Excellent location, just outside the central station, inside a beautiful building. The staff is kind and welcoming. The interiors are peculiar, but I personally find them quite pleasant. The room is a bit small, with very nice colors. There is no place to put the bags but the floor. The bathroom is nice looking but not cery functional (especially the shower: splendid, but really not comfy); there is no window so of course there is forced air circulation, but it goes on non stop all day until 10pm, and it's quite noisy. Otherwise, the room is extremely quiet. Bed is far too soft. Cleanliness is good, but not perfect. Breakfast is simply superb. Overall a very pleasant stay: with some correction, could be perfect ;)

By courtyard view, they mean where the trash is taken and facilities keeps equipment. Which has folks going in and out at all hours of the day and night making a great deal of noise. This requires keeping the windows closed to dampen the noise (it still is heard). There is no temp control in the room, though. So the room gets hot. Other fun parts of this stay are the bed that sags in the middle and blackout curtains that fail to keep sunlight out. The room stayed at for this hotel failed at its primary reason for existing. To help someone rest. The location across from the train station was good. I would say needed. As after four nights of not being able to sleep, did not have the cognitive power to find otherwise.

Had such a great stay at this hotel located in the centre of Stockholm. Very close to the train station, Arlanda Express and the shops/restaurants. Really friendly staff who were always up for a chat. Clean room and a wonderful rain shower! Will be back next year. Thanks for the great stay. 🙂

5 out of 5 for the location .it's too notch but apart from that nothing to say extravagant about this hotel .staff is nice and helpful in nature . Rooms are small and it smells lot . We had to keep the windows open to let the smell go . The light on top of the bed was not working . Washrooms are newly renovated and spacious enough.

From the friendly check in, though to the efficient check out and everything in between - a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring Stockholm on foot. The old town was a short stroll past the parliament buildings, the shopping area right on the doorstep. Gustavo runs a great bar and was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has something for everyone and is served in a an informal setting. My room on the second floor was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. The room was also lovely and warm, particularly welcome when it dropped to -9°c outside! The room wasn’t the largest but did everything it needed to well. If I have one small criticism, it’s the coffee machine at the 1st floor relaxed seating area not being available. The day we arrived we enjoyed coffee and biscuits in this chilled out setting. Unfortunately, it appeared to be a one off. A great hotel, friendly staff and a fantastic location in Stockholm city centre.

Great place for a pleasant stay The room was big enough, there was everything i needed. The design is well thought out and attractive. I particularly liked the rain shower. Daily cleaning also contributed a pleasant stay. It was also mostly quiet, which helped me to calm down and have a relaxing time. Check in and check out were very uncomplicated and fast, the staff speaks english and understanding was very easy. The breakfast buffet was great, espacially that they had some vegan options. The location is very good, right in the city center. I will gladly come again! Unfortunately, the room doors are very heavy and fall loudly into the lock. If guests around often close the doors or possibly let their kids play with it, it gets uncomfortably loud and annoying. But that was the only bad thing i noticed.

A very nice hotel, professional with high service level.. Perfect when visiting Stockholm as it's located next to Central Station. It's also great for business meetings as they have several conference rooms and great food :)

The location of the hotel was perfect, opposite the Stockholm Centralstation, and just around the corner from the main shopping and entertainment district. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with a nice reception area. The staff were helpful and friendly, and were happy to answer any questions we had. We arrived a good few hours before we could check in, but we were able to store our luggage in the luggage cupboard while we went to explore the city. Our room (511) was comfortable and had enough space for the 2 nights we were staying. We were situated on the side of the hotel which was quiet and had some good natural light (as we were at the top of the building). The breakfast was in the restaurant, La Gare, which was attached to the hotel. This had a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast options, teas, coffee, hit chocolate and fruit juices. The main issues were in the room. The shower head looked like it needed a good clean, with lots of limescale over it. When we had a shower, the drain didn't look to clear all that well, flooding the bathroom as a result. We couldn't use the shower mat as this would have been useless. The existing drains need a good clean out or more drainage is needed. The lighting in the room was tricky. When we switched off the lights from the switch next to the bed, the bathroom lights wouldn't work. You have to work out the combination of switches by the room door to make the bathroom lights work during the night. Lighting in the room in general was a bit lacking. There is a light above the bed and around the TV but that is all. Making a cup of tea/coffee was tricky in the dim light (with all room lights switched on), especially pouring hot water into a dark mug. A bit more light in the room would be useful.

One night with my family and it was very comfortable. Location is close to both Central Station and Drottningsgatan. Arlanda express is right across the road. Room was spacious and the breakfast was filling. There is a baggage room available as well.

Very surprised that the hotel is just 2 mins walking distance from Airport Arlanda Express, 1 min from metro station and with a good breakfast. Price is reasonable when compared to all other hotels nearby

The Central Profile Hotel is located at the heart of Stockholm city next to the Central station. It's location is convenient and facilitates access to various places and activities in Stockholm. They also have a never ending supply of crispy apples 🍏 🍎. The artwork in the room is quite interesting, reflecting Swedish history , sites and culture. Something that needs improvement are the beds, the beds are quite small.

