Definitely not a 5-star experience at this hotel. The room that my wife and I stayed in faced the interior of the hotel, which normally wouldn't be an issue except for the loud, booming club music that played all day until 2200 (2300 on weekends). The music was so loud that it made it impossible to feel relaxed or calm in the room. The room was also tiny. The smallest category of room is roughly the size of two walk-in closets put together, making it rough to stay in one with two people. The only reason why my review is two stars instead of one is because Andrea, who was working the front desk when we told them about the music, went above and beyond to search for the quietest room available and move us to it. Granted, this resulted in us having to pack up all of our luggage and move 3 floors down into a distant part of the hotel, but it was appreciated. Finally, the rooms themselves have other issues besides the music- the phones right by the bedside have quite possibly the brightest LED screens I've ever seen and there's no way to turn them off when you go to bed. I covered ours with a shirt at night. Overall, our experience was not one expected of a 5-star hotel and we would not stay here again. Honestly, we regret spending as many Marriott points as we did to stay here. Save your points or your money and stay elsewhere.

Amazing place! Great staff and location too. Their lifts need some TLC. I loved the breakfast and their lounge area. ❤️❤️

+ Nice breakfast, especially plus for opportunity to order other kinds of coffee than only brewed ones. + Byredo products available in bathroom + Sewing kit, toothbrush etc available + Very friendly staff at the breakfast + Location + Room service. The ordered stuff was served beautifully. + The bathroom had heated floor. - Not that comfortable bed - Communication with hotel via mejl not smooth enough. It could go several days before answer and not clear communication. - The hotel took 2000 sek as pre-charge (in addition to the hotel fee) that would be returned several days later. This came as a bit of chock as it was not pre announced. Also, other hotels only take credit card details instead of pre-charging. We had our window to inner part of the building. We could hear the music from this part until it was turned off at 11 pm. Okay for us that slept after that time. The hotel was nice, but the room did not feel as exclusive. I had better experience at nobis other hotel, miss clara, 4-starred one, better than this. The room that was 20 m² didn't feel as big as the bathroom occupied much of the area.

First of all, for Marriott members, you have to know that this hotel isn’t under Marriott but a partnership, so they don’t share the same benefit (no free breakfast, no welcome gift choices, no free perks in the lounge). For me, it’s not transparent at all cuz Marriott app doesn’t show any relevant information there; otherwise, I might make different choices on the hotel. Good points - Location is very convenient - service is alright

Excellent hotel in a fabulous location. 4 stars is due to lack of attention to Bonvoy Titanium members.. expected same level as Copenhagen and Helsinki.. Rooms are well designed and bigger than typical European hotels. Nice bar, great service. Excellent restaurant on the patio, highly recommend dining here. Older hotel with a modern vibe. I’d return

My expectations were not met overall. - Room too noisy at night - too noisy at breakfast - service at breakfast could also be improved -room cleaning insufficient: cotton pads not refilled, iron not put away, etc. - few benefits for platinum status - restaurant voucher can only be used for food (which is not written on the Voucher and was not communicated beforehand). + nice interior design + Good Pillows + nice bathroom + quality of breakfast good

Exceeds expectations, the check in experience was amazing, the breakfast was extremely good! The hotel is modern and well kept, they make you feel spoiled and comfy. The bed was of the most comfortable I have slept it and I have been to quite a few hotels. It's was a little hard to keep the room temp right (felt a little hot) but there was two people and a baby in a regular room.

First the good: clean rooms and areas, very comfortable and high quality amenities, delicious breakfast. Then the bad: it’s a bit shocking to be asked for a deposit almost the price of the room at a hotel of this caliber. While the receptionist said it’s mandatory for all guests, somehow we were able to get out of it, and the whole situation cast a bit of doubt for us as we’ve never experienced this in any hotel prior. Then there are the windows in the rooms. Why don’t they open? It became incredibly stuffy in the room, and I was glad we weren’t staying longer than one night.

