Stayed for 10 days, sharing experience based on that.
Great experience staying at the hotel.
Super amazing location, right at the center of T Central.
Metro's, Coffee, Food, Shops etc .. everything is nearby.
The room was nice and it was kept pretty clean, good work by house keeping staff.
Vast menu in the breakfast section, lot of different things to eat.
The breakfast team took care of things properly, keeping sections and tables pretty cleaned.
Front desk was pretty helpful with great smile.
Great work guys, keep continuing doing it.
Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Fantastic hotel! Anna from reception was extremely friendly. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed. We had great city views as well. Breakfast buffet had a lot of healthy and delicious options. All staff was very friendly.

The hotel has a great location near the central station. It is also from a walkable distance to Gamla Stan (we were with a 6mo baby and walked there easily with a stroller). The staff is helpful, the breakfast is great, and we booked a bedroom with a view from the city that was worth it. Also, the bedroom had a lot of amenities and the cleanliness was good. I would definetily recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel
I was well received by the customer service fellow ( David ) at the front desk
My check in was very quick and fast. I was also given the opportunity to check-in earlier with an upgrade to a beautiful city view room.
I also used the pool area with the Sauna and jacuzzi which were not that great. The sauna and jacuzzi were so tiny and not hot enough and the pool was also too small for that size hotel.
The breakfast was quite good with many options however, it was crowded with many people lining up for food and not many available table and chairs.
Location was also good in terms of accessibility to the shops and the central station however, it was really inconvenient for anyone driving car and or having someone to pick them up from the hotel
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will be happily booking this hotel again in the future.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are splendid and comfortable, a pity that there are no terraces. For breakfast there are a lot of delicious foods, for lunch and dinner you eat unobtrusively. I love that there is also a great gym, too bad the pool is tiny, there is no sauna and to be honest I expected for a 4 star hotel to have a bigger pool and at least one massage area. The location is not bad, nearby there is the subway, the train station and even some fast food, a little problem is that the area in front of the entrance is gloomy, dark and dirty and, on the benches, there are always some drunks/drugs people. The staff is very kind and polite, only that many times, after returning from a walk, we found our room unmade. However I would recommend it to anyone

Very big hotel right in front of the central station of Stockholm. We were here in peak season (early August) and all rooms were booked. It was very busy in the elevators and in the breakfast area. The hotel has a gym and a pool (with jacuzzi and sauna) but the pool is very small and it was very busy and noisy when we were there. Yet the hotel charged an extra amount of SEK 200 (EUR 17) for pool entrance. On a positive note: the rooms were really tidy and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice and great food.

First impression coming in to the hotel room it felt like a scam. We had payed extra for a nicer view of Stockholm but all we got was a regular street view. The "regular" rooms you don't have to pay extra for are towards the center of the building and seem to not have any windows. The TV works for about an hour and the volume turns off by itself. The rain shower is nice until you realize that the entire bathroom floor is covered by water, use the handheld shower head instead. The staff is nice but they start cleaning the rooms too early. We had not yet gotten ready to head out for the day at around 9:30am but the staff was ready to clean our room. At least they knocked and asked if we wanted it cleaned. The door also shakes a bit from other doors closing so it feels as if someone is about to enter at any second. Make sure to lock the door.
Overall it's a regular hotel with a few flaws and it's the location and the main public areas in the hotel you're paying for. If you don't care about living next to the central station, you might as well live somewhere nicer outside of the inner city with access to the metro.

I stayed there two times, for a total of 3 nights.
For us the location of the hotel was perfect. 1 minute away from Stockholm train station.
Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfy and very quite at night.
Bathroom was good !
I was a bit surprise that access to the pool was not included, considering the already high price of the room. The first time we went to the pool, around 6pm, it was so busy we couldn’t swim. The second time we went around 2pm and it was calmer and we used the sauna and pool for more than 2 hours. BUT the women sauna was definitely no working properly, and I ended up having to use the man sauna, which is fine but not the best. Overall we had a good time and no regrets paying for the spa, but I wouldn’t recommend to pay for it if you can only go at the busy hours when it’s full of kids.
One of the things I loved the most about the hotel was as the possibility to connect my phone with the big TV, where you can watch Netflix or Disney or whatever you have access to on your phone.
Will come back!!!

Very nice and big hotel. The main entrance is good looking and the staff at the desk is very friendly. The rooms are neat and clean with a good shower. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are also really nice to start your day.

Couldn't have been better placed right by Central Station and the breakfast was excellent but very crowded indeed. Very comfortable bed but slightly cool room. Managed a quick walk down to the water to see some sights as we had an early start the next day to catch a ferry.

