I stayed there for two days. I spent a great time at the hotel. However I realized my money was gone inside my backpack during room cleaning. Leaving my backpack without locking was my fault but I lost over €50 and Japanese ¥8000. Be careful with house keeping.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to different islands. Our room was on the 5th floor above the train tracks/roadway. We didn’t hear much noise at all in our room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the water and old city. We didn’t spend much time out there because there wasn’t a place to sit and it was a bit windy/chilly. But we enjoyed looking out the window. The room was quite spacious with plenty of room to store our belongings during our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite large but the tub/shower was high and a bit of a challenge to get out of with wet feet. Breakfast daily was excellent and the staff was great, especially Vivian. The gentlemen who cooks the omelets on most days was also a joy to interact with and made delicious omelets for us. We had dinner one night at the restaurant. The food was good but slightly overpriced for what was offered since the meat and fish dishes did not come with any sides and we saw none on the menu for additions purchase. However, the staff was exceptional and the restaurant was nice to have when we were short on time one evening. I highly recommend the Hilton Stockholm Slussen during your stay in Stockholm.

Location wise: really lovely as our room was facing the Stockholm landscape; and near to the Slussen Station. Service: I enjoyed the service at the breakfast buffet. Met lovely people. Room: Our room was facing the road and it was lovely to be able to see the Stockholm landscape. What I just did not like is that how the toilet/bathroom are made. When you sit at the toilet, you could hit your head with the sink as it was really close to one another; shower head was also broken too.

The rooms are a bit dated. It has got a perfect location. Breakfast is really superb. Executive lounge is temporarily on the basement. There are a lot of snacks and drink selection at the lounge and all tasty. The front desk is helpful and kind. The hotel may seem a bit huge at first but you get to know it easily. The important point is that you need to learn which elevator group to use as there are more then 2

I stayed here for a week and it was an excellent stay. All of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant were awesome. It was a little odd I couldn't plug my laptop into an hdmi on the TV but that doesn't warrant a complaint- it was minor inconvenience. The location is perfect and the room was very comfortable.

Cozy hotel with central location in Stockholm. Rooms are very small in general, but clean, tidy and functional. Breakfast is delicious with variety of choices for everyone. Indoors swimming pool, although small but very nice. The spa are is good and clean. If you need a hotel that is in the city and with good transportation alternatives then this is the place.

Great location for a visit to Stockholm. Easy walk to most things. Staff was very accommodating and helped us schedule taxis as needed. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view.

Perfect location to explore the main islands of the city. Clean hotel with a nicely designed lobby. Very good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff, Daria and Stefan at the front desk were particularly nice and helpful. The executive lounge is cosy but a nice space for an evening drink. Rooms were clean and had great views of the old town. Special benefits for diamond members were greatly appreciated. Well done, Hilton Stockholm team.

Customer service exceptional here. Arrived early and staff kept us informed of status. Brought us keys when ready while enjoying Executive Lounge. Breakfast was really good. Felt welcomed and appreciated here. Highly recommend.

Good rooms. Nice facilities. The breakfast here is especially impressive. Worth the money for sure. The location is hard to beat as everything is within walking distance. This hotel is right is the middle of all the action. Getting here from the airport was okay. Took the Arlanda express to the Central station and caught a cab from there for a decent price. I could've taken the tram or train for cheaper but I was in a hurry. There is no laundry here except a send away service that is a bit expensive.

My husband and I were so impressed by the friendly staff at this property. The location is great. The view from our room was fabulous! Close walking distance to Gamla Stan, as well as other areas to explore. The breakfast was lovely, with a view of the city out of the windows in the breakfast room. Rooms were smaller but very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Stockholm!

Great hotel in perfect location near old town and metro station. Staff was very helpful (let me check into my room at 9am after I arrived on an overnight flight!), room was simple, clean, cozy, and had a great view of old town; breakfast was awesome (and had lots of GF and DF options). Only downside is executive lounge is pretty small, crowded, and food options were really picked over, but this was pretty minor. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect hotel to stay while visiting Stockholm! Super central hotel, just a short walk from the main attractions, beautiful views overlooking Stockholm old town. The rooms are spacious and the Housekeeping Team did a wonderful job in keeping everything in perfect condition at all times. Breakfast was simply wonderful with a variety of options; it was also nice to see local products among the breakfast offering. The staff was amazing and always available to help, especially Zsolt and Sidney at reception and Anthony from breakfast. Thank you for a beautiful stay ❤️

While it wasn't the cheapest place nor initially our first choice when we decided to do a 1 night stay in Stockholm, I'm really glad we did and I'm grateful to the staff there. It was our honeymoon, as well as my birthday, and they promptly upgraded our room after we told them and had such a lovely room and stay. Thank you guys, appreciate it!

Super friendly service at check-in from Vivian, and the team at breakfast was also extremely welcoming. Dedicated seating for Gold/Diamond members, and we managed to get a view of the old town at breakfast both mornings :) Rooms are slightly dated but clean, and the location can’t be better.

