The hotel is super central, so that is a plus. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. The interior is modern chic which I like, but the rooms are too dark and the lightening concept doesn’t work for the place. It feels like randomly installed spots that irritate your eyes given the super light and cold tone. The gym is alright, but the sauna is located so that you see people showering which is a bit weird. There (by the way) are no other spa amenities! Given this is a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is underwhelming in my opinion. Nothing tastes fresh, there’s very little options to choose from and getting a coffee takes forever. There was some overcooked salmon, cheap cold cuts & bread buns, overly sweet pastries and the scrambled eggs & pancakes were some artificial mixture (unacceptable). Definitely one of the worst hotel breakfasts I ever had. The bar is okay, the service could be improved and I didn’t like that the menu didn’t tell what type of oysters are served. The ones I received while having a cocktail were nice anyway. I would recommend staying at the Grand Stockholm when visiting the city for a couple of days.

Hotel is located in pretty good location where attractions within walking distance. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Service wise not so much, had breakfast for few times and no one ask us if we wanted coffee. We had to tell them. Room is dark and you could hardly judge if the room is clean or not. You cannot open the window, hardly can get fresh air in the room.

It's easily the best hotel I've stayed at. The breakfast buffet didn't have vegan options other than fruit, which was disappointing. Other than that, amazing hotel! The service was amazing. It's located within minutes of lots of tourist attractions, too.

Perfect hotel and location for Stockholm! The room was nice, clean and cozy. The best is incredibly comfortable (you can stay there all day and night). The staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast is must try. I wasn’t impressed with the dinner, so we didn’t repeat

A friendly hotel with lovely rooms , great restaurants and helpful staff. The breakfasts cater for all tastes and the staff helpful. The restaurant had an extensive food and drinks menu. Located centrally, it was easy walking access to old and new Stockholm. A very eco friendly hotel that uses lots of natural products including wood keys. Everything was provided in the Room including a hair straightener and lots of other toiletries, that are essential but sometimes overlooked when packing. The fresh fruit and chocolates on arrival were an excellent touch, as well as the bedding turning down service.

This hotel deserves all 5 stars, we had a wonderful stay @six! Based in the center of town very close to the shopping district in Stockholm. The front entrance is quite nondescript so you could miss it, as we saw a number of people past it a few times before realizing that fact....it took us 2 passes as well. The foyer is inviting and airy, with beautiful statues and wall hanging from the threshold. Staff was first class all week and every time, kudos 👏🏾 to the management for running a tight ship. Restaurant was very clean and all food labeled clearly, with a totally separated section for vegan options. Baristas at the ready to make your favorite cup however you like it! The suite was perfect in every way, with one of the best in room snack bar selections I have come across in years. Any info you need is provided on the in-room entertainment menu on the TV. Fresh filtered water in the hallways to keep you hydrated during those hot summer days, to fill up the branded @six water bottle provided. Lastly this hotel has a state of the art gym/crossfit arena is there for the novice up to pro athletes requirements, and a super private "Bat Cave" type entrance for those who like to remain unseen. We can't wait to get back to Sweden, this will surely be our place of refuge.

I had the absolute best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! I also loved the rooms! The shower products were great-very luxurious! Robes were a nice touch and the rooms were comfortable and very modern decor. I also loved the bath tub! I was worried it would be dark because of the photos and it was not--so much light! Love all the modern tech touches. Also the views--omg the views were gorgeous. The hotel is perfect placed in the city and very close to museums as well as several bus & train stops! Very easy to get around. I had the absolute best time and can't reccomend this hotel enough-It is worth the splurge trust me! Made my trip to stockholm worth it!

The hotel is nice but a bit old and too basic. More like a 4 star hotel - definitively not 5 stars. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms are very small and bathrooms pretty old. Location is good and central, walking distance to the old city but it faces an office building so not great. Also hard to arrive at the hotel - taxis cannot arrive and you have to drag your luggage in the snow just to get to the hotel. Bar area is great. I would not stay here again.

