Best hotel..great service.. Like they're really very awesome as my toddler n husband getting sick during stay but they do best to help...allow me to take milk n fruit from breakfast area and not charge..friendly staff...gave older kids free drinks coupon on arrival. love their breakfast buffet...even they let us to fill breakfast tray and take it in room for sick children who can't come for breakfast...lobby is so nice.. Gym, skybar, room cleaning service and view from room window everything bestm. Enjoy my stay and defitnetly choose scandic hotels in future as well..

Stayed at room 1022. Room: Comfortable beds. Slightly cold in the room as the temperature adjustment did not work (or maybe it was just me not understanding how it would work?). Clean. View over the city. No possibility to open the window. Nice with a bathtub. A minus was that there was a mini frosted "window" from the toilet to the bedroom. When turning on the light in the bathroom, the room lit up somewhat too - meaning, you can't go to the toilet in the middle of the night without bothering the other one. Also minus for not having conditioner avaialble. Location: For those visiting the fair at Älvsjö, this is a great place. There's also train station super close to the hotel for those wanting to get in to the city. Otherwise, not much going on in the area. Breakfast: Classic continental breakfast. Not very remarkable.

Stayed during EASD and extremely disappointed with it. The rooms were OK but bare minimum facilities were there. Housekeeping staff was extremely lacking despite staying there for 5 nights and reminding everyday the room was cleaned only once. The Internet barely worked and that too in few hours of the day, despite complaining the staff response was it is what it is. The room phone didn't work and the staff couldn't make it work so for anything we had to go down to reception personally. The female receptionists were always busy with bar staff and very rude to respond while. Male staff were better and helped as much as possible. We had a late checkout request also. confirmed while checking it but on the day they denied any such request. If it was not a conference hotel would have never stayed here knowing all this.

Scandic talk is a very nice hotel with highly trained employees. I noticed all employees I interfaced with were attentive and polite. The hotel's location encourages a nice and quiet sleep. Everything seemed perfect and the only downside for me was that, there was no bathrobe and slippers in the room. It feels weird for me to walk on the bare floor without slippers except there's carpet.

Rooms have a very nice view and it’s an easy access to the city (ca. 15 mins by train). The sauna is hot and great. Downside: there’s nothing else at this location so you’d have to est at the Hotel restaurant where the selection is moderate. And the bar only opens at 5pm which is a pity cause there’s nothing else to do🥴

Fantastic hotel, rooms are lovely, everything you need in them and nice and clean. Breakfast has a nice variety of foods. Bar area is great. There's a gym in the basement and sauna. The staff were lovely helpful and polite. Hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the train that takes you directly to Stockholm and is cheap to use. I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Large hotel 50 meters from the entrance to the Stockholsmässan. Large rooms but nothing special. Good breakfast selection. Restaurant open in connection with events. A bit expensive, but very convenient location.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hotelli Tukholman messukeskuksen vieressä. Monta kerrosta. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja tavallinen. Metroasema on ihan vieressä, joten Tukholman keskustaan pääsee vaivattomasti. Viking Linen terminaaliin menee hotellilta autolla noin 15 min. Saimme aamulla aamiasboksit mukaan, koska emme ehtineet syömään hotellilla aamiaista aikaisen lähdön takia.

As a tourist I expected a bit more friendliness from the staff but maybe that’s the culture ? Room was decent but considering the demeanor and attitude of the staff it turned out underwhelming. If the goal of the hotel was to deter me from ever visiting Stockholm and spending money here again , they achieved this goal.

Even though the hotel is a bit outside of the center, the railway is really close and runs regularly till late. So you're very quick in the center without paying center prizes. Very affordable for Stockholm.

It's clean, modern and very close to the train station. I would absolutely recommend it!

Prize is ok. Cheap stay compared to hotels in the center of Stockholm. No restaurant, only bar with a few options for food. Rooftop bar is closed during our stay. Breakfast is fine, enough options. Family room, but is nothing bigger or different then a regular hotel room. Fold bed for the kid. Near station, and every 10 minutes a train to the city center.

Better than most Scandic hotels. Nice room, flawless service and easy to park. Minus for tricky control for the AC, almost seems designed for people to give up on it. Also the breakfast was busy and just barely acceptable.

This hotel has a very slow internet connection. I cannot do my zoom meetings and upload important files. It just sucks! It seems they are using old routers, modems and low bandwidth. The hotel is good, clean and staff are courteous.

I visited for a work trip, going to a conference at the venue next door. The hotel is VERY close - less than a minute walk outside which was ideal when the weather was bad. Overall the hotel was fine. No issues at all and the service was really good by all staff. The room was very simple but did have soap, shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer. I had no issues with the hotel - it was quiet every night and the bed was comfortable. I would not stay here if I wanted to stay in Stockholm to see the city. But it is perfect for the event venue and very close to the train station for the occasional trip into town.

Simple room. Not too clean this time. No kettle available but the rest OK. The reception, restaurant and breakfast area is very nice. Breakfast very complete. Selection of dinner quite basic

Convenient location for who is attending a conference nearby. The apartment is clean. However, the internet was terrible. Almost impossible to work. It might be because of the overcrowding related to the AWS summit, but they could prepare beforehand.

The worst hotel you could stay at. They dont clean your room unless you book the day before and even then they forget to do it.. in my 11 days stay so far they haven't once changed the bed sheets. Food choices is limited and no room service. Awful. Avoid it while you can

Rooms were pretty basic. I stayed here for seven days during my recent trip to Stockholm. I chose this hotel because my friends family lives nearby. The bathroom leaked and the half bedsheets makes no sense. When asked for bathrobes i was strickly told "not available" anymore. The breakfast was same every day. The body lotion had awful taste which I had to carry to the reception for an exchange. One of three lifts were malfunctional on my last day of visit, leaving at least 5 min wait times at elevators. Overall it was a ok type stay. The 4.5 star advertised on the web is a joke, for me it is a 3 star hotel with 2 star service.

Hotel was good, but service won't work when something goes wrong. They took double payment and getting back the extra payment is way too complicated. We have used Scandic almost 20 years, now thinking to change. Customer service should be the most important thing!
