Room: Had room no. 14. Ground floor. Small room. Window available, but not with any view. The window could not be open. Not great air condition. It was really dusty in the room - I could see the dust setting on my phone screen when I did not use the phone a couple of minutes. The bed was ok. The bathroom was really small. Only one pump available in the shower - unclear whether it was only shower gel or if it could be used in multiple ways (shower gel + schampoo). Even though the street at our window was not the busiest street, there were people/cars passing by in the night and I could hear every single noise. I could sometimes even hear what people were talking about. Hotel: Very gloomy(?) atmosphere. Looked cheap. Service: One of the receptionist (a middle aged man) was really unfriendly. Breakfast: Ok. They had all the classic breakfast items. Not bad, not good. Location: Close to two metro lines. Walking distance to nice cafées and restaurants.

Cozy, pleasant accomodation for few days stay, not so far from landmarks and centre. Great breakfast, what really enriches your stay, great selection during breakfast, tasty. Thank you.

Spent four nights here during my trip to Stockholm. Booked a single room without windows (see photos). Relatively easy to reach by foot, 5/10 minutes from the Fridhemsplan subway station. Cozy, quiet and generally pleasant experience - room might need a little refurbishing (the sink was slightly chipped) but everything else was good. Excellent breakfast with great food variety and wide dining hall.

I was in room 403 in April of this year, everything seemed clean and as in the photos, in accordance with the apartment rental price. What I regret is about 130 bites on my body made by bedbugs. This has never happened to me in my life, it was not pleasant at all, I had to seek the help of a doctor. Fortunately, the painful itching disappeared after I started taking the tablets, and the spots on the skin disappeared after a couple of weeks. I only wrote the reviews because I wouldn't want something similar to happen to someone, so if someone from the hotel staff reads this comment, they should invest money to clean the beds and rooms in general from insects. ps.(I think it would be distasteful to post photos to document the truth)

Very cheap and basic hotel. The room is so small. The bedside tables (if you can all them that), fit only your phone charging. The toilet gets the floor wet when showering and there is no tool to clean the water. The toilet paper is the cheapest thing you can ever find. The towels are thin as paper and no towel for the feet are available. They dont clean the room for "environmental" reasons. The location is not the best. The breakfast is really basic. The AC cant be regulated by you. There was construction in our side and you could listen it perfectly so theres not so good isolation. The bed sheets didnt have any blanket. We had to leave so early to the airport and our Uber didnt arrive so we went to the reception to ask for a taxi. There was nobody. They say they are there 24/7 but no one was there nor there was anything to call. I woudnt recommend to come here. For a little more money you might get a much better place.

Great services. Rooms are very clean and comfy. The breakfast is very good. And the lobby with the fireplace is very cosy and nice when it’s cold outside.

It's a great hotel for a short vacation. The breakfast is the best part of the stay there. It has many options, and they do not stop providing food until people are there. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floor so the water evaporates quickly after showering. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is also a private sauna that you can book for yourself or a few people with showers and changing room. Overall, a great experience!

Nice and così hotel. Breakfast is good and abundant. Rooms are nice and clean. They clean every day. Very friendly and ready to help in any moment. It's nearby the metro station and there are grocery stores nearby.

For the price I felt let down. I guess I paid for location. Had holes on the sheet, and the electrical outlet and headboard where definitely planned by separate people from the looks of it. A slept in a solo room without windows, and the sound between rooms was very bad, I had to wear noise canceling headphones to be able to sleep (had a neighboring couple decide to have an argument around midnight) Luckily I didn't stay more than 2 nights because tp ran out morning of day 3, and cleaning was only done upon request in the reception. Good walkable distance to subway, shopping mall and grocery store, but also not much more than 20 minutes away from the central train station.

We loved our stay at Connect City Hotel😊 The rooms were okay at this price, the breakfast was better than we expected and the staff was helpful & kind. They even had a sauna which you have to reserve so you have it all for yourself. The location is also good, you can easily reach metro/ bus stations.

