Safe to say this is probably the nicest hotel in Stockholm, and this comes from someone who actually has been trough hotels from Grand to Diplomat. I just loved the chic interior with designer details, and was just overwhelmed with the beautiful location and the view from the room. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and filling to make everything perfect for us. The food at the hotel was great and don’t even get me started with the breakfast. Every, single, product, on the breakfast table was not only well made but also organic and fresh. This hotel is a true must if staying in Stockholm. Forth every single penny.

The hotel has an ideal location—proximate to the city center and main attractions, yet kept away from bustling streets. Our room was spacious, complemented by a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in type a roomy shower. The cleanliness standard stood out, with clean towels and sheets. While we didn’t sample the hotel’s breakfast, delightful bakeries and exquisite coffee shops are just a stone’s throw away. Highly recommend this establishment for a comfortable stay.”

Service: 10/10 Breakfast: 20/10 -> best idea was to include the breakfast! So worth it, delicious and huge variety of options. Rooms: 8/10 -> quite small rooms with a very comfortable bed and good gadgets. Location: 9/10 -> all reachable by walking distance

I love this hotel. It's my regular hotel when visiting Stockholm for work. The staff are always helpful. The only issue can be that the ceilings are thin and the rooms above can interrupt your sleep.

I stayed here for a business trip during my first time in Stockholm and truly enjoyed it. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best, and their location is also perfect. I had a bit of time to explore on my last day there and I didn’t have to go far, as there was much to see in that area of the hotel and my walk was beautiful and relaxing. Their signature drink at the hotel’s bar was one of my favourites, totally recommend!

Brilliant room that was large, comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of good. Great location at the harbour. Would easily stay again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely warm, clean, modern rooms. Staff were wonderful, especially Macarena the breakfast waitress and Victoria on reception. Excellent location for walkers. Sophisticated city!

The location is good. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the reception wasn't that good. Suitcase was not carried and the receptionist was not very friendly. The room was also not cleaned on the second day and we had to report this.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, in a cozy room with a nice view. The reception staff was very warm, we were welcomed by Kim, who was solicitous and made sure that everything went smoothly during our stay.

wonderful position nice place but they clean the room every 3 days … not a real 4 stars. No luggage space into the suite

Stayed in mainly Radisson Blu on our month long tour of Scandinavia & on the whole been pleased, often getting upgraded as we’re premium members. Decided to treat ourselves to the Radisson Collection for the last weekend of our holiday & can’t help but feel disappointed. Booked and paid for a premium sea view room, no upgrade offered. Whilst the room is okay, the bathroom can not really be described as a bathroom, more of a toilet with a shower & only enough room for one person in at a time. We mentioned this to the reception desk but they just replied that they’re fully booked. Such an underwhelming end to our holiday.

Interesting: If your company books for you, you do not get any points at the Rewards Club. They told me this in writing. Therefore be careful if your secretary books for you. I wanted to file a complaint. They refused to give me the mail adress of the hotel manager. Think about a hotel manager who shields himself from guest contact! Very interesting Radisson leadership concept. That explains the low service level everywhere , low moral of staff and the high attrition rate.

We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the hotel's restaurant and had an absolutely fantastic treatment! The manager Sandra was nothing short of impressive with helping us with the organisation and accommodating all our wishes. Great service by the staff and attention to us and our guests really made this day extra special. Location of the hotel cannot be better, facilities are great. We will certainly be back and stay at the hotel!

Location of the hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance of the metro and boat tours. It is within walking distance of many shopping centers and restaurants and all kinds of activities. Beautiful location with many parks to walk in nearby and has a good view of the water. Staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. Would definitely stay again if I go to the area for the value.

Very good location. We basically have walked around the whole Stockholm center. Every spot is within walking distance. 10-15 minutes away from old town, 15 minutes from Vasa Museum. The downtown center is also just next to the hotel. We’ve stayed in the sea view room with cozy and beautiful view of the harbor. Room size is perfect for two, comfy bed. Bathroom is quite equipped, it’s always kept clean&tidy. Helpful and smiling staff, breakfast is worthy a try!

