This hotel is a mixed bag. Location is great, breakfast is good and the ice bar is a fun novelty. On the downside it’s a bit worn down. Hallway carpets have seen better days. My room had scratches all over and while it was clean it didn’t feel like it due to all the small problems. But the bathroom was big and the bed was comfy. Also, I clearly heard callouts on the nearby train station. The city noise was kept out, luckily. The restaurant was good. Quick service and tasty offerings, if a somewhat limited menu. The staff is friendly and helpful, like you’d expect and the lobby is really nice. Like in all(?) Nordic hotels you have free coffee around the clock. Overall you can do a lot worse than C. But there are nearby hotels that are better at the same price level.

Tiny room, but large bed, small bathroom, but still enough space for the necessary activities. Perfect for a traveller only looking for a place to sleep. No window! Compensated with all walls showing a floor to ceiling image of the outside! Streets of Stockholm in winter. Never felt tight. Slept well. Great breakfast!

Placed in center town. Careful the rooms don't necessarily have windows but depending on the time of the year it's better not to have the sun at 2am. Rooms are small but comfy.

I stayed in this hotel with a friend and we had a great experience with it! We especially liked the breakfast 🤣🤌🏻 you had a VARIETY of food to choose from! Well I don't usually eat breakfast so I mostly just had some cereal with lactose free milk and some fruits, but she tried absolutely everything, from pancakes, fish, eggs, fruits, jams.... Everything 🤌🏻 the hotel is just 3-5 minutes away from the train station by walking which is great! And it's close to so many restaurants, shops and everything! It was beautiful! 🤌🏻

Perfect location. Very central. 30 meters walk from central train station. Clean room. I stayed in a small room (my choice just fir a few hours sleep) so I cannot comment about the regular rooms. Breakfast didn't match my expectations for a 4 star hotel but overall decent. Excellent value for money especially if you are staying in Stockholm only for a few days and you need to be near train station, access to the airport. Will surely stay there again

I have never seen such a small and suffocating hotel room. It was like a prison cell. On the booking website that I used, I think they called it a "business room". I stayed in hostels a few times and even those rooms were far better than the room in Hotel C Stockholm. The receptionists were good and everything else about the hotel was good, except the horrible room. The room was way overpriced. No one should ever have to pay more than 700-800 kr for such a room. I paid 1300 kr for the room.

Ok great place for access to train station and rest of Stockholm central however comes at a price. The room I was in was tiny, no outside window made it very claustraphobic. Tiny space mattress too big for bed space so curled up at bottom. There are better rooms available but much more expensive. If on a budget and tiny spaces dont freak you out then this is a good hotel, clean and tidy and communal spaces bright and airy

Very nice hotel in the heart of Stockholm! It's nearby the train station Stockholm Central, the staff has been excellent and very welcoming, the breakfast is good and there is the possibility to try the Ice Bar inside the Hotel (extra fees of 20 euros more or less). The dorms are tiny but well maintained.

It is located next to CentralStation which is good for travelling people... The rooms are clean, comfy and neat, although they didn't have a small fridge. Room was spacey... Overall service was ok, because there were a few young (and new probably?) people on the reception and they must get a little more experience...

I stayed here for a few nights for a conference. The location of the hotel is great as right next to central station and lots of food and drink options within easy walking distance. There is a nice bar in the lobby with a wide array of beers, wine and cocktails. The staff was super friendly and took care of all concerns including helping me find a Covid test for travel. The room had a bath, shower and very fast internet. The only negative was the rooms felt a little dated and not as clean as they could be. I would stay again.

Was nothing big to complain about, clean. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was good, some of the things like the cucumber were dry but the rest was good. A lot of people ate breakfast though, it was kind of hard to find seating. Other than some small stuff everything was good.

The location is really good. Right next to arlanda express so it takes like 1 min walk only. My room is a small no window room. When I entered I could smell bad odor already. The room is tiny just enough for one person to sleep The hotel restaurant didn’t serve food the night I visited. The breakfast was quite nice. First day I went to the gym was awesome I got it myself. Second day was terrible sharing with 6 people and we didn’t have space at all

As a Canadian, this was my first time in a Scandinavian country. Everything about Stockholm was amazing. Including this hotel. Perfect location, friendly staff (especially the guy with the ponytail who checked me in and out, he was the best). Right outside the Arlanda Express. The only downside was that the room was a-bit small but that doesn’t really matter. The breakfast included was also 5/5. I will definitely be back!

