Very
quaint
and
gourmet
but
not
in
a
tryna
be
a
“wannabe”
kinda
way.
The
food
is
genuinely
tasty,
flavorful
and
very
carefully
prepared.
Every
city
should
have
a
place
like
this.
Where
those
of
us
who
explore
places
through
food
can
try
and
be
surprised
by
authentic
local
cuisine.
Someone
please
comment
on
whether
the
food
here
is
truly
traditional
and/or
authentic.
Their
name
and
description
online
says
everything
I
needed
to
know
to
head
straight
here.
Someone
took
a
lot
of
care
to
put
this
place
together
...
the
lighting,
the
decor,
the
music
all
come
together
beautifully!
The
service
was
delightful.
When
I
called,
they
were
so
unassuming
and
when
I
showed
up
they
were
very
warm
and
welcoming.
They
encouraged
me
to
ask
questions
and
more
importantly
were
knowledgeable
and
willing
to
answer
-
always
a
good
sign.
I
tried
the
salted
brisket.
Medium
rare,
good
consistency,
neatly
cut,
served
warm
and
fork
tender
...
not
easy
to
pull
off!
I’ll
be
back
for
more.
The
suggested
pairing
was
great
but
admittedly
I’m
easy
to
please
with
beer
so
I’ll
refrain
from
singing
its
praises.
That
bread!
Supposedly
made
with
everything
but
the
kitchen
sink
but
extremely
well
balanced
and
zero
after
taste.
Overall
a
great
experience.
5
stars
all
the
way.
