Its an awesome 4 star property at the centre of Stockholm. Rooms are not so big, staff is polite & service oriented, special mention front desk team👏👏 restaurant facilities are awesome and there is food for every need and choice. They have Nice bar too in front of reception.

I booked a 10-night stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront. The location is amazing, however, the service is simply horrible. The cleaning staff always remove something from your room without any notification! Luckily, I put my wallet in the safe, otherwise, I can’t imagine what could have happened! When I checked in, I received 2 room cards. I always kept one card in the room and on day 3, they removed the card from the room without any notification. Even more, they randomly removed a hand towel, bath towel, or a spoon. Yesterday, they left a dirty rag in the room! Today was even worse. I was locked out of my room because they thought “I’d already checked out”. This is absolutely unacceptable! The service is shockingly poor, especially considering the high price. It’s not worth it. I will never stay here again, and I certainly won’t recommend anyone else to stay with Radisson!

I had an outstanding time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient and despite being just by the central station, we felt safe to walk around at night. The hotel is modern and well kept and staff is friendly. Breakfast was really outstanding: a lot of choice, very good quality - great cost/benefit. We only had 1 drink at the hotel bar, but it could have been better. When comparing to other bars in town, prices were the same but the hotel cocktail was very small and not very good.

Pretty happy with the accommodation. The hotel is right next to the central train station, giving easy access to any direction in Stockholm, walking distance to sightseeing streets. Hotel is clean, classic furniture in the room but fully equipped with everything needed. Breakfast is impeccable with big area to fit enough people, the hotel is pretty big overall.

Fantastic stay for 2-nights during a city break trip to Stockholm. The rooms are one of the best well-lit hotel rooms I've stayed in, very nice in the evening. Huge windows allow natural light in during the day. There's an option to open a skinny side window for some fresh air. The mattress was extremely comfortable, soft but very supportive, the sheets were super comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. Room overall was pleasant to come back to after a day of exploring. We had included breakfast in our stay which was very worth it, the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and seating area was large with a nice glass room at the end with a view of City Hall. Check-in was fast and friendly. Self-check out was great, super easy to just drop your card keys in a box and leave. Location was great, central station is a bit of a puzzle when first arriving but there are shortcuts through the station to get quicker access to the hotel entrance

Very nice hotel which is located right next to Stockholm's Citystation and Cityterminalen which makes connecting to anywhere in Stockholm/Sweden really easy because trains, commuter trains, subway trains, buses and taxis are right there for you. Conference center is in the same building which also makes attending to concerts and other events really easy. Highly recommended.

Totally satisfied with our choice of hotel - perfect location, sparkling clean room, quite, and had everything we needed. We got early check-in since there was an available room. This was extremely appreciated. Value for money 10/10

A disappointing experience. Had reserved a few rooms for our family and guests- only to find out that the hotel charges 55 EUR per day for parking! Very small rooms, housekeeping was poor- the cleaner kept arbitrarily removing items and not replacing them. Room was frequently not hoovered, glasses not replaced. The best thing was the breakfast with great variety and quality of food, and friendly staff in the kitchen and reception. Overall however this is very poor value for money. We frequently fly to Stockholm and won't chose this hotel in future. The feedback we gave to the manager via email- didn't find any response also.

Great hotel with ideal location to discover Stockholm. Directly at the central station you can reach all interesting places by metro. But also on foot you can discover a lot. The rooms are very large and the beds very comfortable. The view of the city from the room was fantastic. The reception was super nice and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Central station is just 2 minutes away. Excellent public transport connection. Rooms are spacious and I believe were recently renovated. The restaurant serves delicious food. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great location near the central station. Came for business, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. A lot of consideration for the gluten and lactose free folks as well.

We got a good offert from booking, breakfast included. The hotel is in a very good situation, and very well connected, airport train included. It's a big hotel, seems focused for business travellers.. Breakfast time is very crowded, but service is good.. Except if you have a particular slight issue, like we did. When we did the reservation, we ask for a double bed. When we arrive there, there were two beds in the room. We ask for to arrange it, and the kindly accept, but nobody did it.. They don't managed it so well..