Very good. Good price in relation with other hotels, neat clean property, not too close to the center but it's close to the metro station. Good breakfast. Staff is well mannered ànd good. Must visit this property.

Nice hotel with a unique design. Right in the center of Stockholm. My room was a bit noisy. Sounded like the water boiler from other rooms. Still I would stay there again.

Very close to a metrostation, so getting there and around the city was convenient. Lovely decoration in the lobby, and the room (family) was good size. There were no windows in the room (but it was told beforehand), so the room was pretty dark. It was quiet, no noice from the streets or the corridor. Breakfast was good and multiversal.

Good value for facilities and location. Rooms are decently sized with comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful and friendly, great service level. Hotel has metro, busses to center and shuttle to airport nearby (~10 min waling distance).

Great hotel with good location, really quiet and clean. Complete and delicious breakfast and helpful lovely staff! Our bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The good parts of the hotel were it is close to the metro and the breakfast is rich & delicious. Our room had a huge problem about heating, it was freezing during the nights. They provided us with a small radiator but it wasn’t big enough to heat up the room. If you’ve booked a room already, bring an extra quilt and your own slippers because there aren’t slippers in the rooms.

Nice and cheap. Great lounge where to have a drink. Friendly staff. With my big disappointment my room was the last of the corridor and in the buiding next door they were having some kind of restauration therefore noisy in the morning. Thankfully this is temporary. I suggest to the direction of the facility to inform clients in the website of this temporary disservice. Maybe some clients will renounce, but those who decide to stay at least have made an informative decision. My thought.

It was great that the hotel is pet-friendly, this was the deciding factor to stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Disliked · The lights above/behind the bed are in an awkward position and you can easily hit them with your head. The parking, however, is the main issue. 1. the ceiling is very low in one part and you can easily hit your head of it. 2. It is almost impossible to exit the carpark. The angles are so tight that it was a nightmare to exit. Please address this.

Small room without windows but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. 20minutes walk to the metro station and 3minutes walk to the Old Town. Super friendly receptionists

Employees are so nice and try breakfast is to die for!!! I’d go just for breakfast haha we were ok the bottom floor which mean only cement walls and no windows but that didn’t bother us, just have that knowledge when you go in

We stayed there about 3 days. We had booked the medium size room. We were two. The room was really clean; but there were some problems! First, there was not a window so that refreshing was really hard especially when we were using the bathroom and there was dam in air! The second thing is that the room was very very small for two people!!!! Although we had just two carry on suitcases, but there was no enough space to put them. The third point is that, the room was very dark and lightness was very very low. One of the main lights was out of service and it severed the darkness of the room!!! The breakfast was so so! And the appliances were not so clean!

It was supposed to be a small stay of 4 days and 3 nights. Distressing, dirty room on arrival with hair and dust everywhere. First night, we go back to the hotel at about 01:12 before the door opens for us 15 minutes have passed. Second night at 05:55 fire alarm throughout the hotel for 12 minutes also in the room. When we woke up no excuse and we even had to hurry up for breakfast because we were in a hurry to close. But now the fun comes, we go shopping and buy gifts worth 3000 SEK / € 300.00 which of course we leave in the shopping bag in the room, we come back late at 03:00 they cleaned our room and the shopping bag is also gone. The next morning we go sunito to the reception after realizing the lack, and I reply: "strange, I spoke to the manager who spoke to the staff, no one saw anything." We have received damage for which we are not responsible for making sure we can leave our shopping in the room. Yes, the breakfast is good! Well done.

Close to the metro station and extremely comfy beds. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. We got windowed room unlike the reviews saying that they didn't. However the wifi signal was weak in our room.

I need to start with the breakfast, a huge variety of food you can choose from. The hotel is close to the center, even if you want to walk as we did. The only downsides were that there’s only a small toaster for the bread (two slices at the same time) and the shower will wet the entire bathroom floor if you are not careful.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. It was a really good price (worked out at about just over 50 euros a night). Breakfast was also included in the price and through booking.com I got a free room upgrade. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very acceptable. The location is also pretty good, just on the outside of what I would call the main center of Stockholm. Nothing bad to say about the place.