Great hotel to spent couple nights if you are a tourist in the Stockholm. By my analysis this hotel is one of the cheapest in the town in good quality hotel group. The service was super nice, I got a room at 12 o’clock even that the check-in at 15. Clean rooms, great breakfast:)

It’s a cozy hotel with a nice staff. Modern inside and with a lot of interesting features. It has a big gym and a pretty smooth swimming pool. Unfortunately going swimming is expensive. At night, there is always someone opening the door for you. The room service is very good and the hotel is clean.

The location for this hotel is great! It's next to Central Station, so there are ample transit options available; restaurant options nearby are great (Fisk is amazing) and lend a variety of cuisine and price points; and within good walking distance of great shopping options.
The staff was friendly; however we did have a minor hiccup in that we checked in right before their system was down for maintenance and it made it difficult to get in touch with the front desk via the phones for 24 hours. Of course we needed bed linens and towels during this time, but the delay was explainable. Every other interaction was great.

Rooms were clean, location was central to everything,Staff were super helpful with info and directions. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only comment I have (and this is really nit picking) is that the consierge seems to be short staffed. I couldn't get someone on the phone from the room. I found it faster to go to the front desk. Other than that my family and I are very happy with the hotel.

My daughter and me stay three nights with breakfast included. Definitely not worth for the price without the spa, pool and gym service. You can stay at the best western and breakfast is better and it costs half. I mentioned of course that the price does not seem fair to me without the spa services. Absolutely no response or compensation from the administration. My daughter and I are quite disappointed. We do not think we will return or recommend this hotel. We could have stayed better in another hotel or pay for an Airbnb.

Recommending this hotel if you are looking for convenience as it’s located close to the central station. However my overall experience was not up to the expectations. Rooms are pretty small, if you face the main hall with the breakfast area you hear the music from 06.30AM, there was a disgusting smell at the entrance and on the floors, I didn’t receive any information about breakfast hours/Wi-Fi/gym during check in and the receptionist told me housekeeping was included while I found out later on by a colleague of mine this was not the case. Breakfast offered quite some food however I would have loved to find an omelette station like in many other hotels in Stockholm!

Pretty happy with the accommodation. The hotel is right next to the central train station, giving easy access to any direction in Stockholm, walking distance to sightseeing streets. Hotel is clean, classic furniture in the room but fully equipped with everything needed. Breakfast is impeccable with big area to fit enough people, the hotel is pretty big overall.

The rooms are similar to all hotels of this and 3* level, but clean and smart designed. The staff is amazing and very helpful, very welcoming. The place is right next to the station and with easy access to most of attractions. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - everything is very tasty and very well served. The waiter Olga, who helped us with breakfast knows what a great service, very friendly and nice. Recommend the hotel for traveling with kids.

Fantastic location in the middle of Stockholm and easy access to the metro, train and Arlanda Express. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is good and the male waiter who always wears a smile make my day! The room is small compared to those I am used to in SE Asia.

We absolutely love this hotel. They prepared a nice surprise for my husband’s birthday and the hotel staff are amazing and friendly. The hotel’s located right outside the Central Station, less than a minute walk and next to Baker McKenzie office. Great location, great amenities too. The infused water and cookies and snacks at the lounge are a nice touch! Will definitely stay here again.

Exceeds expectations, the check in experience was amazing, the breakfast was extremely good!
The hotel is modern and well kept, they make you feel spoiled and comfy.
The bed was of the most comfortable I have slept it and I have been to quite a few hotels.
It's was a little hard to keep the room temp right (felt a little hot) but there was two people and a baby in a regular room.
Location is perfect, super easy to get to from the airport shuttle train called arlanda express and perfect to walk around Stockholm.

The rooms were clean, the automated check-in machine was broken, and we had to wait for 20 minutes to retrieve our bags left at the concierge because no one was there at the counter, and the folks at the reception wanted us to wait while standing idle themselves. The location is unbeatable right next to the train station and the drinks at the bar are pretty good too!

Very clean pleasant staff. Smaller European rooms, so do not expect big “American sized rooms”. Nice Sky bar. They charge per person staying in the room and for breakfast so check that when you make reservations online. We did not know that. Breakfast buffet is amazing it’s on the 1st floor not ground floor. They have salmon & herring, crackers, cheeses, meats, oatmeal, yogurt, breads and cakes. They also have vegetarian and gluten and dairy free choices on the breakfast bar. Everything is very walkable from this hotel, aka old town, palace and museums.