Poor hospitality in a good location. The night front desk staff all seemed miserable. Poorly managed hotel in a good location. Check in staff lied and told us we had been given an upgrade. Then when I clarified we had actually been put us in the same room we booked. Manager on at the time was rude and clearly inexperienced with dealing with people. The breakfast was good. Radisson rewards continues to be poorly managed by many of its hotels. They trail their competitors by a long way.

After doing a lot of research, we chose the Radisson Blu Waterfront for our stay in Stockholm. The hotel was centrally located by the metro and a couple of blocks from retail stores and restaurants. Our room as well as the common areas of the hotel were very modern and might I add very clean. In the lobby, they have fresh cucumber and lemon water along with a few options of Swedish candies. My only concern was that the air conditioning in the room didn’t get as cold, but they explained that the weather in Stockholm only experiences mild hot months throughout the year. To make us comfortable, they provided us with a fan for our room. At the front desk, we met one of the sweetest hotel clerks of all times. She greeted us very gentle by making us feel very welcome and also shared a great conversation. If I’m not mistaken her name was Hesfah. Our overall stay at this location was very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again while visiting Stockholm.

It's all about the fantastic views. The reason to book this hotel is mainly the amazing view. - Book a Premium Room with Panoramic View and a 1 King bed. As high up as possible, (16th floor). - Breakfast- Everything you could want. In addition, generous times during the weekend, you can have breakfast until 12 o'clock. - Central location. From Central Station you go indoors towards the Klaraberg Viaduct and more or less directly into the entrance to the hotel. - The rooms are completely quiet, no disturbing noises, the bed was perfect as well as the cleaning. - Feeling The hotel is functional rather than romantic and cozy.

One of mine - if not THE favorite hotels for me in Stockholm. Central, close to transport and nice quality breakfast. Gym is a little small with several users sometimes - but really nice layout and equipment. Rooms are very fresh and comfortable space. However, the toilet sink is (for me) feels a little crammed. Service has been good at all times. *thumbs up*

It’s absolutely perfect for a short stay in Stockholm. So close to the railway station with buetiful view for the bay. Tasty breakfast with fresh juices. Modern interior design. One minus - no amenities for kids, no pool and place to play.

The hotel is business style and above average class. The owners have put a lot of effort into the design of the rooms. There are 3 fast elevators. The disadvantage is the relatively distant Central Station.

Two of us stayed here at room 1419 for 4 days. Great view. Room is small and not much space for luggage. The hotel is right next to central station; also major attractions are within walking distances.

Very nice modern hotel Was staying here on a business trip Rooms are modern and spacious, and the shower was awesome Great facilities, and located close to the train station. It's also within walking distance of the old town. Food is good quality and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Loved the location few steps from train station. Easy walk to gamla and other hot location in the city. Front desk were super helpful. Breakfast could use extra varieties But convenient breakfast hours during weekend in summer ending 12

Fantastic location right next to central station. Hotel felt very modern, clean and well looked after. We were upgraded to a premium room due to my status and we're pretty impressed by the room and the great view of the water and Gamla Stan. Lobby bar had good menu and service was great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Front non-revolving door didn't open from outside making access with big/bulky bags very awkward and inconcenient. Slow, inefficient check-in process despite having already paid in full and checked-in online prior to arriving. Room card issuing machine did not work at all. Staff seemed a bit uncaring at check-in and were on the phone at times rather than attending to guests. I was only issued one keycard, so could not charge any devices whilst out of the room. Gym and room were nice. As were the water/ice machines on each floor. Lots of USB slots located around room. Middle power socket next to desk was blocked and did not work for some reason. Pillows overly squishy and unsupportive. Nice view from the Panoramic Room but not excellent value for money all considered.

Boasts a waterfront view and is adjacent to Central Station which is a hub for the railway and subway systems. In-house restaurant and bar. Gym is open 24/7. Wifi is superb. Very attentive and welcoming front desk and staff. Early check-in where possible. An umbrella was provided on request. Fruit basket in the lobby. Flat iron with ironing board and electric kettle in the room. The power outlets have USB-C ports. A very enjoyable stay overall.

