I was surprised of the pizza quality! Budget friendly option and very convenient to order. Can order via mobile phone and they will deliver it to your table. Burrata & nduja pizza was a very pleasant experience. But honestly the salami pizza had a lot more flavor in it. The garlic and red onion added so much flavor to it.

Has wifi. Right next to transport. Staff are helpful when you ask questions. Tap water available. Pasta could have been cooked a little longer but after experiencing terrible cafes I'm more than happy to go back to Vapiano.

The service was ok, the food came quickly, but two of the five portions were wrong. The guy asked for no chili in his Carborana, but was still stung. And this guy has a mild allergy to chili. Fungi pasta came as chicken pasta and not mushroom pasta. Otherwise, the food was very good and the rest of the group were satisfied with the composition. The atmosphere is nice and calm. Located in a very good location. Otherwise would give four stars, but disappointed with the service received.

Great place to stop for lunch while touring the medieval town, clean, cosy and reasonably priced food. My Swedish friend mentioned it is a chain. It is also located right next to a subway stop

With its 20% Student Discount, this place has one of the best student offers in the entire city. The menu is usually the same and only changes a smidgen but an Antipasti fills up 2 people easily, I had an Antipasti and Pizza all to myself and I couldn't eat anything more after that! One small thing which irks me is this is yet another restaurant that pushes you to download an app, something my parents refuse to do given that nearly every place wants you to download an app which you're not even going to be using on a weekly basis.

This is a chain restaurant which you can find in many countries like Sweden or Germany. The food was so tasty specially penne and pizza. The staff were so friendly.The price was responsible. Make sure to have credit card since they do not accept cash. .

Good easy food. Only problem when you have food allergies, is that you can't select each ingredient and remove it. You need to go to the bar to do so in that case. Otherwise affordable per person made food!

I had high hopes for this frutti di mare pasta but unfortunately the sauce tasted quite weird. I’m sorry to say that. I have tasted this dish in other restaurants and it was real good, so the problem wasn’t the sea food taste. But I tried a bit of the oxfile and chantareler pasta that my sister ordered and that one was good. Wish I ordered that one instead.

We were a group of 50 people and the staff helped us perfectly with handing out our pre ordered food. Everything was smooth and in time while they were managing the rest of the restaurant which was completely full. Perfect service and excellent tretalens of their guests. Very happy and satisfied with our visit to vapiano (old town) in Stockholm Sweden!

As one of my favorite restaurants, I love the large space, tasty food, and budget-friendly prices in a perfect location. I always order the seafood pasta and salad, which never fail to impress and satisfy my taste buds. This is a must-visit spot for any food lover, including myself.

The order is placed through a website, and then they deliver the food and beverages to your table. When we ordered, the food arrived quickly, but the beverages didn't arrive. We asked for them three times, but they never came, and it was a simple order—just a soda and a beer, nothing complicated. We finished dinner, and they still didn't arrive, so we requested a refund.

The food was ok, no where near the standard I remember when I last visited before the pandemic, they were out of stock of most of the drinks too. But Vapiano still does one of my favourite Carbonara in Stockholm. There is no need for a service rating because they've decided to go the route of the QR code ordering system. A system that has never been implemented in a smooth and successful way. It's purely a management decision to cut down on costs. This is not a slight on that particular location or the people working there. They are probably lovely people but you'd never know because the management have taken away any reason to ever interact with them any more. The whole chain has gone from a gastro experience to just another QR code restaurant. Until I witness this system implemented without issues, I will always recommend people to avoid any place using one. They do not work well. They rely on taking your personal information, they are not suitable for group sittings and they are entirely impersonal. Why not just replace the floor staff with robots that bring you the food you ordered though the clunky webapp and change your name to Crapiano. Oh and take away the predatory "service tip" option when ordering your QR code food. Nobody is going to tip someone for carrying a plate from the kitchen to the table without uttering a single word, let alone before the food has even arrived.

No, it's not Swedish food but this is Europe so we're on soft cultural borders right? Always a hit with the family. Ordering was a bit complicated via app + table number compared to other EU Vapianos but waiting team were helpful.

Waiter didn’t let us choose the table! He told us not to sit on regular side tables, because of “rush hour” and possibly of coming company of more people. There were three of us, and later we saw people sitting there in company of 2-3 people . Awful place. Very disappointed. Pasta had no flavor , there was a root of a plant in the salad, and half-filled cup of tea . Very loud place. A lot of flies. Absolutely don’t recommend .

I miss the previous system with cards and waiting in front of the differenr kitchens... now it's one more restaurant, nothing different from others... We have the tradition of going to a Vapiano in every new city we visit... but now I guess we're quitting it... In the case of this specific rest. the waitress was not very helpful.

Been there a couple of times, great place to grab a quick bite after work. The service is what makes the experience so great. The blonde with glasses was super helpful and cheerful. Overall great atmosphere, would recommend.

Great place for dining with kids. Super convenient order system and food that works for both adults and kids. Have been here a few times with my nieces and nephews and their parents and have always appreciated the ease of the order system. Would not go there as an adult as the food is not great, tbh. It's not bad. It's just not very good either.

Coctails do not have the same quality in all Vapiano restaurants. I had an amazing rasberry mojito in T-centralen Vapiano, but it wasn't the same taste in Gamla Stan. They should work on standardization. Overall, not bad.

A very good experience overall. The food was the best part, especially when you take the price into consideration. What they could work on is the personal contact with customers. Vapiano has these smart ordering QR codes that streamline the ordering process but eliminate the personal service. They could be extra service-minded in the other interactions throughout the visit to improve their customer satisfaction and net promoter score. Good value for the money, affordable prices, excellent ambient, spacious hall. Feels like a Italian fast-food, but with an european style. A good option when visiting Gamla Stan.

The food is ok, but since they started the qr/app thing, the service is poorly. Last time we visited, I had to chase the waiters around to get all our four meals to our table, and after doing that, our food was cold. No one said sorry or apologised for messing up our order or trying to help out. App-restaurants seem to make people not take responsibility for their job.

Good place. Good food. Only high chairs but that's OK. I just wanted to lean back a bit but couldn't. Not to crowded the hour before usual dinner time, then it gets busy and loud. Still, staff handled it great and waiting time wasn't too bad.

Way too difficult to order with qr code if you not Swedish. Finally have up since i dont have Swedish credit card. Had to go to the bar and order and was a long line.

Very good fast service. At least 3 people at the cash and 10 preparing the food. In rush hour we ordered takeaway and we got the pizza in 5 minutes. Very tasty pizza. Very good price. Highly recommend!

Good meal, but discreet QR code in place to automate the flow. Big fan. But implementation was meh. Online e-commerce ordering from the phone could have been smoother, the interface was easy to lag out and not intuitive. I would suggest adapting to support bigger mobile screens. I would suggest replacing your UX. Also if each QR code is unique, can you figure out my table? Overall great restaurant and great staff. But implementation of food ordering could have been better. Great initiative with the automation but just the UI could have been better. Keep up the good work

Good place and nice ambience. Vapiano has removed the card system of payment now you have to directly pay at counter and pick-up the food once ready. You will get electronic token which will buzz once the order is ready. You can also order alcohol here!!!

Interesting concept when ordering: you sit on a table and scan a QR code there. It takes you to an online order form where you choose, order, and pay for your food, and soon the staff will bring your dishes to your table. Good food, even spicy.
