A nice hotel where they also include an evening meal. Location is good and the area is calm. Walking distance to central parts of Stockholm.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok and provide the minimum you need for somewhere to rest. It would do with a little tlc (e.g. poor shower head, usb sockets, better hair dryer). The breakfast is basic but superb. Everything was delicious. The afternoon fika was a nice touch but could do with a little variety. The lack of variety applies to dinner as well. There was only ever one option with no cooked vegetables available. The location is fantastic. Quiet at night, close to the city/shops, and right next to the metro.

We love everything about this hotel! The staff was generously kind, accommodating and helpful. Big shout out to Maria, Susanna and others! The room size was adequate and the beds were comfy. Don't get me started on breakfast and dinner. What a spread! There's something for everyone and we always look forward to our morning buffet. We weren't always there for fika but if we were, we had everything from a simple pastry to panna cotta. The dinner buffet menu changes daily and it's hearty and delicious. There's always soup and at least two salads but the main courses is the highlight with such options as pulled pork, crispy cod, nasi goreng, köttbullar etc, with sides. The half-board arrangement is the best deal in town. This will be our go-to hotel in Stockholm. Thank you for everything!

Awesome service. We had a suite, it was warm and a bit worn. But there was an electric fan in the room so we managed to sleep. Missing cappuccino option in the morning, though. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Tried the evening meal once and it was very good, with a good wine suggeation. All in all, we had a great stay. 👍

The location is the USP of this hotel, this was the second stay and i like this hotel a lot. Services are good and they serve Fika and complementary dinner to all their guests. I would like to appreciate that while my flight was very early morning and they managed to pack the breakfast for me and this was really amazing service. Thx a lot for your great hospitality! 👏👍

Very nice hotel. Service 10 to 10, all the staf was very friendly and disponibile in every moment. The bus station is near the hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I recommend everyone this hotel.

Absolut perfekt! In addition to breakfast, the price includes "fika" (=coffee/tea +something sweet) and dinner! As well as a sauna and a gym. The food is really delicious. The staff are angels, that is, they are really customer-oriented. Thought I was in heaven:). The location is good, the Stadion metro station is close enough to walk. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend! This is absolutely The Must to visit. I travelled with my daughter (adult) and my cat. So it is pet-friendly too!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was always very helpful. The room was good with very comfy bed. The food was also good with options for vegetarians/vegans and gluten free options as well. Also close to bus stop and downtown is in about 4 busstops. Would definitely come back here and I highly recommend it.

Quite big family hotel near Stadion metro station in Östermalm neighborhood. Spacious enough room with a big enough bathroom. The bed however was too soft for my liking. Also if your room like mine is on the sunny side of the hotel it means it will warm up quite a bit during the day with no airco to be found. Esp in summer time it might not be very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as usual at clarion with enough choice. Dinner a one option meal with some sides and soup. Restaurant area is on the little side when the hotel is full. Fika is only served in the very small lounge area

Old rooms, supposed to be superior room, no way. Expensive. Wouldn't stay again for that price.

What I can say is that it's one of the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are very nice especially the the girls at the reception, they were extremely helpful. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable, I will definitely choose Clarion Collection Hotel when I'm back to Stockholm

Parking is nearby (100m). Metro "stadion" is within walking distance (approx 300m), and even the city centre is within a 2 km walk. A supermarket is around the corner. So nice location for a city visit.

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Städte Kurzttrip Ansich war alles gut. Das Zimmer war recht klein aber sauber (wir brauchen keinen Tanzpalst) . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist super bequem mit (für mich) tollen Kissen, aber leider waren es zwei Einzelbetten die zusammen geschoben waren, und auch noch zwei einzelne Topper obendrauf! Im Laufe der Nacht wandern die Betten auseinander und die Topper rutschen, sodas am Morgen eine Lücke zwischen den Betten war. Unglücklich für ein ausgewiesenes Doppelbett Im Bad würde ich mir eine bessere Beleuchtung wünschen und unbedingt einen Rasier/Schminckspiegel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen war an warmen Speisen sehr bescheiden, aber schmackhaft Es gibt den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Tee, zum Nachmittag steht Kuchen in der super bequemen Lobby bereit. Top WLAN! Alles in allem also ein toller Aufenthalt mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu meckern, aber auf hohem Niveau.

Hotelli oli iloinen yllätys. Kaikki oli hienosti. Sängyt hyvät, jopa lisävuode. Rauhallinen. Hienointa oli, kun hintaan kuului maukas aamiainen, iltapäiväkahvit ja iltapala, joka oli enemmänkin täysi ruoka. Sijainti hyvä. Satamasta helppo tulla metrolla. Suosittelen.

the service was great and the meals - breakfast and dinner - were rich. but the hotel facilities are disappointing. we rent several rooms - some were very small. the mattress on the bad was thin. the staff at the hotel is very friendly and try to find solutions.

Great value. The hotel got everything you need (even though not a "big" hotel). Situated in a calm area of the city but still with very easy access to the city centre. Cosy, gay friendly and with very hospitable staff :)

Staying at Hotel Tapto was easily the best hotel experience of my life. Every morning there was a huge selection of yogurts, breads, cereals, fruits, and hot items. Dinner was conveniently timed, ever-changing, and delicious. There was also a fabulous espresso maker in the lobby that was always available! The location was also ideal-- the hotel is located in a more residential part of Stockholm right next to a metro and bus stop. It took less than five minutes to get downtown. However, as wonderful as the rooms, food, and location were, they are all outshined by the phenomenal people who work at Hotel Tapto. From the moment we arrived, each person was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we were struggling to book a boat tour, the woman at the front desk translated for us and helped us navigate the website. When we weren't sure what attractions to see, she gave us suggestions. On our last evening, our flights home got canceled. At the time, I didn't have a cell phone that worked in Sweeden. The staff let me sit at the front desk on the hotel phone for over three hours with SAS trying to get our flights sorted out. They moved heaven and earth to help us get COVID tests and make sure we could get home. I could not recommend Hotel Tapto and its wonderful employees more highly!

Very pleasant, cozy hotel with helpful and nice staff. The food is tasty and the selection of sides is quite broad. Only complaint is that the bed is a bit too soft for my liking, but that's always personal. On overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Simple and comfortable room for 2 people. Room was clean (really like the note from the cleaning lady) and we were lucky to have an early check-in after a long trip to Sweden. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Diner was alright but don't expect miracles neither. Breakfast was great.

Very good hotel, with wonderful service and staff. Breakfast an dinner include in the price of the room. Quite room, and the hotel does some good work towards donating money if you don't need your room cleaned. Best however is the staff, and their service. Should I point out a flaw, it would be the bathroom door that cannot be locked and it is quite audible between bathroom and bedroom.

The lobby.reception area is ok.a bit modern looking.the staff at reception looks friendly.the rooms are ok. Deals that include breakfast and dinner is a good deal.
