you can also try the fried seafood platter. Enjoying the crispy seafood with some fries and then following it up with a spoonful of fish soup is a great combo! Make sure to come and try it out.

Kajsas fish soup 130SEK Must try in Stockholm !!!!!!!! Just in the market and there have various seafood dishes, it’s very big portions and the price is reasonable. It tastes fresh, rich and full of chunks of fish. They also offer sourdough bread and salad for free. Highly recommend this fish soup in Sweden!

Located inside the basement of the food market, Hötorgshallen. The best food I had during the day in Stockholm. The Swedish fish soup is wonderful. The price of the food is consider economy if you compare with the price tag in Sweden. Free salad and bread by self service basic and make up a very satisfy meal. No open on Sunday.

Food was delicious. We had the fish soup, which was really good and the fish and chips were good and the calamari which was a bit too thick with the batter (in my opinion) but still good. The service was soso it was dependent on who served. We had one girl who was not friendly and barely talked and somehow managed to take our order and another who was friendly while serving us.

Excellent fish dishes for lunch in the lowest level of the market. Very good fish soup. Tiny oysters for the price. Skip the salad with shrimp and avocado. Fish and chips OK.

A must try in Stockholm! The seafood soup is amazing and has lots of seafood. They also provide unlimited bread and salad and they’re all good quality!

I’ve been here for twice! The fish soup is super yummy especially in a cold weather! (around 145 SEK) There’re fish and seafood inside! You can enjoy refilling both for salad and fish soup! It is a must-try restaurant in Stockholm!

Tasty local food and very friendly staff. We were recommended the fish soup by a friend and it didn't disappoint us! Good relationship quality-price (and amount of food)

Worth the hype. Set in the basement of a food hall, the fish soup is 130 kroner and really excellent. We also tried the Swedish herring 110 Kr which came with mash potato which was also very good. Free salad and bread bar. Closes at 7pm and not open on Sunday so better for lunch. Expect to queue.

Tolles Fischrestaurant mit überragenden Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wer günstig tollen Fisch essen will ist hier richtig.

Great quality seafood at a great prices. The seafood soup was just excellent. Also good wine list. And they have made an effort in creating a nice decor although they are part of a shopping mall.

I had the Pasta with Seafood. It was super expensive but definitely not worth the money. Way too much chili. I couldn’t even finish! It was uneatable. NOT WORTH THE MONEY Oysters where ok. My friend had the fishsoup and said it was good :)

Really well made salmon. Loved it! 🤤 The softness and tenderness is like eating butter 🦋 The sauce compliments the salmon 🐟 coherently.

Fish soup is very delicious with lots of meats in it. Bread and butter and salad are self service. Fish and chips are good as well. The price is relatively cheap comparing with other restaurants, each costs 130 and 140 kr, good value!

Hidden gem in this basement food court! We loved everything we ordered from the fish soup to the boiled cod. You could even get one free refill for the soup! Amazing deal with all you can eat bread and salad! Fish tasted fresh and loved their horseradish and pressed potato! Highly recommend! Also, the staff were one of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve met in Sweden!

Cheap and good fish soup! Arrived at 11am and whilst most of the eating places at the basement of the mall was still preparing to open or otherwise void of customers, not so at Kajsas Fisk. I saw maybe 5 other tables of customers and god knows how many more already left. The fish soup is rich in flavours and loaded to the brim. You get good sized pieces of sardine, shrimp and lots of mussels ( stopped counting after 10). Salad and bread is free flow. I am not sure what is the round yellow piece on top of the soup. Might be some kind of butter or cheese. Mix it well into the soup as it adds extra flavours to it. For those who like their soup spicy, you can grind more peppers into it. Strongly recommend for simple and light lunch!