This hotel was truly a pleasure to stay at. A few highlights: - The staff was very friendly & incredibly accommodating. - Our complimentary breakfast was above & beyond, with many homemade, gluten free and organic options available - The rooms were clean - Hotel is in a great, central location - Upon check out, we even had an early morning flight and needed to leave the hotel prior to the complimentary breakfast availability- the hotel went so far as to pack us a gluten free breakfast to take with us on the go. A true lifesaver with early travel! Next time we are in Stockholm, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and utterly amazing. The staff are super kind and welcoming. If you are visiting Stockholm, this is the place to stay (cleanness, location, and space)

5 stars isn't enough. We already had a lovely and accommodating time at the Nobis (checked in early, given hot water pots to make tea). But when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an unexpected second night the staff was amazing at sorting us out for multiple rooms despite Stockholm being pretty booked. The rooms themselves were comfortable and lovely. The lounge was a quiet respite. The bar looked fabulous. I doubt we will stay anywhere else in stockholm. And we took Ubers or the T a lot to reduce walking but much of the city was walkable from the hotel. Seriously could not have had a better experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chic hotel. Classy and modern. Tiny rooms. Fine if you are by yourself. There is very little service here. No doorman, no valet, small gym, etc. So you are just paying for a small room in a fashionable area. I think there are better options at this price point that would give you better value. I will be in Stockholm often and will look for alternatives that are more comfortable for my taste.

Superb location, excellent friendly, helpful service. Room was great, clean and good size. Huge ensuit with good shower. Only additional comment would be to have tea as an option in the room. No milk, coffee is expresso, very strong and not to everyone's liking.

A beautiful hotel with stunning design. Easy walking distance to the harbour, old town & the main shopping area. However on the flip side there is a bar opposite which was really noisy on Friday & Saturday nights until 3am! The deluxe room had a nespresso maker - would have preferred a kettle, but I guess that's personal choice. A good selection at breakfast. The staff were super friendly & helpful - organising various taxis. Nothing was too much trouble.

We LOVED our stay at this chic hotel! It is very well appointed and the staff were beyond compare. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, especially Alfons! It is a prime location and we enjoyed the sauna after long days of exploring the beautiful city. Cannot wait to come back!

This is a great location. The rooms don’t have much ( if any) of a view but they are well decorated and the bathrooms are really lovely. The breakfast is wonderful. It really would have been perfect but there is one big pain point for me- no hot water/coffee maker in the room. If you want tea you have to pay $9 for room service to bring you hot water. There’s a mini bar so there’s room for an electric kettle. I found this kind of a really big miss in the land of fika.

Great location for exploring Stockholm. We left our bag on the Arlanda Express, and the hotel assisted with finding it and shipping it back to us. Friendly front desk provided a massage recommendation. The drinks and food at the restaurant were solid - excellent negronis. Breakfast was good. The 2 saunas were nice after a day of walking, gym is small but adequate.

Would be great if this hotel invested in better windows. There is a night club really close, making it impossible to sleep at night. Loud cars cruise the area showing off on weekends. I’d rather spend my money at a quiet hotel.

Great central location, beautiful castle-like classic building, professional service (although they did forget my coffee order at breakfast). The single room I staid at was a bit on the smaller side. Not really a problem, but it felt a bit cramped with very limited closet space. All in all I enjoyed the stay in this upscale hotel. It would probably not be the place for someone needing more open space and modern surroundings.

Fantastic location. Clean. Very nice ambiance. Deluxe king room very small sqft, with thin mattress, separate twin-sized comforter, no top sheet, coarse (150ply?) under sheet. Lobby lounge played music that came through walls/windows late at night. Loved the gold bar. Bad drink service in lobby lounge. Front desk helpful. Odd hotel layout with some rooms far away from elevator but not a big deal.

Our favorite place to chill is the golden bar. Its all filled with mirrors and even the menu is painted gold 🌞I only wish that the people in Sweden learn to smile more often .. to the mirrors at least 😊

Really loved this hotel! The rooms were bigger than anticipated (for European hotels). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is 10/10. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. It is such a safe and friendly area. The hotel is very cute as well. Would stay here again.

Hotels are my second home, reviews I never do so this is a first. I had the best experience and everything was top! Big rooms, nice beds friendly staff.. a special shoutout to Gustaf and his team in reception, he and his team gets 6 stars!

Beware; while they advertise they are a 5 star hotel, it really is a 3 star at best. There was a constant strong sewer smell in the bathroom that led into the whole room. The shower had almost no water pressure. The bed sits right next to the bathroom door. Be sure to bring ear plugs. The constant boom of the nightclub will keep you awake until well after 4am. Any noise above you or in the hallway comes through the paper thin walls. The WiFi is very weak and didn’t always work. The gym is very small and not much space or equipment. The only 5 star aspect about the hotel is the breakfast. But even then, nothing in this experience has been worth the price point.

Very well located. Good staff. Rooms are hit and miss, some are big and some are too small. The hotel is part of Marriott Bonvoy so you will earn points, but they do not respect Marriott Bonvoy status so don't expect all the perks you get from other Marriott Hotels. That being said, this is my go-to spot for a stay in Stockholm.