This was my second stay as it had been so good the first time. I am from Australia and just love the location; high level of service; extremely comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant. Wonderful ambience and Swedish decor. Will go back again with the family. Highly recommend. Super location.

Another reviewer assessed this hotel exactly as I would: stylish, central, and bizarrely and impossibly dark. It is so hard to see in the rooms, even during the height of summer (week of July 1) when the sun sets for a mere three hours a day. Lights in both the hallways and rooms are at bizarre heights, hitting you directly in the eye and not actually illuminating anything. It’s both irritating and uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable. Showers are tiny and water pressure is so-so. Zero counter space for your toiletries. Bathrooms are otherwise large so the tiny box of a shower and lack of counter space doesn’t make any sense. The breakfast spread is average and doesn’t change day-to-day. Music in the cafe is LOUD — think happy hour volume vs starting your day over a cappuccino volume. Lastly, there aren’t any doormen to help with bags and umbrellas weren’t available as they’d run out by 10am every day (we were unhelpfully told to buy one). At Six is much more in line with a boutique hotel with service and amenities at that level; it doesn't belong on the AmEx fine hotels list.

Good hotel, with some remarks! It is tricky to find! Make sure to know the location before going looking for it with luggages!! The restaurant quality is OK, but the menu is a bit scarce for the number of stars! They charge you a deposit which is taken out of your account immediately, but it's return takes several days to appear (are they playing with our money? 🤔) Rooms are nice and staff are friendly If you can see the rooftop terrace from your room, you'll be sleeping with the beats!! Breakfast is very complete and and is served until noon which is great!

Solid 3.5 / 4 star hotel in the middle of Stockholm shopping district. The interior of the hotel is very modern and plush (if you like that sort of thing) definitely needs some more green features to break up the gold, suede and mood lighting though. If you like a more naturally earthy feel to your surroundings then you might not feel as at home here (i.e. no picturesque views over Swedish lakes).

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was in an incredible location being 10 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk from the river and main shopping street in Stockholm. The staff were so friendly and kind and treated me very well on the day of my birthday. The breakfast is incredible. The room was lovely clean and tidy. Only issue is if your on the top floor you can hear all the music from the roof top bar. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Maybe one of the best modern hotel to spend few days in Stokholm. The view from the top floor rooms is amazing, service is nest and staff is very friendly. Maybe the breakfast management could be enhanced, the place is overcrowded from 8 to 10.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Stockholm It was only a one night stay but it kept in mind. The welcome was very warm and surprisingly I could already check in at 10:30 in the morning which was a real benefit for my stay. The hotel room was kind of functional and spacious. I had a good sleep and the room was clean and appealing. The view towards Skansen was an extra benefit. It is worth mentioning the breakfast. It was presented in a very appealig format although the offer was pretty standard, the quality of presentation and the food exceeded a lot of hotel experiences from the past. It is a clear recommendation for the hotel if you stay in Stockholm.

I loved my stay in this chic, centrally located hotel. One note is that some of the rooms get very hot in the summer and there isn't central AC, so be sure to ask for a cooler room if this happens to you. I did and my new room was much cooler. Wonderful service!

After visiting many great places around Europe and Africa, I can say that I will always compare the best places I find with At Six. This hotel is brilliant... The location is great, the views are stunning, the staff is friendly and professional and breakfast is a dream. We really didn't want to leave.. When in Stockholm, don't doubt, try At Six.

Wonderful hotel and a great experience. The breakfast was super but sadly the coffee service is really slow. Was nearly done with food before my coffee came - and that on 2 mornings. Also it would be great if they descaled the shower heads. Great shower but sadly not as much pressure because the nozzles weren't cleaned. Finally I was a little annoyed by the really loud disco music on one night? That said it's definitely a hotel I would recommend.