Great location. Great staff. Kim the manager, Isabel and Narin were all extremely helpful and accommodating in upgrading us to the best room, giving us info on where to go to enjoy Stockholm and answering all our questions.

This hotel has a great location, right in down town next to most of the attractions, the shopping areas and the water. Well accessible with public transport. The reception was good, however alater when I had problems with the electronic keys it could have been better. The checkout was perfect and helpful with ordering a taxi. The rooms are small, I was lucky to have aroom facing outside Albeit to a side street, keep in mind there are also rooms facing a tidy and covered inner courtyard. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. There are many electric outlets! More attention could have been given to details and to the room being made up. There was no free water offered, if that is the case state this and confirm the tap water is perfect for consumption. The Gym is small and tidy, in the summer I would recommend running outside.

Absolutely central, opposite Ferry Boats, Tram, Buses… consequently a bit noisy, especially the side street with traffic and nightclub. Rooms are in different sizes, so are the Beds-small and Queen size in the old part, bigger and King size in the new building.

obviously a nice hotel, with a superb breakfast and Staff full of attention. Rooms small with no sufficient space for luggage and clothings. The bath dispenser are perfect to not consume much material: totally unconfortable for a normal use 😀 Very good location

Stayed as part of a business trip for a couple of nights. While the hotel is great; friendly staff, good location, modern fit out, it’s not 5 star for a couple of reasons. 1) rooms are very small (I went for a double rather than a single, but still small). Fine for someone on their own but not a lot of room. Bathrooms are very well done, but they are also small. 2) no iron in the room. Yes, you can call reception to get one, but a hotel that is used by business travellers should have an iron in the room. Probably comes back to space. 3) breakfast is good, but there’s also an ability to order a few items from the menu, while this is a great idea, it’s impossible to find any staff to take your order. Overall, a very good experience and if travelling alone I would definitely stay here again.

Exercise caution before booking the presidential suite, as the service and standards are disappointingly low. Unfortunately, my business suffered greatly during my four-day stay in this supposedly exclusive accommodation. 1. The room cleaning was not up to par, as the towels were left in a random and messy manner, as shown in the photos. 2. Despite calling the reception for help, I received no response for a long time. 3. The wardrobes are too small for two people's clothing. 4. The furniture is old and has a lot of noticeable damage. 5. The electrical cables for the coffee machine are too complicated. 6. The bedside furniture is also damaged and burned. 7. To top it off, the element I requested for the suite came with a noisy fan that kept me up all night. 8. The room lacked any plant decorations, despite my specific request to the manager four days prior to check-in. I had specifically asked for plants to be added to the suite, but upon my arrival, nothing had been done, prompting me to request it again. This was a very disappointing experience.

I had an excellent service experience, although I will admit it was a bit of a one-off as received a room upgrade. The inner courtyard rooms are not great, so asked for an upgrade, which was done without any trouble at all, very professional and courteous. Worth asking for or getting a waterfront view if you can.

We have called in advanced (before booking) to confirm parking. We were assured that it’s not an issue. When we arrived at the hotel the staff informed us that they have no parking spaces available. Worst part -their attitude was kind of “too bad, can’t help ya”. We had to circle around the city parking that was also full at the time of our arrival but eventually we were able to get a spot. On top of everything we had to pay additional 1000 korona for this city parking and we had to move the car every 24hrs to avoid being towed. The hotel was ok, breakfast was nice and room was clean but be careful if you have a car with you.