I can highly recommend this place if you want to explore the city as it’s directly located in the city center and the train station and subway is close to the hotel. The rooms are modern equipped and clean also the staff is very friendly and kind. The only negative point is that from most of the rooms you are looking directly into an office building which is just a few meters away which means you need to have the curtains closed all the time

Comfortable rooms, though the beds are too soft for my taste, the staff did get a bed board to help. Very clean with excellent housekeeping. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient location. Excellent breakfast. Good value for the price.

Spent one night here. Truth be told, I didn't have very high expectations. But the overall experience was great in the end. If you're not looking for a luxury place to stay, this should meet all your needs. You will appreciate hotel's location if you're taking Arlanda Express to the airport.

The hotel is fine but definitely need a renovation. Breakfast is good, internet connection is not. For this price you can find something better.

Great location. Great breakfast. Room ok. Bed too soft. After 1w on the road I arrived on Friday arvo ~2pm I asked reception specifically if they can do my laundry in 24h bcz I was travelling on business again on Sunday. I was reassured by reception they could. Saturday ~4.45pm I am notified they can’t do any washing (24h to find out?)… all laundries nearby were closed (too late). Lady at reception was kind, but in the end hotel created for me more problems, did not offer any solution or compensation … I had to go and buy clothes. Sorry, won’t come back again.

Das Hotel hat mich enttäuscht. Zum einen war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hat zum Beispiel die ganze Zeit die Musik aus der Empfangslobby gehört. Auf Nachfrage, ob man da etwas machen könnte, kam nicht viel, daher musste ich jede Nacht mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Das Personal war auch eher desinteressiert und man hat gefühlt nur das Nötigste getan, damit der Gast zumindest das Hotel benutzen kann. Positiv ist, dass das Hotel immerhin mitten in der Stadt liegt, sodass alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Auch das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Insgesamt bezahlt man hier für die gute Lage, der Rest ist eher unzufrieden stellend.

Oh, staying at this pricey hotel is truly a sensory experience! Nothing says five-star like a symphony of bathroom activities from your neighbors, passionate encounters that make the walls quiver, and of course, the nostalgic serenade of bad 90s music from the adjacent bar. It's like a vacation for your ears! Who wouldn't want to pay top dollar for such an immersive auditory adventure?

Good location, 5min walking distance to central station. Brilliant scandic style breakfast. Take your time enjoy the food and fika in the morning, which is super.

The hotel is in a well located if you need to go the Cityterminalen, for further travelling (which is what I needed). The room was comfortable in comparison with the price. The bed was great and I slept well. The only thing I have to comment about is that the bathroom is quite small, so when you take a shower the floor gets all wet. But this was not a big issue. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic position, walking distance from Centralen, with metro ,restaurants, bars just a few meters from the entrance, convenient also the price. The room and the bathroom were really cleaned and the original shower gave the Wow effect !

Its rather disappointing not to get what is advertized and what you paid for... we paid and booked a room with window and what we got was a prison cage! Their excuse was "we are sorry but we are fully booked and you got our only room with small window". We suggested to change room the next day since we checked out at midnight and had no other option and the reception was so indifferent... they finally made a discount of 40€ in a total of 364€ for 2 nights and they said "40€ discount and thats all"!!! Never faced sth like this before...

Central Hotel is perfect for long stays. It is located near the city center and it's well connected with the Arlanda airport via Arlanda express train. The hotel it's really comfortable and cozy. It just make me feel like home. I definitely would recommend it.

My both requests (early check-in and having breakfast the day I arrived instead of the day of my departure, since I checked out very early) were fulfilled. The people working at the front desk were very helpful, always smiling friendly and welcoming me each time I returned at the hotel. Most of all, the man working during the 4 out of my 5 nights stay (at night shift) was the kindest and willing to help. Also, the people working at the restaurant during breakfast were trying to make every guest feel welcome and showed their caring by replacing almost immediately any running out item. The breakfast was plethoric and of good quality, while all needed measures of protection against covid-19 were taken. The internet was fast, though I had to reconnect each time I arrived at the hotel. All in all I had a very decent (not easy to forget) stay at a very convenient location (5 mins walk from Stockholm C station) while I felt very welcome.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it's just 2 minutes away from the Arlanda express train. The rooms were cleaned every day but there was a problem with the heating system. The staff was really helpful and kind and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Totally suggest it!

Always a delight staying here - small and thoughtful, with an really good breakfast. The hotel restaurant, Relais de la Gare, was cozy and served an excellent goat's cheese salad. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped me when I had a splitting headache.

Good hotel at reasonable prices close to the railway Station. Typicall swedish room small size. I had a room to the backside that Was very silent. Rich breakfast Buffet to start the next day. Good WiFi quality available. Good place for late airport arrival.

Rooms are small, but that's all you really need! It's clean, modern and close to Gamla Stan... What more can you ask? Oh yes there's a breakfast included

The location by or almost at the central railway station and the Arlanda Express is the best asset. Clean and modern. La Gare restaurant and bar can be recommended. There are small dumbbells at the room. Pleasant surprise. And the watertap in the bathroom was something I have not seen before. See the pictures. The shower was poor. Well, not the shower. But the water did not drain away, so the water rose in the shower closet, and when opening the door it flooded the whole bathroom. I could have told the problem to the staff, but the lady in the reception did not ask, surprisingly, how did we like our stay.