Very good hotel, stylish, modern, quiet and clean. The bed is very comfortable, however pillows too thin/soft. Bar/restaurant offers good food and nice choices of cocktails. Breakfast is very good. Staff are generally friendly and helping.

Beware of scam! My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Stockholm. While there, we had a lovely time. The room was nice, the service solid, the breakfast wonderful, and the staff helpful. Upon checkout, I was told an invoice would be emailed to me. While I never received the full bill, we discovered that we were overcharged by $100. After being told by several different front desk people via email that we were incorrect, we communicated that we would be opening up a claim through our credit card. Then, we were suddenly told by different front desk staff that they had found the error and would refund us if we could email our credit card information. Of course, we refused to do this at first. I gave them my cell phone number to call me for the information. They never called, though they said they tried several times. After several more emails back and forth with multiple people - all with more than 24 hours in between responses - we were fed up with this and decided to cave in: we emailed our credit card information. Big mistake. Yes, we were refunded the $100 we were owed, but within two days of our email, we also received a fraudulent charge on our credit card of almost $1,200. It’s impossible to call this a coincidence. It was foolish of us to be so trusting. You would think that a 5-star hotel would have the class not to pull such vulgar trick, but apparently that is not the case. They have some rather unsavory characters working for them. Here are the names of the front desk staff we corresponded with via email: Adam, Sophia, Lea, Filip, and Victoria. Whether one of them took our credit card information or shared it with someone else, we do not know. We found it impossible to get a hold of anyone at the hotel more senior than front desk staff. If you read more reviews, you will find that others have similarly been over charged. In short, despite the good stay we had at the hotel, we most certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Any positive experiences we had have been wiped away, along with (thankfully) the fraudulent charges in our credit card.

A beautiful central (but not ugly-central) hotel with eye-catching details and a posh atmosphere. Had a lovely stay here. Only small downside, somewhat it is more focused on form over function although overall a very satisfying experience.

I had a great stay here. The hotel staff were very knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They rooms were clean and nice size. The location is also great and is walking distance from everything I wanted to do. I would stay here again. It is also only a 10 minute walk from the arlanda express Stockholm station

Poor lighting in the hallway and rooms. Housekeeping could be better — did not replace towels as requested, did not clean glass pitchers. AC / air con did not work. Great front desk service and the sommelier (john) at the wine bar is knowledgeable. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Gym is small, located in the basement and connected to the parking garage

Great staff. So helpful and friendly too. From the early morning until late night everybody welcomes you with a smile. The location of the hotel is particularly beautiful and important if you are looking forward to explore the city mostly by walking.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves with a two nights away in a pricy hotel. We were specifically looking for a hotel that is in the middle of the town and has fabulous reviews. The pictures on the website of this hotel were stunning and the atmosphere looked cosy and calm. On our arrival, all seemed fine but the receptionists were, how can I put it - their friendliness approach was very superficial. During our stay, we encountered some unexpected problems. Well, some were problems and others were unusual and annoying. First of all, the drainage system was bad in the bathroom. While having a shower, you either had to pause and turn off the taps until all the water drained away, Or had to just jump out from the sea of shampoo foam…..🤔 We did report this to the reception a number of times, to no avail. Their intercom system is not good, as no one answers when you call … Another thing you need to be aware of: Don’t have breakfast or dinner at this place, really. There are a number of restaurants and places to go for dinner or breakfast in town, offering far better value for money meals, with many more options on their menu. And by the way, while having your dinner, if you ask for tap water, they literary bring you a jug of water and add that on to your bill. To be honest, I have been to many expensive hotels, but never seen that… they don’t provide free water even at your room…. Few more things you should know: I am a slim guy, but still found the portion of their meal very small… yes, really…. ! When they serviced the room, they didn’t change the towels. The room was dusty… very dusty … The services were much better, when I used to stay at this hotel during Covid…

Great size rooms, two steps from the old town, malls and the parliament. Really good breakfast variety. The design is modern in grey and black colors. Next to a roof top bar and nice Asian restaurant called TAK.