We stayed in a suite on 15th floor for 3 nights. Despite being advertised as "Sleeps 3", we didn't find an additional bed in the room (besides standard king bed). On the hotel reception we were told that a rollaway can be provided at about 60 dollars / night. This is the reason why I downgraded the rating to 4 stars - either a room sleeps 3 or it doesn't - if I book for 3 people, i expect to have sleeping space for 3 in proper bedding. Other that that the room was mostly fine - terrific views, mostly well maintained, stocked team/coffee/minibar, quite good toiltetry. One more issue was the shower door - it was making extremely load noises when you are closing / opening it. It BADLY needed some oil. We didn't use hotel breakfasts and instead ate in Gamla Stan before visiting various sights. The hotel location is terrific for tourists - you are across a narrow driveway from the central station exit and very close to the current Arlanda express platform (#10 - this will change after they finish construction at normal Arlanda platform). T-centralen and commuter trains are also very close, so you can get pretty much anywhere around Stockholm without much walking. Finally I want to note that most of room in the hotel are one half of this suite size, with similarly smaller bathrooms. "Standard" rooms are overlooking a similar high rise standing maybe 15 meters away from the hotel. "Superior" and "premium" rooms have proper view (but it might still be vastly different depending on what side of hotel you end up in). Only suites have guaranteed South-western corner view at Radhuset / Gamla stan.

I have been to this hotel many times. This hotel is sooo close to everything. - You are next to the train station - In the train station you have Coop. Awesome to have the food market Coop next to you. - You are 5min away from the city center - You have the Arlanda Express at the train station, so that's great to be so close to that. - You have plenty of restaurants everywhere close to you. - You can walk to many places and don't need a bus/taxi. - They have an excellent breakfast buffet. In their breakfast buffet, they have tons of options to choose from. - The hotel reception staff are very customer service oriented and always try to help you out with whatever you wish. - The views from the higher rooms are extraordinary. If you are a photographer, then it's a joy for you to stay here. - All the rooms have a mini fridge, which is great. - The rooms are all modern and comfy. - The rooms are soundproof. ..... Honestly, i recommend this hotel 100%

Fantastic hotel - great value for money. Spotlessly clean, great room with lovely view, the breakfast is WOW - so worth it and all the staff is super polite and efficient. We would love to come back one day! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location next to the train station , very convenient for those who travel. Train station also offers express routes to Arlanda airport. All main points of interest in Stockholm are within 20 minutes. Rooms are nice -could have been bigger though- well equipped and with great views. Breakfast buffet is 5* and should not be missed. Could stay again pleasantly there .

Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended stay right at central station - all the convenience yet none of the noise. Rooms are modern, bright, comfortable and well laid out. Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Beds, bathroom, location all 💯. We had a high floor room so the view of the old city was astounding.

We liked absolutely everything! Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful approach at the reception when we arrived. Restaurant staff is so helpful and professional, breakfast is stunning, rooms are modern and we had an amazing view on the old town and sea. Location is excellent. Highly recommended from travel agent and will come again!

Apart from great location and nice rooms, this hotel really stands out for its awesome staff - friendly, proffesional and they always get everything right. Sometimes I almost wish I'd had some problem with my stay, as every interaction with the front desk puts a smile on my face :) The hotel also deserves recognition for doing a lot to ensure its business is eco-friendly. Many hotels talk about it, but in this one it actually feels honest. Big thumbs up!

I recently changed jobs and started travelling to Stockholm 1-2 times a month. I was looking for a hotel where I could feel most comfortable. I decided to stick with Radisson Waterfront. It is nicely located, and if you want a stunning waterfront view - book yourself to one of those Business class rooms on 15th floor. Breakfast is very good, room service menu is reasonable and there is a gym, albeit quite small (no spa though). But the greatest thing about the hotel is the customer care - many thanks to Vaidius at the reception for recommending and booking a quiet room in a corner for me - so that I could get a good night sleep.