Perfectly situated close to the Central station and bus terminal. Quick and friendly check in, nice room. Some don't like it, but l loved having a bathtub and the chance to soak and relax at the end of busy birthday. Breakfast selection was good (but don't show up abt 7 30, it was packed). If my journey takes me back to Stockholm l wouldn't mind staying here again.

I stayed at this hotel in December for 3 nights and unfortunately had several cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, I found that the cleaning standards in this hotel were not adequate. My room was cleaned after the last guest by the housekeeping but bed sheets were not changed and the floor was really dirty. After reporting this to reception they changed the bed sheets, but the floor remained dirty. I requested a different room, hoping for an improvement. However, the second room had a blocked sewage drain, rendering the shower unusable. While the location of the hotel is convenient, the cleanliness issues I encountered were significant. I would strongly recommend considering other options in the area, especially if cleanliness is a priority for you.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are very comfy and clean, recommend! But the service leaves too much to be desired - The teenager at the front desk was rude and had the most un-service mind ever. I get the teenager attitude but please at least tell me where my room is. Please be more nice to the guests :)

The hotel is nicely situated, everything by foot. We had a room on the first floor facing the train station people could see in the room. The only curtain was dark …. The breakfast was amazing, very big buffet delicious. Some games for the kids

Helpful reception staff allowed us to check in 2 hours early and offered us friendly advice on attractions, and upgraded our room to a window room. Room was functional and clean. The breakfast was lacking in vegan options. Plenty of plant based mills but aside from that it was sparse.

We booked this hotel online and its location was ideal for our needs as it was central and very close to all the main travel hubs. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful and the choice at breakfast was excellent. On the negative side the room was quite small and ideally we would have upgraded. We struggled to find enough room for our two suitcases and the shower in the bathroom could have done with a freshen up.

Great hotel with great service! Got no windows room due to unavailability of better choices but still great and enjoy our stay there. Very near to train stations and food places too. You can see the hotel once you came out of the train station.

Hotel rooms without a window are a thing in Stockholm and not only am I claustrophobic, I think it is an insane concept in case of emergency - not to mention that the "discount" tends to be just $10-20/room. Therefore for Hotel C, I screenshot all descriptions, terms and photos before booking. Of course they gave me a room without a window. Crazy tiny, max 10 sq meters for $135! I complained, "I would never have booked it if there was anything that stated windowless or 'subject to availability'". The two young receptionists argued with me, first they said that I, "didn't read the offer carefully", so I took out my screenshots and showed them. Then one receptionist said they weren't to blame, "it was booked through a third party." I said, "Then you need to take it up with them, not me. A contract is a contract, I booked a normal, standard room and have proof, which you are LEGALLY obliged to honor. Take it up with the platform." Interestingly, she then said that because they, "exceptionally have a lot of availability, I can change your room." I thanked her and went to the room, but was puzzled: the hotel now cannot claim that they gave me a windowless room because there was no availability of standard rooms. The new room has NO wifi, though it clearly states in the terms, "Free wifi". Thank god we are here for only 16 hours, I am totally disgusted at the blatant fraud.

This place was in a great location, close to many stores and also the public transit lines. We had a deluxe queen room for 3 people and it was definitely too small, even though the booking site said it could fit up to 4. With a queen bed and a cot, it was crammed. The floors in the room felt dirty too which was a bummer too.

Room was nice, BEST SHOWER EVER. I’d move here for the water pressure if I could. Breakfast was great with a big selection and spacious dining area. Staff seemed nice but we didn’t really interact with them.

  • 5/5 Katlyn G. 9 months ago on Google
Small room (we got the cheapest one), but it was cozy. Also no AC or fan, but luckily, the window opened. I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of the cleanliness, proximity to the tram and central station, and hands down the best breakfast spread!

Don’t book this hôtel!!! We were so excited to discover the city, we booked 4 days and the ice bar. Unfortunately our airline cancelled our flight and we have no other way to go (excessive prices or flight duration) we have contacted the hotel to cancel or postpone but they do not want to do a commercial gesture. They even are ghosting us. This is so chocking and unprofessional. This is a shame. For sure next travel I will plan there I won’t go to their hotel.