Convenient location near the train station & shopping. Possibly the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had!!! The rooms were a bit small & the bathroom was definitely way too small. But the room had 5 star amenities & the bed was very comfortable. The gym was fantastic!! Possibly the best hotel gym Ive been to. There is a crossfit room connected to the regular gym that guests can use if there isn’t a class going on. I had the place to myself. I would definitely stay here again.

A disappointing first experience at the hotel. My wife & I booked our trip to Stockholm & were so excited about the hotel after reading great reviews. Despite booking a King room & paying over £500 for 3 nights, on arrival I was told that only 1 person was named on the booking. This meant I would have to pay an additional charge for my wife to stay with me. It was the same room without breakfast so really hard to understand what the additional charge covered. It was a simple admin mistake which you'd hope a hotel that wanted to deliver a great experience would understand. I was simply told 'that's just the way it is'. This is a quite upsetting first experience for my wife and I, a real shame.

Very nice hotel. Very alive. Great designed room with amazing view. Room 1418. In minibar you find eventually everything: drinks, food, cosmetics, underwear. 😋😋 Loved gym, art, breakfast. 4 stars is that there is always a line at reception, so if you are in a hurry.. it’s hard to deal, as the phone is usually never answered.

After countless hotel visits around the world, I am delighted to say that At Six is one of the best and more exclusive hotel experiences I've ever had.. to everything from the modern and flawless decor, to the service-oriented staff and the enjoyable breakfast at the level 5 lounge/restaurant. When visiting Stockholm or just taking a long weekend away from work, don't go for the obvious choice and the big commercialized hotel chains because they will most likely disappoint. These customized rooms and heavenly beds will leave you eager to come back for another visit.

We had a super nice stay and would come back anytime! The service is always friendly and helpful, you always feel very welcome. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The rooms and the overall impression are very luxurious and chic, the beds comfortable and the location fantastic.

Such a cool hotel! They have thought through every design element to a t! As you walk in it even smells lovely! Really comfy beds, delicious breakfast, rooftop bar was awsome and location was fab! Everything was amazing apart from one rude Male receptionist with a ponytail who was arrogant and incredibly unhelpful... all other team members however were top class.

If you are sensitive to strong perfumes, stay away. They fill the lobby with strong perfume to give the customers something to remember. If you are allergic to perfumes, you will for sure never forget this place. Overall not impressed by the hotel as such. Lacks a sole. Boring interiors. There are far better places in Stockholm.

You can’t open the windows so the room is dusty and doesn’t smell great and there is no fresh air… The Lighting makes the room feel like a cave There is a bottle for water but there is no water in it And no one helped us bring our luggage up to our room, which is weird for 5star hotel Bed is pretty comfortable though

One of the best hotel I have stayed in the last couple of years. Fully deserves its 5 stars; room comfort and cleanliness, food and service, helpful, friendly and nice staff...all is at a top level there!

Lovely hotel, well located, best breakfast - would come here for breakfast even if not staying. Needs wider range of mixers at bar, and I failed to discover the wide range of nibbles, etc, in room as I didn't open the drawer till I left - basic schoolboy error!!!

Beautiful hotel that lives up to the high design expectations of Stockholm. It offers a great breakfast and has amenities such as a gym and sauna. The room is a bit small but makes up for it in the incredible view.

Great Great location! Quiet neighborhood and yet walking distance to all the activities. Walking distance to shopping malls, bars, restaurants, subway and much much more. Love the buffet breakfast and they have a decent gym at the basement. There's also a laundry service right across the street and they offer one day service. Will definitely book at this place again for our next visit.

Best location you can get. Such an amazing and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful. Spacious rooms with great city view (at least the one I got) witu comfy bed and OK shower (water pressure is medium and that's pretty much the only complaint I got). Did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. But when you're there and if it's summer do try the rooftop!

