Had heard good things about the place but was sadly disappointed. Waited 15 min for a menu and then 35 min for the food. I ordered the bearnaise 150g steak but as you can see that was never 150g, ridiculously small. Also the warmth was lacking. My company had the chicken burger and it was nearly cold, very disappointing. The fries were okay and the bearnaise tasted store bought . Only thing that was good was the cider and beer. A party beside us came at the same time but got their menus 1 hour later and when we left they still hadn't got their food which was over an hour and thirty minutes later, bad service. Staff was not that friendly and they were ignorant, and offered us free ice cream for the wasted money. Very expensive for a disappointing meal. Not coming back.

I think this place is a good option for tourists to have a decent lunch at an average price. Do not expect anything fancy and service could be better, but the food quantity is good. I recommend adding the salad bar option to your lunch.

Nice big restaurant with lots of tables, ordered the 300g papa steak medium with unlimited salad from the salad bar. Steak came with fries within 15 minutes and was nice tender and juicy, not disappointed. However, some of the fries were not fully cooked. Seasoning on the fries was delicious. Lots of choice from the salad bar and was fairly fresh. Just a steak with fries just don't fill up and I miss baked vegetables with the steak. If they improve this, 5 stars.

We had the chance to visit this restaurant. Reservation required advanced is advisable coz the waiting time is minimum 30min. I was a bit worried because of a very high traffic and the food quality might differ but although the staff and the kitchen were super busy they've served a a very tasty hot dishes and on time. We've tried the Spicy, Classic and Pork steak and with no comments. The staff and the waiters were always smiling. The toilets were Clean.. I highly recommend whoever is visiting Stockholm should have pass at least for a drink and food.

Landing in Stockholm and reaching around 7:00pm all the restaurants were booked and could not find a table. We found this place and bumped in and had a nice long dinner. The food beer and the service all quite good. Don’t understand why the rating is low. I would recommend it.

I have checked this place even before arriving to Stockholm I ordered the steak 150g medium cooked I was going to give the place 3 stars due to the waiting time to sit although 15 tables were empty And the food took more than 30 minutes But the steak and food in general was really good To come here you need to know that it would take you time to finish your meal but the food would be worth it Waitress was polite although she was almost running all the time

The restaurant is very good and the waitress was really nice. However, the well-done Jensen steak wasn’t really well done, and the taste wasn’t very good. The nonalcoholic mojito I ordered tasted good enough.

The food is really pricy for what you get. We didn't get what we ordered and they just apologized and would not compensate for that, we just had to accept and pay. Might give it a chance again in the future but not for the time being.

We was three guests and gotten a table directly. They have decreased the size of the waffle Queens Delight significant, but the price is remanded the same as before for 75% more small Waffle ( not worth it for 84 sek ). Except for the above, I got the wrong order, I ordered crispy hot wings, and I got hot wings, but I decided to try it. Instead of sending it back because I already was waiting 30 min for the order, it tasted good 👍

Always best ribs with whisky sauce 😋 though they were difficult to cut but the taste number 1. Not so much choice from cocktails and mocktails.value of money l would say ok .location great. Stuff would rate 7/10 maybe because the place was almost full

Decent meal. If you join their loyalty club, you get free kids meals and half price kids ice cream on a Sunday. Make sure to sign up 24 hours in advance, otherwise you wont get the offer 🙄.

The service is ok, but nobody asked if we want a dessert or something else. The meat was so good, but the sides was so poor...

Awful service. Food was pretty good though. Nachos to start, good portion and large section of dips. Classic burger was nice and cooked well. “All you can eat ribs” but never offered another portion of ribs and had to ask. Serviced by Ellie who never asked if we need anything further, wanted anymore drinks etc. once the main course was taken away we were left for 20 minutes with no offer of further drinks, dessert or the bill. We had to ask another server to arrange the bill. It was a Monday evening and the restaurant was very quiet. Ellie walked past the table multiple times not looking in our direction. As we were left so long without any service we decided not to have dessert which would’ve been include in one of the deals so we got charged for the full amount excluding the dessert which worked out more expensive. They also expected us to pay without seeing a copy of the receipt. Awful service. Would not recommend

Went to Jensens for a good steak meal. We were not disappointed and the meat was cooked perfectly. We had a good beer with our meal too. I always go to this place for a steak. Not cheap but it's worth a look.

Nice place but very crowded because the food is not so expensive. Thecsetvice is good but the food is not up to expectation. The Angus steak was not so tender and the Rips was quite too sweet.

Es war unser letzter Abend in Schweden, und hier unser "Abschiedsessen" zu uns zu nehmen war eine super Idee .Leckere Burger, ein entspanntes Ambiente und eine total freundliche und fröhliche Bedienung haben uns einen netten Abend verbringen lassen. Beim nächsten Schwedenurlaub gerne wieder😀

Danish franchis for decently price steaks and other dishes along the same line. Service was fast and very professional. Food was a bit disappointing. My 170g rumpsteak for SEK 229 was quite tough, and despite ordering it rare, I would classify it as medium. At this price, I would also expect really good fries and a higher quality Bernaise (and maybe some vegetables).

Really bad service. I had to go get the server for us to get our meal, and after that she didn’t even care to ask if we needed something else. We literally had to stand up and walk ourselves to the main door and ask for the check. I wasn’t impressed by the food either. The charged for a cup of water and the steak was really small (was supposed to be a 300 grams but I don’t think so). We even made a reservation, but they didn’t care

Ordered a couple of steaks medium. Both came back rare. By the time anyone came around to check on us it was half an hour later and we just went ahead and ate. The premium menu says that you can refill your fries and vegetables as many times as you like but there's no real way to do that when no one ever comes around to refill your drink or check on you. The steaks were ok the fries were good but it certainly wasn't worth the 500sek pricepoint per meal. A lot of potential here but it falls short.

This restaurant was so-so. Ribs tasted like the pre packaged ones from the supermarket, the ones you heat in the microwave. Also looked like that. Staff is nothing special. Not recommend this place for dining.

Not a gourmet experience but certainly very good quality (meat was very tender), nice atmosphere and quick & efficient service. Very good prices too.

-raspberry mojito made with frozen raspberries -butter tasty, bread roll warm and flufy -rib eye steak, cooked medium rare, but unfortunately had no crust...whatever was clocked on was not hot enough -the only option of not frozen patatoes was the backed(jacked) patato, which I likeed, however it was not hot enough...the butter did not melt on it -the sauces...the sauce that the steak came with was too sweet for my taste; the peppercorn sauce I ordered as extra had absolutely no peppercorns inside, nor even tasted anywhere close to pepper... maybe it would have made a good sauce Diane with the right booze in it and less thick...; in a peppercorn sauce the pepper flavour should be the star of the show...in this I could not taste or see any pepper. -service was average I gave to stars only because for this amount of money I would have expected much higher quality

An ok place: v visited while on 24 dec evening as travelling and nothing else was openZ service was good but food quality and quantity is is acceptable . Nothing special. We had Vegan burger 200krona. Full salad with salmon which was 250krona. (Not much in salad so take the smaller option). Chips 15krona. Soft drinks were 50kronoa. Garlic bread 2 piece were 40krona. Nachos were 80korona (this can b avoided altogether) overall 750krona.

The food is ok, the grilled chicken is dry but the ribs are ok. the pricing ok, very slow services, convenient location, good for get something light for a meal or a lunch
