Reasonable price to go up (160 SEK pp, approx. €16). We walked in and booked a time for in 30 minutes. If you are time limited it would be worth booking in advance. There's a short video presentation about the arenas before you go up. The whole experience takes about 25 minutes. Beautiful 360° views of Stockholm. Quite interesting how the gondola works - you can feel it constantly readjusting the angle so that the floor is level.

Nice place to see Stockholm all around, 360 degrees. Working hours 10:00-16:00, closed on Sundays. Wagon leaves every 20mins, capacity is 12 people. Children till 5 years old do not pay for the ticket.

Nice experience, but I’m not sure if it was worth the money. There were great views of all of Stockholm. It was out of the way from everything else we did, though.

Skyview is a great way to have a majestic view of Stockholm. It is a glass gondola that goes up the side of Avicii Arena. There were just three people inside when we went up but it can accommodate about 10 people. They have a 5 min av show before the ride. It takes about 5-6 minutes to go up. From the top you get majestic Panasonic views of Stockholm.

What a cool view of the city. We liked it very much. The ball lift is accessible for 12 people maximum. It climbs on the out side wall so you have an experience the whole time of the journey up and down.

It is probably the only place with a beautiful panorama of the city. It is best to see this place on a clear day. Unfortunately, I can see two disadvantages of this place: the cost of the ticket (160sk for 15 minutes) and you cannot admire the beauty of the old town.

You can spot the arena from quite a large distance, what is really promising. Unfortunately the most impressive view is not possible to get, since the operating hours are 10-16:00. And in general not on Saturdays or Sunday’s. With that kind of thing I‘m expecting to see the city at night, so almost at the whole rest of the day and specifically not at those times.

A building with a different design that allows a panoramic view of the city from above. Although it is far from the area where the city's general tourist attractions are located, I made time here on my 4th day in Stockholm. It was a nice experience, you can come if you have extra time, but if there are other museums to visit, I think those should be the priority.

Something different and a unique view of the whole region. Ride a clear sphere up the worlds largest spherical building! Located in the entertainment area of South Stockholm with concert and sport venues.

Visited in the winter so was very quiet, just the two of us in the pod, excellent views of Stockholm and included in the price of the Stockholm pass. Staff very very nice and helpful. The cafe is closed in the winter but plenty of places to eat. Also if your brave try walking to the sky view from the center of Stockholm, took about an hour but was a nice walk and a great way to see a little more of the city.

Unique experience that only Stockholm has. There is a video before you enter the glass sphere, telling all about when the dome was constructed and the area around it. Some interesting facts I didn't know before. The ride itself is about 5 minutes to the top, another 5 minutes or so stationary, and then another 5 minutes max down the dome. The small gift shop had some cute things to offer that weren't overpriced, and I hadn't seen in other cheap generic gift shops downtown.

Not really worth seeing. View most of the time is not towards Stockholm (only on top) and on the top it is too far away from Stockholm

Fun way to view the entire city and into the archipelago islands surrounding in the distance. Quiet area with a shopping mall but not much else unless you are there to visit the stadiums also for sports event or music concert.

One of the landmarks in Stockholm. First you have 10-minute video, then you go up in a glass car to the top of the building. There are two cars going slowly, no shaking, so you can go even you are normally a bit afraid of this type of attractions. You can see a nice panorama of Stockholm at the top. When we've been there at the end of October 2019 entrance was every 10 minutes. We had to wait not too long, just for the next entrance, so 30 minutes for everything was absolutely fine.

Great views all around Stockholm from the top of the Globen entertainment and sports venue. The Skyview ride is a bubble-shaped elevator that rises up on the outside of the spherical building, so people with fear of heights should beware. A limited number of people fit on each ride so it may be a good idea to book the ride in advance on their web site, to avoid possibly long wait times.

Fair priced. Takes about 20-30 minutes. The domes are shared with others. Excellent views of Stockholm. Would be nice in the day or at night when everything is lit up. Accepts cards. Likely better to purchase tickets direct.

The view was great, thanks to the sun and the fantastic location. Although you won’t get to see so much (only some really prominent buildings), it was a lovely experience, totally worth the price. You can get tickets at the entrance for the same price but it’s best to book in advance to be sure you get a slot and avoid waiting.

It was nice and unique experience, but I think that maybe there are better sky scrapers in Sweden. Unique architecture thou. It is worth visiting.

Good experience! Overall enjoyed the ride a lot, although it’s a bit expensive, it was good to get to know Sweden as a first time coming. My partner lives in Sweden and didn’t even know some of the places shown in the sphere’s maps so safe to say we both learned something and enjoyed it together.

Great view of the city from the top of Avicii Arena. The ticket was worth the price (100 - 150 sek, that are about 8 - 13 euros, I don't remember quite exactly). For a tourist who is visiting Stockholm is a must.

Skyview is a two way external elevator that brings two transparent gondolas up to the top of Avicii Arena, the world largest hemispherical building that hosts primarily ice hockey games and concerts. The view from the top is very nice, even though the arena is outside the city center so you can't see directly the historical district of Gamla Stan. Before going into the elevator a short video with fun facts about the building is shown. The entrance ticket price is 160 SEK.

Once in a lifetime opportunity. I recommend visiting this location in the winter because it closes at 6 p.m., allowing you to watch a spectacular sunset from above.

Really enjoyed it but it is a very short experience. I think from getting in the pod to getting out was under 20 mins. But the view from the top was amazing.

the view was AMAZING, and the preparing film is very good. sadly, it was very hot and stifling inside, and there was a ripped cable hanging and swinging during the ride.

Skyview is an excellent attraction that takes you to the top of the world’s largest spherical building, the Avicii Arena, a Stockholm landmark. From the apex 130 meters (425 feet) above sea level, you get a fantastic view encompassing all of Stockholm. The two SkyView gondolas depart every 10 minutes, and the entire visit takes about 30 minutes.

  • 5/5 Nikša B. 1 year ago on Google
A short film shown before the ride and then a 25 min ride to the top. Waiting is probably unavoidable. The view from the top is amazing. Taking a ride is probably worthless if not visited during a clear sky.

  • 5/5 A P. 8 months ago on Google
A rather expensive but well worth the cost. You get a view of the Stockholm skyline and has beautiful views. Before you enter the ride, you watch an informative video about Avicii Arena and its surrounding arenas.

It’s a very short trip. If you are a group it’s better to book the tickets online. On the top there is a good 360 degrees view around Stockholm

  • 4/5 Billy B. 1 year ago on Google
It costs 160kr which is roughly €15 each. If you are in central Stockholm the Skyview is about three to four kilometres out, but you can get the local train, bus or walk. When we went it was quiet and we literally waited ten minutes before we went on. The views are good, 360°.

Nice view of the city and the surroundings. You can buy ticket directly there. There are two elevators that departs every 10 minutes. I was lucky that there wasn't any queue and got a clear sky which allowed to enjoy more the experience