Location and breakfast are the best things at the Hilton Slussen. Anthony, managing the breakfast team is top class and the whole team made starting the day with a toddler way easier. Kudos to kabayans too. Rooms are small, there's no denying. The rooms with a view must be great. We had the office view and the only consolation was seeing people working while we were on holidays. And you can feel everything shaking at times due to the construction or doors being banged. In overall too pricey for the rooms.

Lovely clean rooms with stunning views over Stockholm. If you arrive late evening and don't want to start exploring after traveling, the hotel restaurant serves great food. If you're an omelette fan, I would recommend the freshly made customised omelette ready in 4 minutes!

Really nice staff, but hotel rooms are in urgent need of renovations: door does not close properly, heating does not work, water boiler is still half full from previous guests and rooms are 3 star standard on a good day. On top there is a Sauna but not open at 6pm…in Sweden. Will definitely not come back anymore for that price.

Our stay at Hilton Stockholm Slussen was nothing short of exceptional, and their thoughtful gesture made it even more memorable. Celebrating my girlfriend's birthday, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The upgraded room, coupled with the hotel's prime location and impeccable service, made our stay a delightful celebration. We highly recommend Hilton Stockholm Slussen for their hospitality and genuine efforts to make special occasions truly special.

This was a great hotel. We stayed here for two nights. We got a King Room with private sauna and it was amazing! We used the sauna both nights. The view from the balcony is incredible. You get to watch the sunset. Loved that it was close enough to walk to Old Town and the fun restaurants and bars. The breakfast was also very good. Will stay here again if we come back to Stockholm.

Nice and unique looking rooms. The location is close to Old Town and many attractions. Delicious breakfast! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I had not gotten a receipt that I needed and had to call, they were so apologetic and helped me get what I needed.

Great stay at Hilton Slussen. Good location, very pleasant staff and the breakfast was fantastic. Our corner room had great views and was spacious. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in great location for old town. Breakfast on first morning was excellent but on second day there was a replenishment problem. Views over old town were lovely which was a 15 min walk away. Rooms were clean and well planned. Only downside was the high and wide side to the bath which made it tricky to get into and out of. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service I just received from Zsolt was hands down the best Customer Service I’ve probably ever had. So good in fact that I teared up a little! He was extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation which was a very last minute shift in travel plans, and went far out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy in my room. An angel from heaven. Everyone should strive to provide that level of service. Unmatched. Give him a raise asap. He deserves it! Additionally the food was incredible.

Fantastic stay. The robes were also quite nice - any chance the owner can tell me what they are so I can get them as a Christmas gift? My wife loved them quite a bit

Lovely hotel, staff were polite and helpful. It is an older hotel but still well kept with good hot water and full breakfast. American guests will find the beds quite firm and should exercise care in the shower a the water can be quite scalding.

We had such a fun, comfortable and relaxing four night stay. Cosy executive room with access to the temporary executive lounge set up in the restaurant. The hotel is situated perfectly for exploring Stockholm. A very special thank you to Anna, Maria and Peter from the Front Office team who attended to all our requests with such a friendly and efficient manner. And also the very kind and helpful lady who worked in the Executive lounge on the 10 January.

The service was great and the workers were very courteous and genuine. The room had a great view looking back into the Old Town. The only downside was when you were relaxing in your room, you were confined to the TV stations. Other hotels allow their customers to either sync their phones or attach HDMI cable so that you can enjoy your shows. Instead, we were stuck with the news and poor programming as the ability to watch something else after connecting our HDMI cable was disabled.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly stuff. I was welcomed well. Cleaning service is very good, wi-fi and the quality of the Internet is good enough. Options for breakfast were diverse for any taste. I had a double deluxe room, and it was perfect, there was everything I needed. The area where the hotel is located is very nice. It is right near the center of Gamla Stan but at the same time, it is very calm.

First impressions were very good. Nice reception at almost 1am, and even gave an upgrade. Location is also fantastic, very central. The room on the 5th floor was very nice, and had an amazing view. The quality of the materials and finish were top notch, pity the design left it down, the bath had high sides and was not easy to get into so as to use the shower. The materials used throughout were very good but tired and well used with scratches and cracks. The main let down was there was no housekeeping, even though the welcome letter clearly said there would be, so no fresh towels on the second night and no refill of tea/coffee milk or shampoos etc, at the this price you'd expect it... Overall, I liked it but was a little disappointed as my stay went on, but I would stay there again...

Nice room but the bed was rock hard. Zero cushion. I asked twice for a mattress pad and was told that I would receive one, but it never came. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent service, in particular from Anna at the front desk. Convenient location, nice room, good breakfast. If the price is right I would happily stay there again, recommended!

Lovely hotel. Our room had a great view of the river, and was clean and tidy. The staff were gracious and helpful. Great breakfast, and the Executive Lounge was great. Funky design architecture, with rounded forms throughout, felt at times like we were on the bridge of spaceship. Fun!