My stay at Hotel at Six is a unique pleasant experience. The hotel service is excellent. The room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet is wonderful. (If you are a tea lover, the Hotel at Six branded special blend is a must try.) I happened to lose my eyeglasses at the hotel lobby restroom on the first day when Dinah helped me check in at the hotel. I tried to find them half a day later after I realized my glasses was gone. Unfortunately, a different front desk girl could not find it for me. So I thought I would never find my glasses back and that’s the end. Luckily, I saw Dinah again on the second day so I asked her if she could help me to find my glasses again. She responded immediately and checked all records for me and even made a few calls to confirm with other colleagues. At that point I felt there might be a hope because she was extremely responsible and cared about her guest very much. As a result, her persistence, professionalism, and care of guest paid off, she finally found my glasses and returned them to me. I was speechless because I knew only she could help me to find them again since she really went the extra mile to help. Meanwhile, she was very calm, friendly, and communicative, so no time was being wasted. This was not the end of the story.. not only did she save me $300 dollars on another pair of glasses, but also helped me set up my local cellphone service. I bought a prepaid SIM card at a pressbyrån store (similar to seven-eleven). The cashier did not have the knowledge on how to set up the SIM card and the English instruction was not very clear. So Dinah helped me to google the information i need in Swedish and finally found the proper activation steps through calling the carrier’s customer service. At this point she was completely awesome and I’m beyond satisfied with her outstanding service. I know traveling to another country for the first time can be somewhat challenging, especially if there is a language barrier. But if you come to Stockholm and happen to stay at Hotel at Six, Dinah is the concierge you want to be helped by. She is extremely friendly, supportive, and really cares about the guests. Thank you Dinah for saving me $300 and helping me set up my local cellphone service. Hotel at Six is a great choice if you want to experience the best service yourself.

Nice atmosphere and the interior design and decoration is very modern. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Bar with a great variety of options and menu. The breakfast is a plus. The room was equipped with tea and coffee, the bathroom with cleaning and vanity kits. Everything was clean and well done organized. The location is perfect, close to the central station and gamla stan. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at AT SIX HOTEL for our wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised when Alexandra, from Guest Relations, left the loveliest of surprises for us in our room. I’m not going to say it, so I don’t spoil it for other guests. Thank you so much Alexandra, we really appreciate your attention to detail and gesture. :) The location is just perfect. The breakfast super varied and healthy, with plenty of options. The food was exquisite. Kudos to the chefs, the cook and the rest of the staff. The staff at the front desk will do their best to accommodate you and they will help you should you need anything. The room and the views we got were fantastic. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxed and peaceful, even though it’s super centrally located and we went during high season. We will definitely stay again at your hotel. Thank you a thousand times for making our stay a memorable one. :)

not 5-star level - interiors are at best a 4* level, so is food, and customer service more guesthouse-like. We had a transfer from the airport booked, chauffer was 20min late, no one advised us and no one picked up the phone at reception as there was 1 only person (at 5pm) who was busy on another call for 20min. Had to write 3 messages to get my invoice by mail. I left a personal item in the room and asked them to mail it back to me, but they didn't even bother checking if it was still there (after taking 36hrs to reply to my 3 emails). Very poor experience and def punching below its category

The staff was super helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. They really went above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel was great and the rooms were very nicely furnished. Had dinner at the restaurant on the second level, which was very tasty. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here.

I love the bar at AT SIX. The staff is amazing and the drinks have personality. Today I had extra amazing service when I ordered a drink but it happened to not fit my taste, the staff was quick to check on me and make sure he gave me a drink I enjoyed. Amazing service and humility. Always recommend the clean, warm and cozy environment!

Excellent location. This modern and comfortable hotel will let you visit the tourism musts, museums, shops and eat great food by walking. It is also ten minutes away from central station, pretty useful if you are taking the train to Arlanda airport. The breakfast is also delicious