  • 4/5 Kyle P. 9 months ago on Google
Friendly staff, great location, rooms are okay (not air conditioned), and their are lots of amenities as well as nearby activities. Ice bar was very fun and worth doing at least once, even if you aren't staying at this hotel. We spent hours in the lobby playing shuffleboard. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms aren't air conditioned but the staff provided us with a fan which helped a lot, however, it was only 25 degrees celsius out so if it were a few degrees hotter it would've been unbearable. Additionally, the rooms are a few degrees hotter than the hallways, which doesn't make sense. We had a room with a window which helped a lot.

We booked the small room without window, which was as expected, and fine. Great location for exploring Stockholm, right next to central station and walkable to the old town. Great buffet breakfast too. The reason I had to deduct stars was that at check in staff handed us a form to fill out, saying it was a requirement for staying at the hotel. I assumed it was a government thing. It turns out it was a subscription for their newsletter/online membership. Clearly staff are given KPIs to sign customers up for whatever the club was which incentivises them to mislead customers into signing up for things they are not interested in. The only disappointment in an otherwise good stay.

Highly recommended for short visits to Stockholm. There's nothing neither extravagant or dismal about it, but rather a very average hotel experience. Where this hotel really shines is its location and competitive price. If you need a roof over your head and don't intend to spend a long time in the city this is a great place to stay.

  • 1/5 Jay V. 7 months ago on Google
The rooms without windows have NO working ventilation. Not AC - NO VENTILATION AT ALL! They give you a little fan and say good luck! Not worth the price for the same circulating air. Recommend staying somewhere else. We are stuck - don’t be us.

Right next to Central Station & perfect for the Arlanda express train connection. Ice Bar is in the hotel & well worth visit, good bar in the hotel as well friendly hotel & bar staff. Decent choice for breakfast didn't eat in the restaurant so no idea.

Decent hotel, rooms are small, but enough if you plan just to spent couple of nights. Staff is very friendly. Location is fantastic, just next to the train station and minues away from the city top spots. I recomend

Positives: - Breakfast was very delicious and had a lot to choose from. - Perfect location, close to a lot of activities/museums/stations etc. - Decent room for price, nice bathroom. Negatives: - Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very unprofessional, talking to each other and standing and staring at people. - Room was cold even if we put the heaters on max.

  • 4/5 Theresa N. 2 years ago on Google
Stayed in their smallest room. Really cozy even though it didn't have a window. Really nice bathroom with high quality amenities. Bed was ok, hard pillow and warm syntetic duvet, would have loved higher quality on those. Really nice and tidy breakfast, so, overall, would highly recommend a stay.

  • 5/5 C S. 2 years ago on Google
Perfect location! It's right by the Arlanda Express train that we arrived with, and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and public transport. Staff was great and very helpful, the breakfast buffet had everything we could ask for. The room was on on small side and the radiator was very hot even when it was on the minimum setting, but that was our only complaints.

  • 2/5 Radu V. 2 years ago on Google
For a 4**** hotel, a rather poor breakfast (choice-wise), no body lotion, no ironing board, windowless room... For my colleagues in rooms with windows, it was noisy during the night. The front office staff was GREAT, though!

Great value for money hotel. Cozy rooms and amazing breakfast buffet. The restaurant has tasty pizzas and is open until late. The staff is service minded and kind. I would consider to visit the hotel again

We really appreciated this hotel and the people working there. Every morning there was a great breakfast buffet and when we had to leave at 5AM before the buffet opened, they had free wrapped sandwiches to take on our travel. The location is perfect on top of Stockholm Central Station where there are small grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants if you want to eat quickly and nearby. Our room was a standard with two twin beds, which was small by American standards but we fit two adults and one kid on the bed and a travel crib for baby beside the bed.

  • 4/5 Jordan P. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel C Stockholm is perfectly located right outside the train station. The rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast they offer is tasty. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but just be aware the hotel rooms can sometimes get hot without air conditioning or fans. Ironically enough there is an Ice Bar on the first floor which is a must visit if you have time! Overall I very much enjoyed my stay.