I stayed there for five days with my father and we had a great experience. The room was stunning, clean, and had an amazing view. The executive lounge and breakfast options were delicious. All staff members were helpful and friendly. I would like to mention the outstanding service of Ditzel, in the omelette station. Having a small chat with him every morning was a lovely way to start my day.

Amazing location (easy, and I mean easy, public transit accessibility and walking distance to so many bars, restaurants, and sites), comfortable (but a tad small) rooms, and very clean. Only downsides are if you need to take elevator #3 to your room (slippery stairs and a bit of a walk, at least for within a hotel) and a very, very strange bathroom... don't get me wrong, bathroom is mostly fine, just odd. Loved the hotel and would definitely stay again, just would ask for a room that can be accessed via elevators 1 &2!

  • 4/5 R H. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed in both a junior suite and a regular queen room. The suite was lovely and access to the lounge was awesome, though we wished it were open during morning hours for coffee. The queen room was smaller (obviously) but adequate for one night. The hotel layout is a bit strange - three elevators on two different levels depending on what room you’re in, and the design is a little dated. Wonderful front desk staff, always very helpful. Breakfast was mids.

The staff here are fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful when we were checking in. The rooms are beautiful and ours was very spacious with a beautiful view. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable! It's also close to Old Stockholm, Vasa by ferry (we recommend public ferry), and convenient from the airport.

We found the bed a bit strange where 2 twin beds were placed on a king frame. My husband and I ended up squeezed on one side because the gap in the middle was uncomfortable. Breakfast spread was awesome and I like the made to order omelet. Location is perfect, close to public transportation and restaurants. It's quiet enough and they put us in a room with a spectacular view.

Great location, right next to Gamla Stan located right on the water. Very friendly staff with a fantastic breakfast and top notch fitness center. Rooms were comfortable and typical size for a European hotel. Some rooms didn't have drawers to put your clothes away. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel with fantastic service and great location. Nice view from both the breakfast hall and the room. All the staff are very friendly, polite and friendly. My favorite food in the hotel is the omelet at the egg station. The kitchen chef Ditzel made very delicious omelet where we can select what we wanted to put in the egg. And he is very nice and has good humor! I really enjoyed the stay.

My birthday trip was great for giving me a room with a really splendid view. The staffs are friendly and helpful during my stay. Lovely breakfast especially the omelette and waffle station. The Executive Lounge has a lot of snacks/drinks choices too. The hotel location is really great.

Lovely hotel! Staff was very friendly, location was perfect, and the views made it hard to leave the room (especially in the snow). Really enjoyed the close proximity to the metro, comfy beds, and great climate control. The building is situated on top of a highway / rail line which can make for some noise, but the windows were very well insulated. Edit: I contacted the hotel regarding the additional charge and it was refunded within 12 hours - lovely!

Decent hotel for a stay in Stockholm. The Queen room was accurate to what we expected, though it did feel a little small as there isn't much space for luggage and wardrobe space is also quite small. The room was also generally quite clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was great, especially the shower. Location wise it's about 5 minutes away from a metro station and there are various bus stops nearby as well. Good option if you don't mind not being exactly in the centre of the city and it's quite small anyway and public transport is very easy to use.

  • 5/5 Anna L. 1 year ago on Google
One of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. The staff are next level - friendly, kind and accommodating. I wish I remembered more but in particular Billy on the omelette stand, Daria and Peter on reception. The breakfast was great, the hotel was child friendly and a short walk to the old town. We will definitely be back.

  • 4/5 David Romo de V. 1 year ago on Google
Great location and great gym. Service was also good. Rooms on the smaller side and it would be great if they could offer some basic snacks/food at reception. The restaurant is the only option and is quite overpriced, even snacks. A bag of crisps is almost £4 and a cesar salad £20

  • 3/5 Daniel C. 11 months ago on Google
Reception was good, the reservation for corner view room might have been handled a little better considering the advanced notice and existence of outside construction. Clean, organized room. A few imperfect light fixtures and mini blinds. Limited late night service. Early last call at the bar. +1 star above average for service from genuinely kind staff. Breakfast good but unremarkable. Adequate amenities for weary travelers.

  • 5/5 David U. 10 months ago on Google
Rooms are very nice, although it took us a while to find the closet! Really! Otherwise best we've had on our trip around Scandinavia. Good breakfast buffet. Washcloths in the bathroom. (We know enough about European hotels to bring our own, but it was nice to have one from the hotel). Location is quiet but close to a plethora of restaurants and anything else you might need.

  • 5/5 Karan H. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent location with parking facility. The hotel was also very clean with a courteous staff. The breakfast was also quite extensive and very fresh. I can recommend the place and will also come back myself the next time I am in Stockholm

Booked sauna room for birthday. Room/service/view/location are good. However, during check in reception told us breakfast is free for the birthday person but instead of freeing the birthday person they just gave us a discounted price. We didn’t plan to have breakfast at the hotel if it is not free so it sucks. (And the breakfast is not that good) Things like this ruined the day especially it’s your birthday so letting everyone know.