Stayed at this establishment, walking distance to all the best spots in Stockholm and very close to the metro station or should I say “Tunnelbana” I had a great experience and the hotel staff was very professional customer service orientated. The parking can get little complicated since not many spot from what I saw but it was easy since I didn’t move the car for the 3 days stay I was there. The takes, you are very close to one of the best cities you will ever see, beautiful at day time or night. The hotel is very centrally located and you don’t need to drive anywhere while there because you can walk everywhere. You are close the some amazing museums and shopping at Stureplan, (Östermalm) I didn’t try any of their restaurants but the breakfast was just regular Swedish which was fine since I grow up eating it :) Tack för att du tog hand om mig under min vistelse och om jag någonsin kommer tillbaka hem igen är detta hotellet säkert att bo. Great hotel, god livsstil, relaxing, but your standard business hotel, and, somewhat, missing a workplace in the room. Love being there and enjoying a relaxing breakfast rather than staying around in a large breakfast buffet at other hotels

This is quiet and nice hotel with a touch of luxury feeling in the room, but make sure you will get the 300 SEK upgrade to sea view (harbour view) room, otherwise there is not much of a view at all. Room was spacious and contemporary with good amenities and capsule coffee machine. Breakfast was very nice selection including items ordered from the kitchen. Good selection for allergies and espresso available from the machine. Also some sparkling wine available to touch up your breakfast. Very nice personnel and friendly for children.

Great room view to the water side, very comfortable bed, great restaursnte and amazing breakfast. However the service needs to be improved. When we checked in our room was still dirty from previous guests and the next day when we came back at night our room was not done and we were told we had to phone the reception to get the room done as the hotel was full and the rooms that had priority was the ones that were checked out…

A very comfortable and attractive hotel. The rooms were comfortable but had very little storage. The breakfast was good but they seemed to have trouble with keeping up with the surges of people

Spend 3 nights on this hotel in May 2022. It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast has a huge variety of choices and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are tidy, comfortable but not very big. Definitely recommend anyone this hotel due to its location and what I just mentioned.

What a suburb experience. I arrived late at night coming from Italy. The concierge was the most caring person to my long journey, my fatigue and my well being. The room was fantastic, the breakfast was also beyond excellent. Suffice to say that is my favorite hotel in Stockholm after 100+ visits. Keep up the good work.

I had a very pleasant four-night stay at this hotel in early August '22. I didn't ask for the upgrade to a room overlooking the harbor, rather was satisfied with a room overlooking the atrium. Those rooms, mine being one of them, still have windows allowing daylight, and an interesting view of the atrium and it's attractive pendant lighting. I arrived at 1000 on a Friday after a long flight from the USA, followed by a walk from the central train station. Even though I arrived five hours ahead of the normal check-in time (1500, I believe) they were able to allow me to check in very early (perhaps because I was happy with an atrium room?)! I was very grateful for that because I was jet lagged and very travel weary. This gave me a chance to unpack and nap before going back out. The breakfast restaurant is very nice, with a great view of the harbor. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, with very walkable access to many areas of the city you might want to drink, dine, sightsee or museum hop within, especially The Strand, Old Town and downtown. They are lots of very interesting people to be found around this locale. There are several really nice parks and shopping nearby as well. Also, there are many great tour boats that dock almost at the doorstep of this hotel. I really enjoyed one of those boat tours. This was my first visit to Stockholm and Sweden. Other than reading travel guides and looking around on Google Maps, I had little guidance on a good hotel choice. I really think staying here was a great decision, setting me up for many other great experices duing my stay. My flight home didn't depart until 2100, so I had an entire day before flying out. The hotel also cheerfully provided no-cost luggage storage so I could spend all of that time without worrying about my luggage. So certainly, as a new tourist to Stockholm, this is a great place to stay!

Staff is polite and helpful. The room was small but clean and with a nice view to the sea. Restaurant and room service have a very inconvenient schedule, especially on weekends.

The Premium Sea view room (403) is great. Tasteful renovated, great bed, super view and codée and tea making facilities. The hotel is absolutely a pleasure stay at. Calm atmosphere, friendly staff and great breakfast with fresh products. Walking distance (max. 2,5 kms) from the hotspots.

I've stayed in a see view room. In this energy crisis it seems to be quite a waste of energy that in this harbour all the boats are lit up. Breakfast here is a dream. I wish once I can eat as many salmon a I had here. Lovely honey Nice breads Scones and muffins

  • 5/5 Guinevere W. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty, water front, large variety of salmon dishes, classic romamtic building. Not far from the old town area, that is lovely to visit, with small shops, pubs, ry romantic. Monarch palace is impressive.