  • 5/5 Nikki M. 1 year ago on Google
Breakfast is complete and beds are very soft (linens too). The view from the "panoramic" rooms are beautiful! I loved working on the desk while looking outside. Room service dinner was good as well. I spent almost a week at this hotel and overall, it was good - especially the location. (The building is a bit old, but not an issue and well maintained)

  • 5/5 Jack K. 1 year ago on Google
Really beautiful new feeling hotel. We had great views from our room and the location was ideal for us (as we came straight from the station) Worth saying that while the area is nice enough and felt entirely safe, it was about a 10 minute walk to most of the main things you’d want to visit during your stay Even still, the convenience for the station meant we didn’t have far to carry our bags so I don’t mind the extra few steps to the sights each day

  • 4/5 Thang D. 1 year ago on Google
I had a good stay in Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel. In addition, the superior room has a good view. The gym also has basic equipment and the breakfast is superb. For some reasons, the reception gave me the wrong room at first and a day later they gave me the refund. I hope they would pay attention to booking detail. I still gave 4 stars for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very well located next to the central station and in the commercial heart of the city. Good views from the room. Spacious, food and very clean. Very friendly staff. Bar a bit congested in the evening (but we coincided with a convention). The restaurant very correct, with a very comfortable menu and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Considering the great reviews I was expecting big things but to be honest the hotel was a bit of a let down. First of all the pros: great location, excellent breakfast, proximity to central station, great views (panoramic room), quiet room & lovely staff. But it unfortunately ends there. The reality is it’s definitely a more ‘business person’ hotel. Lots of conferences and such are held there. The end result is an extremely busy hotel & people everywhere all the time (think large groups in matching lanyards and ill fitting suits) Breakfast is a madhouse, it’s lovely yes, but it’s noisy and cramped with all the bodies and resembles a farm at feeding time, not relaxing or enjoyable at all! It’s quiet in your room thankfully, but the common areas of the hotel are always busy. A huge let down was the room. There were no black out curtains!! this is a must in Nordic countries. I don’t know how something so important has been overlooked?! The end result was a horrible nights sleep. There was curtains but they weren’t black out & offered limited darkening so you were still sleeping under a strobe light. I suggest taking an eye mask. Finally the bathrooms are tiny with the shower screen too small & you end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Maybe ask for some extra towels.

The location of this hotel is the gem in the crown, it's perfectly located for walking in any direction and the views from the higher floors are amazing (ask for a waterside view!) Very modern and fresh design with everything you could need. The staff are also great and always say Yes!

  • 2/5 Paul W. 1 year ago on Google
Great location if you like trains. Rooms very hot, beds uncomfortable. Full of people going on cruises a d conferences. Breakfast very crowded, must feel like being on a cruise, so if cruises your thing.... Don't be fooled by the hotel name "waterfront" Station would be more apt

  • 5/5 Vero N. 1 year ago on Google
Really nice location, right in front of the Central Station! You can easily catch the Arlanda airport train, which runs very frequently. Close proximity to food halls, restaurants, and convenience stores. Clean, new, and the lobby had a fresh serving of glogg, lemon water, and clementines every day. No need to purchase the breakfast option with the room, as there is a bunch of bakeries and breakfast places around.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel. Subway station nearby which makes the city easy to navigate from the hotel. Also just a 5 minute walk from the train station where you arrive if you take the airport express.

Amazing hotel just a few steps from Stockholm Central Station. Clean, safe and with an amazing crew that make you feel like home. Great view of the city hall and the sea in from a very cozy and tidy room. Worth mentioning its room service thanks to Magaly, she took care of us very nicely. It was our first stay on a Radisson hotel and we will definitely repeat.

  • 5/5 M P. 1 year ago on Google
Since my last stay here, the rooms have had a bit of a refurb. Nice improvement, including Chromecast on the TVs and USB-C ports on the plug sockets. Worth upgrading to a water view room. I'll be staying again when back in town.

I arrived after 15 hours of travel to recieve a room with no hot water in the shower. After a cold shower, the only solution was to get a new room to which I moved at 10pm. The new room had an issue in its window which let the cold blow in. I was offered an extra blanket. On the day after I went to the gym and the running machine malefunctioned and stopped mid-training. All in all a very negative visit. The only light was breakfast.