Apart from its great, central location, Nobis is kept in a sleek scandinavian design from the lobby to the rooms. The building, with its beautiful patio section is old yet kept in a modern appearance. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. A definite plus is the fantastic breakfast buffet, which must be among the best I've seen in Europe, offering a variety of raw cold pressed juice as well as super tasty pancakes, among other options. The hotel is definitely perfect for a city or business trip. Only drawbacks I could mention is that the rooms are very small and some of them are quite noisy due to outside noise, however, staff will try their best to relocate you if necessary.

Upsides: Nice breakfast buffet, good location Downsides: Definitely not up to a 5-star standard. No room service one of the days, coffee machine was missing in our room, used the same cups and glasses for the whole stay of 4 days as those weren’t exchanged, pricelist for minibar missing, music blasting in the courtyard from afternoon to 22:00/22:30 so no relaxation, no towels in the sauna…

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The interiors [in the common areas and rooms] were well designed. The location was fantastic -- central to all that we did. And the staff was professional and accommodating. The added bonus to us was that I discovered after I determined I wanted to stay there that the property was part of the Marriot family.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, but a little understaffed and at times cannot keep up, nevertheless always friendly. Rooms a little on the small side but beds are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend it

Charming hotel well situated at the centre of town with many sites, shops, restaurants and bars at walking distance. My room was pretty small but with high ceiling so felt larger, but the windows were to the lobby ( see photo). Breakfast is average to this type of standard. Staff are friendly and speak perfect English.

Great breakfast food and service, if included. Clean and tidy. Very good location. Staff is friendly, but not responsive to complaints as we had issues with WiFi and room fridge and they never addressed them or came back with feedback.

Was hoping for perfection, but was slightly let down. Our room was lovely, but the sun came up at 4:30 AM and our drapes did not completely cover the windows. We really enjoyed the gym and sauna, but the steam room was broken. On several occasions we showered next to the sauna and found several towels on the floor and no soap or shampoo in the showers. Staff needs to do a better job checking those areas. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the cost, which included coffee and espresso drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located right by the tram and near the palace.

Incredibly gorgeous hotel with nice amenities (awesome restaurant and bar!) and friendly staff. Honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Only change I wish would be Air Conditioning (there is none). Everything else was immaculate.

Lovely atrium. We had a small room with two very small single beds very close together. The room was mostly fine when the sun was up, but the lighting was poor.

Centrally located, very clean and friendly staff however, the rooms are exceptionally small so we were constantly struggling with our bags as there wasn't anywhere to put them that was out of the way while allowing easy access to them. The bathroom sinks are so shallow and the faucet is so strong that water just splashed everywhere anytime you used them. The BEST part though was the extremely loud music from the bar across the street that went on nightly until 3:30A every morning. Then when the bar finally shuts down, you get to hear the loud drunks singing and screaming as they make their way through the square. Overall it's a nice hotel so if quiet and space aren't necessarily your thing, this is the place for you.

I had an amazing two night reservation at hotel nobis that’s situated in the heart of the city centre. From the receptionist’s to the cleaners, all of whom are absolutely one of the most welcoming, friendly and reliable staff I’ve come across. Interior is beautiful and rooms are spacious with everything you need; minibar, iron, earplugs, shoe polish etc. The high end toiletries leaves a nice touch to your bathroom experience as well. Breakfast was perfect. I wish to give this 5 stars but unfortunately I was kept up with the sound of club music below on the street somewhere on a Thursday night that left me irritated and tired for my trip the following morning at 5am. I called reception and they were very sympathetic and offered me a new room that’s quieter. Overall fantastic place, I would highly recommend, I just hope management do something about the surrounding noises.

Central location, gym with cable machine and wet/dry saunas. The bar and restaurant downstairs are excellent as well. The room was small and very dark though, it was the intended style but not for me.

Lovely hotel right in the town centre close to all the fashionable boutiques and only a short walk from Gamla Stan. Our superior room was comfortable but not especially spacious. The lounge and restaurant areas are very comfy.

I’m so glad we did a bit of research and found the Nobis hotel. Incredible location that me at we could walk everywhere. The staff are brilliant, very helpful and have some great recommendations. I wish we’d known how busy it gets on a Friday night after work, we’d have booked a table in the lounge or stayed out. It was only for a few hours though and the rest of the time a great bar and lounge to chill out after a long day touristing! Would definitely stay here again.