  • 3/5 Anouk G. 1 year ago on Google
Let me start of by saying the hospitality of the staff was impeccable! However, the hotel definitely wasn’t worth the 4 star rating. Our first room wasn’t cleaned and had heaps of hair in the shower when we arrived - we were then upgraded to another room which had black mold in the shower and broken climate control. We also booked a double bed, but got 2 seperate beds shoved together which constantly separated when someone laid in the middle.

  • 4/5 Saj M. 1 year ago on Google
I stayed for 5 nights in August. Service front wheel front desk staff was excellent. I had technical issues with the room assigned and they upgraded. They even helped me open the windows as there is no aircon. Rooms are comfy and spacious enough. But they are a bit outdated. Gym is small but has the basics (even heavy weights) for a good workout. The location is excellent. Right next to the central station. My only complaints are wifi (very poor on level 3) and breakfast (very basic and the quality is below average for a 4 star hotel).

  • 2/5 Charlie F. 1 year ago on Google
Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Bed itself was comfortable but the room was tired, dusty and generally dirty. Breakfast not too bad.

  • 5/5 peter l. 8 months ago on Google
Would certainly recommend this centrally situated hotel right next to the Arlanda Express city terminus. (Note direct access closed until 13/08/23). Clean, spacious rooms with good bathroom with bath. Comfortable bed. Breakfast wonderful. So much choice and included in the price. The customer facing staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and lounge area with two full sized shuffle boards. We had lots of fun playing on these. Ice Bar in the basement. Good price for capital city. Negative points (none of which would put us off staying again or recommending) were small number of coat hangers, only two mini milk cartons per day, window had no safety stop. Third visit to this hotel and it has been improved greatly. Miss the tropical fish though!

  • 4/5 Carl M. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located right next to the central train station. Easy to catch a long distance train, commuter train or subway. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from. The rooms were a bit small and basic, but clean and comfortable.

  • 4/5 Jo G. 1 year ago on Google
Really liked it here, very central, lovely breakfast and nice bar area. Quite cool. Rooms are a bit small, but on a citybreak, its not like you are spending alot of time in them

Perfect staycation at Hotel C. We were little sceptic about our room in second floor, but there wasn't any disturbing sounds from outside or hallway. Special mention for lobby bar's Latvian bartender 😎 We're coming back!

  • 4/5 Rick J. 1 year ago on Google
Hotell C in Stockholm is located next to the central train station and next to the Arlanda Express train track, and thus, you have a two minute walk to the train and a 20-minute ride to the airport, ARN. The hotel is co-located with the Icebar, and on the lobby level is a nice bar and restaurant as well as a small gym. However, as you are in the centre of town, there are plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars around the hotel. Note that you have to book access to the icebar in advance. The rooms are small but well planned with good-sized bathrooms. It's a great location for both airport and train transfers as well as exploring town.

  • 4/5 Chandler S. 1 year ago on Google
Wonderful experience. Staff was so kind and helpful. The front desk clerk even made me food for my early morning flight. Rooms were a bit small, but as a single traveler completely manageable. The breakfast was great, and they had a massive assortment of food.

  • 4/5 Pablo Caramés M. 1 year ago on Google
The location is great, less than a 1min away from Arlanda Express! Now, just have in mind I stayed for one night and my issue was related to the bathroom drains - the smell that came out of it was aweful. In terms of staff, yes, they were friendly BUT they need to know what times breakfast and bars and all the times are. We had to ask to three different people and each one was like on a different day of the week! Despite that, it is worth going there if u need have a flight very early in the morning, or want to visit Stockholm for a quick city break.

On vacation, we visited Stockholm Sweden for a week. Took express train from airport and dropped off right in front of Hotel. Got there at 8am, no rooms available til 2ish. Very clean nicely decorated and comfortable beds and fairly priced. Everyone in Stockholm speaks English. Hotel centrally located to get around by walking. And comes with a buffet breakfast for free. I'd come here again!!

  • 5/5 Theresa H. 10 months ago on Google
Wonderful! Between the very comfortable bed, the huge soaker tub, the lovely decor, and the fantastic daily breakfast buffet, I have no complaints whatsoever. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. There are delicious restaurants, shopping, parks and good views all around. I totally recommend this place.
