What a little gem! Right in the middle of the city yet quiet. Great service and a unique property. Loved my stay! Only room for improvement can be the breakfast, a bit tight space that could use some healthier choices but overall an amazing stay. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its charming Scandinavian design. The aesthetics were not only visually pleasing but also created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of this hotel is its stunning garden. The well-maintained garden provided a peaceful oasis where I could unwind and enjoy some quiet moments amidst nature. It's a fantastic place to relax with a book or simply bask in the serene ambiance. What pleasantly surprised me was the affordability of this hotel. Given its exceptional quality and the amenities it offers, the price was incredibly reasonable. It's a fantastic value for what you get. Now, let's talk about the rooms. They were nothing short of fantastic. Impeccably clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully designed, they offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in room decor and amenities truly stood out. Location-wise, this hotel is a gem. It's exceptionally well-connected to everything, especially the city center. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the city with ease and then return to the tranquility of the hotel. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The combination of its Scandinavian charm, beautiful garden, affordability, great rooms, and excellent location made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – it's a hidden gem that deserves recognition!

Stayed here for a 3 night break. We were upgraded to a deluxe room when we checked in and the room was very good with a harbour view and very quiet. The hotel has a very relaxed and friendly feel to it and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to all the main areas with a ferry stop within about 100m. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We walked a lot and enjoyed the island.

What a great hotel! From check in to check out the staff was wonderful. The pillows were very soft so be sure to ask for extras if needed. Notable mentions go to the breakfast. Freshly made coffee/espresso from the bar, baked the morning of bread, and a variety of after sleep foods. The history of the hotel is worth a trip alone not to mention the views.

Stunning location far from the madding crowd. Excellent service all round whether front desk or restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast sweet and savoury options and great coffee. Amazing refurbishment of a historic building, charming minimalist decor, incredibly clean, comfortable beds and beautiful views. Easy to hop on Bus 65 outside to central station or the Djurgarden commuter ferry to get around harbour or a short leafy walk across the bridge to the heart of the city. We have visited Stockholm 8 times in a 20 yr period but this is by far the best location and accommodation we have chosen.

First offering us a table and than moving us to the garden since we don’t want to eat something. Strange service, you can also ask us on forehand if we want to eat something…

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast every morning. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful island, with the most amazing views. Would go back again!!

This is a great hotel in Stockholm. Located within walking distance to a lot of things in the city centre, but at the same time quiet and with green surroundings on the small island Skeppshomlen. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and staff is very friendly. Super nice amenities in the room by Byredo. Rooms towards the water are nicest, but rooms on other side is good too. Have stayed in both. Delicious breakfast. There are really good electrical bikes (Orbea) just outside the hotel lobby which are super good to bike around in Stockholm on. They are not the cheapest but well worth it. This is my favourite hotel in Stockholm and suitable for couples, friends or families.

I've stayed here a few times while traveling for work. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable bedding, quiet and clean. The onsite restaurant has never disappointed, though hundreds of restaurants are nearby via a quick taxi or scooter ride. I love how isolated and beautiful the location feels but you are still in the heart of Stockholm.

We stayed here for 3 days at the end of our trip in Norway and Sweden. The hotel is on an island close to everything, but like an oasis from the city bustle. It is a renovated old military building with modern aesthetics, services and a most professional staff. To an individual, every staff member was polite, efficient and most pleasant. Our large room had a very comfortable bed, chairs and table, and view of the water.

Helpful, friendly, extremely comfortable beds and stylish rooms - and extremely quiet despite being a 10min walk from the city centre! Wholeheartedly recommend

We stayed for a one night staycation. The location was excellent and the room on the third floor was large albeit you could see and hear everything through the bathroom door. The sink looked nice but was not at all functional. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was tasty, however I would have preferred a buffet rather than ordering from a menu. Overall a nice hotel, but not really worth the money. Oh, and there did not appear to be a bar.

Amazing hotel, one of the best ones I have stayed at ever. The staff is wonderful and kind (they brought gummy bears and a hand-written note as a welcome gift, I love anybody who brings me gummy bears); the breakfast was a-ma-zing, huge buffet with fresh salmon, meats, cheeses, Müesli, breads, cinnamon rolls, in beautiful spacious and nicely decorated room. The location is awesome if you like quiet, it is close enough to everything, in between old town and the museum area, we never took any public transport and just walked everywhere. The only small thing that could make this place any better is a bigger gym, it is a tiny room with one treadmill, one bike, and one adjustable free weight, basically fits only one person. But with all the walking and possibility to go jogging along the water, you can get exercise in other ways (which you will need though, after all the Fikas).

Great place! Wonderful view over the sea (we had a superior room), super friendly people, very hospitable and the food is delicious! Skeppsholmen is a great place for island and art lovers and for people who enjoy nature and silence.

Old Navy barracks, transformed into a Hotel. Took me by surprise this is part of the Marriott brand. Everything was fine for a one night stay.

location - very central, yet QUIET. Can walk to the city or catch a ferry. there are also buses, but we walked and ferried. Noise - Can’t hear a single car or party maniac while you’re there. It’s a very quiet island, so if you need sleep, don’t hesitate, just book it. Breakfast - included in our price and was absolutely fantastic. Staff - lovely. Always smiling and helpful. Facilities - says they can bring anything you want up to your room like a jug or iron, air conditioning, nice bath, windows open. Comfy bed, pillow options. Scenery - such a beautiful part of town. My favourite spot in Stockholm, i think. 😍 We will be back!

Im very happy to have discovered such a wonderful hotel. I find the staff and service very exceptional and personal, we were offered to take a breakfast bag with us since we had a very early flight the next morning which was very nice. The beautiful green surroundings make the hotel very special and make for great morning and evening strolls. One thing I would suggest to change is the sink in the room, it wasn’t practical. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Located near the heart of Stockholm and only about 15min walk from the old town, this hotel is in a very quiet park. The 17th century building is very modern and stylish. The rooms are spacious and very design. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The nearby boat stop very conveniently connects it to other parts of the city

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel, right in the centre of Stockholm! Location is great, right next to a good ferry route to explore the city. The beds are so comfortable and breakfast is great. Emmanuel and Elsa on the front desk were fantastic - super polite, helpful with recommendations and would always go the extra mile! Would happily stay again! :)

Definitely amazing location and nice service. Room smaller than I've expected and clean 6/10. I would recommend it for one night.

Friendly staff, gourmet class food and cosy rooms. Extra plus: the breakfast! Quiet neighborhood but still very central in Stockholm. From here you can go by boat to Gröna Lund, or just walk 5 min to Stockholm city.

Minimalistic room with small bed. Location is very quite and enjoyable, allthough it is not pleasant for a longer as with logistics uou might get bored. Breakfast area is very tiny and people just conglomerates around plates for not plenty much choices.

The stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen was fantastic! The rooms are very big and modern and have a nice interior. The service was also very good! Very friendly staff and always willing to help out. Additionally the location is very central of Stockholm and you can walk along the canal and you also have a direct connection to the ferry. I really liked my stay!!:)
