only
allowed
at
3
pm
is
quite
late,
especially
after
arriving
from
an
early
flight
at
9:15
am.
I
inquired
about
early
check-in,
and
even
though
several
other
travelers
arrived
around
the
same
time,
it
wasn't
clear
which
platform
they
booked
through
or
directly
with
the
hotel.
I
found
myself
waiting
around
the
hotel
for
nearly
2
hours
in
the
hope
of
securing
an
early
check-in.
However,
the
response
I
received
when
I
inquired
about
a
room
was,
"You
can
return
and
check
again
if
a
room
becomes
available,
but
check-in
time
is
at
3."
I
was
exhausted
and
took
my
chances,
waiting
for
almost
2
hours,
and
fortunately,
a
room
became
available.
What
surprised
me
was
that
the
guest
service
at
the
front
desk
didn't
proactively
inform
me
when
a
room
was
ready,
even
though
I
was
waiting
in
the
lobby
area,
which
is
relatively
small
and
not
far
from
the
counter.
As
for
breakfast,
it
was
decent,
but
I
encountered
a
disappointing
incident.
I
placed
my
food
on
the
table
and
briefly
left
to
get
coffee,
but
upon
my
return,
I
found
that
the
table
had
been
cleared,
including
the
fresh
food
I
had
taken.
On
the
positive
side,
the
hotel's
location
is
quite
convenient,
being
close
to
Central
Station
and
within
easy
walking
distance
of
various
points
of
interest.
Apart
from
the
late
check-in
and
the
breakfast
table
issues,
everything
else
about
the
hotel
was
satisfactory.