Nice hotel in the middle of Stockholm, next to central station and a lot of restaurants next door. The lobby is nice, the room is well decorated. The breakfast have a lot of options. The only thing is not pleasant is it’s too hot in the room when it’s hot outside even though they have A/C. I reported the issue and the hotel give me a fan. Overall, I have pleasant experience.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel before a cruise. The hotel is outstanding -- especially the very attentive housekeeping! Our room was sparkling clean! We really enjoyed the view of Gamla Stan outside our window. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is perfect, right next to CentralStation. We'll be back!

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Don't be surprised if you can't figure out what to do if you're in a rental car with your luggage. There's no front entrance where you can pull up in a car. But there is a secret garage via an alley around back that you can get them to open for you if you call them.

Great hotel with good service. Always stay here during my business trips to Stockholm. The location of the hotel so close to the central train station is perfect for a frequent traveler. Rooms keep a high standard, always clean and fresh when you arrive. The pool area could need some renovations. Breakfast holds a good standard with a good variety of choices.

Hotel looks great at the first glance but there are many disadvantages of such a stay.
1. Huuuge queue for a breakfast despite the fact that everything is „scheduled”. There is only one person resposible for finding a tabel for new guests and 50 people in queue.
2. We have chosen the upper standard of room. Nevertheless bath was sinking and floor was wet when we had entered the room.
3. There is a bar on the last floor but you can not find a płace for yourself as well.
Basically everywhere is lack of space and service despite tha fact that it wasn’t during holidays or any other breaks.
First of all do not take breakfast if you do not want to spend hour in different queues. You can grab it in the city for the same price or less.

Love it! Very very helpful staff, always ready to assist you with whatever questions you might have.
The room was big, great WC and shower. The pool gets full really quick so be sure to book it ASAP. You can stream (cast) to the TV in the room from your favourite device.
The only minus was that the extra bed that was put in our room was really hard and the temperature in the room must have beeb somewhere around 26 degrees Celsius even though we did try to lower it by 3 degrees. This made it a bit ddificult to sleep, to put it mildly 🤣
However... All in all, a great experience!

Stayed here for one night, the room was very small and the only window I had was facing into the building. Some of the bottles that contains shower gel/shampoo was empty. The bed was very uncomfortable and gave me backpain for the next 3 days...
Definitely don't see how this is a 4 star hotel.
The only nice thing was the location which was right next to the train station.

Reviewing the bar, not the hotel.
This is probably one of the most annoying bars in downtown Stockholm, the staff is rude and unrespectful of customers. I walked in with a friend for a drink, the bar staff didn't even acknowledge at first, when they did finally they said the place will be closed in 1h which was fine with us. They prioritized a customer who comes after and when they finally served us our drinks I noticed they had the same attitude toward other customers, rude, not responsive, and just caring about some particular customers more than others. When I complained they had a weird attitude toward us, When they learned later that my friend was staying in the hotel they changed to a nice tone and asked us if we wanted more drinks.
This was the first time in 5 years I get a rude attitude from a place in downtown Stockholm. I will not go back here again.
One recommendation, act like a decent human being and be neutral (not extra nice and not rude) toward people who come to your place

My first business trip and stay at the Blu viking hotel in Stockholm and definitely not the last one. Good location. Quick check in at the reception by this really friendly lady named Lena. She took the time to tell me all about everything important (from current covid restrictions to offering support as I did not bring my swimsuit). In order to offer me a great first stay I even got a free upgrade of my room with breakfast! The room looked very nice, with a wonderful bed and the breakfast was rich of different options. The bar is a nice setting to do both some work as some drinks ;-). Would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Very accessible. The central station entrance is just beside the hotel. Numerous restaurants that are open late are within 2 mins walk
Perfect for commute or walking to main attractions in Stockholm.

Would not recommend, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Unfriendly staff at the reception upon checking in. Very young and unprofessional staff. We were not told to make reservations for the pool so it was booked/full for our stay. The room was very warm, windows could not open and aircon did not work. Very very noisy room, we could hear other guests all night long. Room was dirty upon arrival. Second day we had been gone from 09:00 until 18:00 and the room had not been cleaned, so we had to ask for new towels and couldn’t get a refill for the nespresso cups in the room for the next morning. For this price there are much better hotels in the area.

Great location, literally next to the central station. Good facilities such as the gym. Our room size was good with nice view of the city.
The main negative is the check in desk which is mentioned in so many previous reviews. There is always an excessive que to check in and staff seem to really struggle with the computer systems.
Overall a very nice hotel but check in process needs improving.