Our room was pretty small and what I found a bit weird was the lack of window in our room . Sometimes it was very hot inside, especially during the night. The breakfast included was good, nothing excellent but there was enough choice . For the price we paid let's say it was okay after all

Nice, dog-friendly hotel with a good breakfast and a nice lobby/lounge area. Seems like Stockholm hasn't learned about A/C yet, but I guess global warming will see to that. Can't wait to suffocate on a dying earth with the rest of y'all! 4/5 would stay again

we stayed here for three nights and found this to be a very nice, modern und comfortable hotel near the city center of Stockholm. The hotel is located in a more quiet end of a street, which was pleasant as it wasn't loud outside and also inside the rooms of course. The rooms are very modern, beds were comfy, and everything was nice and clean. The rooms are comparably small but we actually liked that - I guess it depends on what you prefer and need. The lounge was nice too, many things are self-service here but we also liked that as it made the stay more relaxed not being sourrounded by personell all the time. Still the staff on the counter was always helpful and friendly. A plus is certainly that you're very near the city center, you just leave the hotel and walk for five minutes. We'd certainly stay here again if we go back to Stockholm

Very nice hotel and nice staff. Also very nice that the breakfast was included and complementary. Location is a bit out of the city centre, but the metro is closeby. Our room was windowless however and it lacked the option of letting it air during the day. Airconditioning was also something we missed in our room. Since we did a surprise trip with a travel agent, we did not book it ourselves. I believe that this is an option though that can be singled out during booking (but probably costs more).

Good location and nice service, altough the receptoinist wanted to put me and my colleague together in one room and also made one check when we ordered stuff from there, but it's an honest mistake. Rooms were pretty and bed really comfy (I slept like a baby). I only wished that there would have been a bathrobe there, because I traveled lightly and didn't have much with me. Oh yes, the great thing was that I got upgraded, so the room was nice and big with a nice view to the street.

Cool Hotel, close to Metro, the breakfast is a little bit confusing but all Things there what you need. Sometimes Our used dishes wont be changed in our room. Good Sauna.

Nice and clean room, friendly service, tasty breakfast with wide selection of food. Plenty of books available in the lobby, but it would be better if they were placed in some order (i.e. english and swedish separately?)

Great location and good service overall. It was a few stops from the center and there were supermarkets nearby that were open until 10/11pm. Breakfast was very good and the room was OK, though it is a minus that there was no mini bar in the room. Also the room was very cold and staff told me that all rooms on the floor have the same temperature, however I need to mention that the heaters were completely cold and AC wasn't heating the room either. Fortunately we were given an additional small heater which made things better.

Very good. Good price in relation with other hotels, tidy, not too close to the center but it's close to the metro station. Good breakfast. Be careful when selecting the room size and windows number!!!

  • 3/5 Les M. 1 year ago on Google
Popular with younger clients, no frills with limited facilities. Breakfast is fine and offers a good choice from healthy to filling. No tea coffee or many toiletries in the room, so come prepared!! Immediate area has a limited range of bars and restaurants to suit most pockets.

  • 5/5 Matias C. 1 year ago on Google
Top breakfast buffet for the money. Location ok, at a walkable distance but also with subway close by in case you are tired from a day walking around the city. I am surprised that it is only 3.9 stars. We felt welcomed and we always started the day with our bellies full to start the day properly.

Bed bugs! So this hotel was the worst I've stayed so far. The room is super small, it was quite dirty as well. Comparing price it was super expensive. At the last day of my stay I found bed bug in my clothes, went to the reception, told him what I found and showed photos. He said that he will ask for room service to check and that is it. No apologies, no nothing. I would suggest to avoid this hotel, maybe it's cheapest place to stay in city centre, but definitely not worth the cost of what you can bring home with you.
