Got a table for 2 in the last minute on a Friday night. Had the 2h and 15 min seating and tried the 5 course meal. A bit unfortunate that the waitress had to stress us saying that “we’ll need to keep a fast pace and so do you”. Wasn’t really required because we had enough time. The food was absolutely amazing. With slightly better service it would’ve been a 5/5.

Great service, food and atmosphere! Even as a non-meat eater there was great fish options to enjoy. Can highly recommend!

I had an amazing view here. To be clear the atmosphere could have been a little stronger (maybe a quiet night) but the food and service was excellent.

Pleasant evening dining here with friends. The structure is located in a classified national monument which dates back to the 14th century. They have an impressive wine cellar. Their food have strong, bold and interesting flavors which we like. Happy with their services. We enjoyed the scallops with butter fried morels & cod in chicken broth in miso (seafood bisque), the pork rillettes in duck fat appetizer, the Langouestine on toasted brioche with caramelized cream pickled shallots and Siberian caviar, 2-3 day dry aged T-bone steak; the chocolate & the cheese desserts. Make reservations ahead of time as this restaurant is always fully booked and difficult to get a seating.

Well worth it! We had the three course menue together with the recommended wine menue. For starters we also tried the bone marrow with "löjrom" on toast which was incredible. All dishes had a very distinct, unique and amazing taste. You could really sense that the chef had thought through each dish. The waiters were all very professional and helpful. Will come back :)

Pricy but really tasty. I would suggest to take the grand menu (5-course) to get full and satisfied. No highlight of the dinner coz all the dishes were equally good. The fresh, warm and soft brioche bread with onion butter easily increased our appetite. The cured reindeer meat combined with fresh cheese was a delight for the tongue, I personally really like these two textures mix together, plus the topping oil infused with different spices was very aromatic. The cod was super soft yet the fish meat was not loose, the lobster sauce was a bit too salty for my taste but still combined perfectly with the cod. The scallops were amazingly done with the butter sauce and toast, with the caviar to compliment the sweetness of the scallop meat. The skin of the duck breast was crispy and the meat was tender, after I was failed by other fine dinings’ ducks in Stockholm, finally a place that can make duck right. Personally I feel the orange sauce could taste better if a bit more acidity and sweetness could be added. The wagyu beef was served together with mushroom that filled up with pate based on miso, which gave the dish a hint of exotic feeling, and it was absolutely delicious. The dessert was creamy and refreshing at the same time, which was very impressive coz you don’t want a heavy dessert after a meaty dinner. The baba cake sucked in the juice of the blood orange and the ice cream, ended the dinner perfectly.

I really loved Djuret. The atmosphere is so cozy, and they have rather few seats so it doesn't get too loud either. We had the set menu, which was very nicely composed. The staff was 110% professional and exactly what I'd expect from this high grade restaurant. I promise I'll be back :-)

Another must-go to restaurant in Stockholm! They truly believe in the snout to tail method. There is an animal for the month and it does NOT go to waste. They use as much as the animal possible in every dish made. Food was incredible, adult beverages were incredible, and staff were so amazing and helpful. Our waitress along with other staff helped us choose other restaurants to go to in town. Also, they are kid friendly!! We knew that the food would be too much (quantity and money) for my 8 year old daughter and we saw that there was no kids menu...but we were so excited to go that we decided it was a risk we would take. The waitress herself said it would be too much food for her and a waste of money since she wouldn't be able to eat it all. The waitress asked with no hesitation if we wanted the chef to make her something more kid friendly!!! They made her an amazing burger and had no problem with us sharing food with our daughter so she can taste. I can't wait to come back! Decor was also perfect for the theme.

Lucky enough to indulge the seasonal Christmas pig offering this year. Delicious and familiar flavours as they pay homage to the animal in its entirety. Dishes were very rich, decadent, and extremely filling, though the brioche and bisque unnecessarily salty (by just a tad). Portion sizes a tad on the larger side. The buttered sauce was probably the most delicious thing off the entire 5-course menu... would return for it exclusively! Slightly less than average white tablecloth dining experience. Wine pairings started off strong but tapered off somewhere in between the reds. Venue is wonderfully old world, off a gentleman-refined esque nature.

To be fair, I would say I recommend this restaurant. I did not give 5 because I think food is a bit unbalanced with salt, based on my own tasting palet. 👀 But I do agree, they serve the most authentic duck lever in Stockholm, judging by someone went to France and brought back half a kilo butcher shop made duck lever. 👀 Meanwhile, I had a nice chat with the waitress. The servitörs there generally know a lot about food and wine, can have an interesting conversation. It is good and not oftenly see in Stockholm.

Had a lovely dinner experience with friendly staff service. My husband and I did the Grand Deluxe menu with 5 courses and the quality of the food was fantastic. The timing between each course is perfect.

We were very impressed with our visit. We had the 5 course meal with wine pairings and I was able to get a vegetarian version. Many were dishes I would never typically try or would order but they were done so well and were delicious. The wines were simply divine and really fit to the dishes well. Our waiter had only been working there 6 days and we were blown away by his knowledge. He was able to be professional yet personable. The atmosphere was very cozy and we felt very comfortable there. We highly recommend it for a nice night out!

Top place. Took us 4 lads in with no booking. Amazing beef. Amazing wine list. We also got a cellar tour with history lesson. And wasn’t extortionate pricing considering it’s a Michelin star restaurant
